After waiting nearly twenty minutes, I finally reached the speaker. The employee sounded distracted and asked me to repeat my order multiple times. While mistakes can happen anywhere, the interaction felt rushed and unorganized from the start. When I reached the payment window, I was told to pull forward and wait in a designated parking spot. I figured it would only take a few minutes. Instead, I sat there for what felt like forever watching several cars that arrived after me receive their food and leave. After roughly another fifteen minutes, I went inside to ask about my order. The dining room appeared understaffed and chaotic. Customers were waiting near the counter, and several people were asking employees about missing items. When I finally spoke with a staff member, they seemed unable to locate my order at first. After checking several receipts and asking another employee for help, they found it and apologized for the delay. Unfortunately, the food itself wasn't much better. The fries were barely warm, the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while, and part of the order was missing. I returned to the counter again to have the missing item replaced. The employee was polite and corrected the issue, but by that point the rest of the meal was already cold. What made the experience most frustrating was not any single mistake, but the combination of long wait times, confusion about the order, and inconsistent food quality. Don't you hate it when you're going through the drive through and they forget to put something in your bag! Urrrrgh! At least I caught it before I drove off. So I had to park get out go in and get my hot mustard sauce... to top it off I had to wait in line as there was no one really there to help. So why the 4 stars you ask... THE FRIES I GOT WERE FRESH! This is one of the most modern looking, cafe-style McDonald's I've visited so far in the US. It has a really nice aesthetic--including pleasant wallpaper/graphics, one two-sided, self-order station, and even bulb lights strung through the front portion of the seating area. Unfortunately, it's on the small side with only one stall in the women's bathroom. read more

What can I say McDonald's food is McDonald's food but this location is consistently always hot and fresh. I stop here almost every time I drive through Hearne and it's always a good experience. The restaurant is super clean and the greatest this location has to offer is the staff. Always warm, friendly and nice. Attitudes are always positive and uplifting. Just can't go wrong. read more

On 4/10/22 AM. The most incompetent cashier. Basic breakfast order to go. Had to make another trip inside. Was not to order & no drinks was received. I told them about my order. They were too busy taking new orders rather than fix their mistakes. Others were having to come back in because their orders were wrong. All this took 20 minutes!! I was given wrong size drinks. I let her know. She said that's what I ordered I showed her my receipt. I had to wait even longer. Then I asked for my money back. No one would acknowledge me. A few minutes later I finally got my order. Sad to say my last visit order was screwed up also. Had to go inside to get it corrected. Terrible Never again. Idiots & incompetents. read more

We stopped by here for restroom and coffee break. The restroom was not the cleanest but was ok for a guy with #1 business. We also got a couple of Frappes and a breakfast sandwiches. The drinks and food were ok and we didn't have to wait very long. I'd say if they have a cleaner restroom and perhaps update it a bit then it would be a good place for a quick stop. read more

MacDonalds may not be great, but I expect it to represent some minimum level of quality. The Hearn MacDonalds proves that you should check Yelp even before stopping at the Golden Arches. While I do very much appreciate the new look, the friendly staff, and the decently quick service, I had the worst cup of coffee today. Came in around 7:30 and ordered a large black coffee and it didn't necessarily taste burnt... it tasted old. Leads me to believe it was coffee from very early in the morning or from yesterday. It tasted like dirty water strained through a sweaty sock. I typically find McDonald's coffee to be pretty good, but today majorly disappointed me. I ordered a Double Filet-o-Fish sandwich with Large Fries & Drink, along with some friends of mine. When our order arrived, my Fries were missing, so I went and asked for a Large order. I received the box, but it was only half full... Then, I opened my sandwich to eat, and found just one fish filet, not two as I had ordered. Unfortunately, they were the only place open to eat at in the area at 10:50PM. Additionally, they never made any more iced tea after I let them know that it was empty when I first tried to fill my drink. When trying to fill it later, & realizing they didn't / wouldn't make any more, I went for Coca-Cola, but it was basically just carbonated water, because they syrup was so weak. Service was very slow. We waited more than 10minuted for our to-go order even though the restaurant was fairly empty. When we got in the car and looked at our food we thought our order was wrong. We ordered 2 McChickens and we thought they gave us burgers because they were dark brown. Turns out it was chicken, just very burned. The chicken nuggets we ordered we overdone as well. Had to give this place one star just to post a review. The employees here never get anything right. Their attitudes are horrible. They feel entitled to do, say and act how they see fit. Don't do McD's very often (generally reserved for "on the road and want to keep driving") but this one is the pits. First, their service was extremely slow. Secondly, not only was the bathroom disgusting (from a guy who has been a janitor at one point in my life), buy also I saw two employees use the facilities and make no attempt to even rinse their hands. This place is disgusting. The employees were standing around talking and laughing as I stood at the register. Didn't even acknowledge me for several minutes. One employee was sweeping the floor while texting on her phone. Then my husband walked out of the bathroom with a sick look in his face. He said that was one of the nastiest men's rooms he's been in. To be quite frank I dont generally like a lot on the menue at McDonald's however the food that I do enjoy is accompanied by a very generous price and I can tell you how many times me and my friends have spent the extra dollar just to later comment "shoulda just went to McDonald's" all in all I font know what I would do if McDonald's was not in my life so I do recommend! read more
