It's a good McDonalds. They actually get the orders right most of the time and the people are friendly. And their shake machine is usually working (an oddity for a McD's), my only complaint would be the morons in the drive thru who don't seem to understand "move forward" too often. read more

Road trip weary on our way to Atlanta. We need to grab something and keep moving. McDonalds is quick and easy and didn't have a Corona line wrapped around the corner like some slower moving places at this exit. Of course going in was not an option for us with a 2 year old so drive thru it is. The young employees were quick, spoke at a clear decibel level and were very nice. Either they lucked out and found some great kids or they had some quality training and leadership. Probably a little both. This location is a quality spot with nice kids working there and get the order right. read more

this is the best McDonald's in the region hands-down! As a courier, they are always on time. If they aren't they are courteous to the drivers, and they talk to us, and let us know what is going on. From my viewpoint, they are courteous to all the other customers that come through as well. You can tell the employees like working there, when someone asks for help all the employees are willing to help. It is nice to see while waiting for your food. Great job! read more

Hey, I want a bagel with egg white...and egg white only. Hey here's your bagel with egg white, egg yolk, some white crap we like to call in McDonald's-land "sloppy runny white liquid of death". And we topped it off with a skin colored circle also know as "breakfast ham". Oh and here's a defibrillator, trust me you'll thank me for it later... This used to be one of the better McDonald's. It seems since they have a brand new building, the quality of the food has gone down. I just received cold fries, a fish sandwich on cheeseburger bread which was tough as though the bread was microwaved and a watered down coke. I also wanted a sundae however the ice cream machine was down. I am between this McDonald's and the one near Meijer. Next time I will go to the one near Meijer. This one is a hit or miss now. read more

All I asked for was a Sausage McGriddle, An Orange Juice, 2 Bacon Egg Biscuits with no cheese and 1 with cheese. Waited 15 minutes in drive-thru line to get my order, ending up getting out of the car and going in, no one cared that I had to wait. This particular night, the person at the drive-thru thought it was a good idea to play rap music on his phone during the order taking and paying process, thus could not understand a single word when taking the order. I like the customer service, and the speed but I just returned home from this location very dissatisfied. I ordered two sausage egg and cheese biscuits, one being a meal and didn't even get a hashbrown. Then had to go in and get it.. When I got home, I noticed there was no eggs. Well, I guess this location is no better than the location further south on Indy Blvd in Highland because the same thing happened here that happened at this other owner's location. What was it? Well, after spending $12 for a McD dinner at this location, my little guy wanted a glass of water. The counter person says "sorry, we have to charge for water.". Huh? Since when does a restaurant that has inside seating charge for water? Rarely stop at McDonalds but I was with 6 kids 2 were under 2 and I needed to change diapers. I founds a dirty wet toilet brush on the changing station. So disgusting. I found an employee and showed them this photo I took discretly. She said well I didnt put it there. I sat down with my kids and ate, 32 mins later it was still there. Very simple order.... plain chocolate shake. Apparently harder then I thought. Took 5 minutes to wait (I watched one worker totally screw up and spray everywhere when she tried mixing). to me plain equals plain .. no frills ... they still put the whip cream and cheery on. I don't know who that Meg lady is below but Karen the manager is definitely NOT rude, she is one of the best managers I have seen in awhile. Very friendly and very professional, maybe you're just a rude customer Meg. Give respect to get respect and be friendly to get friendly.
