Fries are good but nothing else is the sevrice is nice but nothing else it's okay it's expensive

Drive thru attendant greeted me with Using the mobile app? No hello, or anything, just gruff question. At the window to pay, no hello or any type of greeting, just do you want your receipt? At the pick up window, again, no greeting, no hello, nothing but Here's your straw. As she handed my drink, I asked if they did put my splenda in the bag, she rolled her eyes, walked away and returned with 6, when she had asked asked how many, I had said 8 or 9. (I had requested 8 or 9 splenda at the time I ordered in the drive thru) One employee was walking around looking to help her coworkers out, she walked over and said hi. We exchanged pleasantries, and then she handed my food to me. I had given up on McDs being a choice for quick and good food and service because in all 6 years I've lived here, the experiences were very below par. Then a few months ago, I experienced very good visits. I even commented to others that McDs has stepped up their game. However, tonight, just proved me nothing good stays good forever. I hate that your employees are unhappy working there and are miserable and great your customers with coldness. but, we the customers, did not choose to work for you, we chose to give you our hard earned cash in exchange for what we believed to be good fast food and at best, service with a hello and a smile. That was my take on the service, let's talk about the food: I ordered Quarter Pounder, no cheese, add bacon. SUPER dry sandwich, bread felt hard in some places. Fries: hard as a brick and had salt, I ordered without. I couldn't eat them, hey were like sticks. This is where my experience concerns me is that I ordered a large unsweetened tea with 8 or 9 splenda because your tea needs that much because it is so strong. I am so glad I test tasted before I added splenda. Your employee have me sweet tea. I'm diabetic. I would have ended up in the ER with serious consequences had I not taste tested the tea first. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I went through drive thru today. The young lady that took my money, no hello, no hi, no how are you!! Nothing but would you like your receipt? (That's 1) Got up to the window to get my food. The young lady that was filling my drink cup at the tea dispenser had the lid between her fingers as if pushing those plastic indicator bubbles in the top. That was ok, but the mere fact she had on no gloves touching the inside of the lid raised some concern for me. (That's 2). When she opened the window to hand my drink to me, I said you put your fingers all over the inside of my lid, please may I have a different lid. Lil Missy huffed, turned, poured out the drink, and proceeded to mouth words to the other 4 ladies standing and glaring at me. Which that tells me, I was the topic of conversation. (That's 3). Employee that was assembling my food walked over and gave me a very nasty look as if she wanted to say something but changed her mind. I told her that the drink person was handling my drink lid with no gloves on, she looked at her own hands and said we don't wear gloves. HUGE BIG RED FLAGS?? Why on God's green earth and all that is holy, would a food establishment not require gloves to be worn by any employee touching food? (Thats 4). Does Lewis County Health Department know this? I was then asked to pull to the waiting spot, my food wasnt ready yet as the drink girl handed me the new cup, I asked her, you don't have a problem with re-doing my drink lid do you? When my bag was brought to me in the wait spot, McDs employee handed my bag and I thanked her, she rolled her eyes at me, turned and walked away. I said you're welcome to her as she walked back into the store. (That's 5). ​MR OR MRS MCDS OWNER, ARE YOU AWARE OF HOW RUDE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE??? A smile goes a long way, even if you don't say a word to your CUSTOMERS!! Let me remind you, word of mouth is the best advertisement, good or bad. Terrible personality at the drive thru today.....They should make it a prerequisite when they hire them

Well again went here this morning to get my wife coffee and hash browns. I told her we don't need to give this place any business. But she insisted so away I went. This place has the most rude discruntled people I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. You would think the manager who has short black hair, apparently got a free car from McDonald's it was in our paper. Anyway there is a girl with dirty blond hair who is horrible, she gives you a dirty look and throws the bag on the counter and walks away. Doesn't ask would you like salt pepper ketchup nothing. Not even have a nice day. I don't know if McDonald's standards have tanked or these people just don't care. I will be contacting corporate because this is not acceptable. I also work in the food industry and I greet everyone with a smile and a thank you. Stay away from here go somewhere else, main management needs to come in here and clean house. read more

I typically like this McDonald's, but I am sitting here in the drive-through at 10:54 PM on Monday, and they are supposed to close at 11 PM. I arrive at 10:51 PM. I saw two people inside the McDonald's. I pulled back around to the drive-through again, and an elderly woman with white hair just looked at me and looked away and walk on past. Needless to say I'm going to be calling the manager tomorrow. read more

Depends on what time of day you go in as to weather the food is fresh. Sometimes the iced coffee is good but sometimes it sucks. Most of the time the employees are friendly and the restaurant is usually clean. read more

Do not know what happened...just went downhill. Havent been back for a bit. Their app says one thing they refuse to sell you items in app saying you have to pay for items that have no price. This has been an issue over a year now. So if you order on the app and park you cannot get sauces because on the app it is a penny or free. You buy the penny one and the refuse to sell it even though they took your money. read more

Food is literally thrown in the bag. No personality whatsoever from the staff, ESPECIALLY at night.

Went there 20 minutes before closing time. Nobody came up on the drive-through order box. When I drove back around the front, it was obvious that the the employees were keeping out of sight. If you're not going to serve food, at least turn the lights and screens off. read more
