If I could give 0 I would. It is horrible wait 45 minutes for your food refuse to give your money back when you don't want to wait longer 30 minutes. Supposed to be fast food not slow food. We waited in line for 40 minutes for our food with only two cars in front of us which was completely ridiculous. My daughter finished her nuggets so I handed her her apples without thinking I needed to check the date. She opened the bag and said the apples were rotten. The date for expiration was July 16th and it's august 9th! Absolutely disgusting!!!! read more

Adding my experience at a terrible store. We used the automated panel inside to order because there wasn't a person in sight, but it sounded like a party was going on in the back. We order three simple drinks. Twenty minutes later a person came out and said she would check on our order . They found our order and began to work on it. Best McDonalds experience in a long time. Grand re-opening and we were there early. Manager was absolutely the friendliest I have ever encountered. I used the McDonalds app. It gave me a confirmation page stating it had been paid. My granddaughter did a screencap of the confirmation page and went to the town where the only McDonalds is Located ( Holly Springs, MS). We live in Waterford, MS. The person at the counter said he couldn't take it and she would have to order and pay for it again. Okay, so we'd have to pay for one item twice. But then he told her that he couldn't take her order because the front counter was closed. She would have to go though the drive through which was going out of the parking lot since it was so busy. So, she came home with no order and I was out the money I had paid for the item. She had asked to speak to the manager. May I add that the customer service person also told her she would have to call the number to the app. But he told her he didn't know how to do that because he didn't use the app. I tried for over 20 minutes to find a phone number to the app and all it did was give me the number to the store. Also she was told when she came through the line, she would have to have my phone even though she had a screen shot of the paid order. No where on the app does it state that. Nor on all their big signs telling people how wonderful the app is. But I did expect the app to state that somewhere, if nothing else on the page where it's paid for. An above average Mickey Ds. Staff acts like they like being at work. Lady who waited on us yesterday was very nice. Someone always seems to cleaning the dining area. Fries were hot and just right. My wife said quarter pounder was tasty. Daughter said classic chicken sandwich was delicious. McDouble was what I expected. That's what you want at McDonald's. read more

Totally unacceptable behavior on the window staff. Wife traveling through the state stopped for coffee on the drive through. Stuck in the lane for 25 minutes and when the coffee order was incorrect she was told that they were short staffed. My wife said staffing is not her problem and she still wanted her coffee. She was told to just "Go home" by the window person. Things got heated and the manager apologized. This was insufficient. i tried to call the store - (662) 252-7788 - but the phone would not connect, suspect it was off the hook. The store is represented by the window staff good or bad. This employee was BAD and vernted her frustrations on a CUSTOMER!!! If I were in the car with my wife I would have taken that manager in for a chat on customer relations. This location is terrible! I assume it's to avoid the order timer, but when you pull up to the speaker, they often have you pull up to the second window to order. It takes forever. Being a location that is right off of the highway this really stinks. read more

The absolute worst service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Latest example: Entered the drive-thru shortly before 10 pm (hours are until 12 am) and were the 5th vehicle in line.  The vehicle in front of us sat at the speaker for a minute before yelling "hello" into the speaker multiple times. There was no response so she drove to the window. Seeing this, we followed.  There was nobody at the window and it took us several attempts to catch the eye of an employee. She proceeded to tell us they're closed without warning or even an attempt at showing courtesy by announcing they were closed. Instead, they let customers sit confused in the drive-thru. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The laziest employees ever and managers don't even care about serving the customer. Why is the ice cream Machine down every single day? Every single day they say its broke down. Why are they so lazy they can't fix it. There's a reason these employees work at McDonald's because they would never survive a real job. Horrible service and food. I couldn't believe it! This has to be in the top 5 of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. 1st - we ordered food via the drive through. Our order was $25.20 and we paid for the order and received no receipt. 2nd - they start handing us our food which was the completely the wrong order. 3rd - we repeated the order 3 times at the window and they told us to pull up to the front. 4th - a lady came out and asked us what we ordered and asked for a receipt we told her we didn't have a receipt. They then ignored us for 10 mins and finally came to the door. We asked for a refund and they said they had no transaction history with our order. We said you gave us a drink and sauce. Instead of looking back at the cameras and systems they told us to report the transaction as fraud. And told us to leave. All I ordered was 2 Frappes... I waited for over 10 minutes along with the line of other people who had ordered ahead of me. I understand that this is McDonalds, so my expectations were already pretty low, but this was the one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had. One of the first things I noticed was how many flies were in the restaurant. It was disgusting and a definite code violation. Next, I went to get napkins and there were none in the lobby. This wouldn't be a big deal, except when I went to get some from the counter, the lady was rude and told me they don't have any napkins at all. (How!?!) One of our quarter pounders was made with a regular $1 cheeseburger patty and I feel very ripped off. Both of the cashiers it took to take my order (caramel machiatto and donut sticks) treated me as if I were bothering them and were as unfriendly as they could be. So...... I have had an employee throw my change at me in front of my son. Every time I order chicken nuggets they tell me the BBQ Sauce is in the bag and the first 2 times I fell for it. But every time after they auto tell me the sauce is in the bag I check and guess what no Sauce. They are total and utter tight wads when It comes to the nugget sauce, the employees probably get bonuses on the amount of sauce they can save. Tried to go three times in a row, and was completely ignored in the drive thru. I was so shocked. I said "hello" many times and was completely ignored. 8-26-18 12:22 pm. This is unacceptable. We pulled in here to get a few quick breakfasts and get back on the road en route to the airport in Memphis. Quite a while later (waiting in the drive-through after being told to "pull forward and wait"), we had two cold, untoasted, loosely wrapped egg McMuffins, a McGriddle warmed to room temperature, an Ice Coffee we watched scraped from the bottom of the receptacle, and hash browns that were most assuredly made the night before. I mean, how do you screw up a simple Mickey-D's breakfast? It takes more effort than it would have to get it right. I'm leery of all McDonalds now. Giving one-star because it doesn't go to zero and at least the coffee was hot and the ice coffee and diet coke was cold. The poor McDonald brothers are rolling in their graves. read more

They have one person picking up the slack of the other 5 people calling the orders taking their time. They need to hire a whole new crew. Waited 10 mins for mayonnaise and then another 10 mins for water. They give you a number for you to wait in your seat but that wasn't communicated to the people calling out orders. They need better communication. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. First off, this place is nasty dirty. Tables aren't clean and the floor is greasy in random places. Staff is completely rude even if you're being nice to them. Cashier took our order then just walked off and rolled her eyes like we were a bother...probably because we're white. Again, we still were nice to her. Got our food order but not our frappes. Politely pointed out that we didn't have them. We waited back while the staff made them but then they left them sitting beside the machine. Nobody said anything. Again...just walked away. I had to reach over and behind the counter to get them because nobody could be bothered to at least sit them on the counter. Do not go here!!!
