The staff is so nice; they're happy to chat and get to know you. They're very nice. However, I'd really appreciate it if they could cook to order next time. Friday was cook to order, but it wasn't last night or today. I guess it wasn't busy enough. This weekend 4/24-4/26/2026 is the Memphis location. My last experience 3 years ago was the Las Vegas location to not get it the two confused. So far Memphis is our go to.

When I called to speak with the manager, I explained that this was the second time I've had issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was combative, told me the GM instructed them not to give ketchup unless asked, and then hung up on me when I asked for their name. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. Hanging up on a customer and dismissing feedback is unacceptable. Guthrie's needs to train staff better because this experience makes me think twice about returning.

This was our second time visiting this location and Keon made sure that we knew that he remembered our first visit. He was happy that we came back so soon. Although I'm sure they get compared to Cane's a lot, I could tell the difference in them both. Guthrie's sauce has a difference in it which in my opinion I think is better. We are not huge with toast usually, but the simple toast they give I actually eat each time. We will definitely be back not only for the tenders, but also to see Keon.
