the food was good but they forgot our cinnamon twists we payed $2.00 for. My mom ordered a crunch wrap with beef and they didn't give her any beef. the service was alright and the wait time was kinda quick. Stopped here for lunch on a road trip thinking it would be a quick stop. Our entire order was 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a chicken cantina burrito. About 20 minutes after ordering, a staff member confirmed my order with me. 40 minutes after ordering, another staff member spoke with me about my order and informed me that they never received it, and therefore had not even started making it. At least 3 other people/groups that ordered in the lobby had the same issue as well as long wait times. read more

The bathrooms were a disaster, restaurant was dirty, food took forever, orders were lost, no ice in the soda machine, also no carbonation in soda, food was messy. Worker sneezed everywhere without covering her face when walking past the dining room. Place needs the health department baaaad! read more

1/11/20 at 1:45pm: went thru drive thru for Taco Bell. They asked us to pull around to the front door to pick it up. After 10 minutes, I went inside to get it. Not ready. I watched them serve tacos to other people in the drive thru. About 10 minutes later we were really getting annoyed and my husband came in and asked for our money back. They said they were almost done. The staff repeated my taco order, which was wrong and I corrected it. We were finally eating nearly 30 minutes after we ordered. Now we know Taco Bell is just fast (well, not here) food, but what a disgrace to the Chain. Come on, people, have some pride and make a minimal effort. read more

They always screw up my order! Today I order a medium Dr. Pepper, a chicken and rice burrito, and an order of cinnamon twists. I waited about 15 minutes and was given a large Dr. Pepper, a chicken cantina bowl, and some kind of cinnamon donut things (?). I was on lunch break and didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru so I took what they gave me. What the heck Taco Bell! Won't be back until I feel like trying my luck again. read more

After driving for three hours on a road trip, I needed a quick bite and was craving Taco Bell. Not knowing the area or store I was about to stop at can always be a roll of the dice. But man did I stop at the right place! The facility was extremely clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and brought a smile to my face. The Doritos Loco taco and shredded chicken burrito I ordered were perfect and exactly what I was craving. I will definitely stop here again on my next road trip. read more
