Damn Chick fil an and Mr. Brandon Paulsen you are fucking up by the numbers lately. I placed an order via the app to pick up in one of the numbered spots in the parking lot. When the order came out I was missing one of the items, a side salad. Had to go walk in and get the missing item which went smoothly however it'd be nice if someone did some QC - Oh, I'm sorry that's an acronym for QUALITY CONTROL since you seem to not know WTF that is.Mr. Brandon Paulsen - anyway it'd be nice if someone did some QUALITY CONTROL and did a quick double check of the bag before you headed out. So now we get it home and divvied up on to plates and lo and behold the spicy deluxe sammiches, which are supposed to come with lettuce, ain't got no damn lettuce. It's not like the kid who ordered them was needing to have lettuce in his diet or was jonesing for some shitty wilted green veggies but it's just the damn point that 1) it's supposed to have it on there and 2) that darn pesky QC (remember what that is Mr. Brandon Paulson????? 2 letter acronym, first word QUALITY second work CONTROL??? Nice job there Mr. Brandon Paulsen!). OK so that's strike 2, missing lettuce on the 2 sammiches which were supposed to have them. What can I say about Chick-Fil-a that hasnt been said .....lol .... I personally find that the Spicy Chicken biscuits are awesome! I like the hash browns but they never put enough in the box. Im a fat boy so a large should be a large! This location is usually a little slow but I dont mind as long as my food is fresh. I also love their sweet tea. I just wish they offered a bigger size like Sonic Route 44. Overall you cant go wrong with Chick-Fil-a. They are alway pleasant to deal with and the food is usually pretty good. Wow. That was... disappointing. Chick-fil-A is usually super good. They were a more than a little off today, however. We were missing several things from our order. One salad was missing tomatoes, one of the salad dressings were missing, I got almonds instead of granola for my Greek Yogurt Parfait, and we were missing a whole sandwich. This isn't unheard of for fast food, but chick-fil-a usually has their stuff together. This is most likely the first time they've ever messed up an order. Now, what we did get was good. We're Chick-fil-A fans however, VERY disappointed the fear mongering continues by not opening the main dining room to their customers. Appears the only restaurant in this area where dine in is not being accomplished. Possibly a corporate strategy to extend as long as possible to reduce costs however, is an inconvenience to customers. The staff in the drive through lines deserve five stars (and a pay raise!) as they are required to withstand 90 plus degree weather in 90 percent humidity and always smile! read more

This location is usually pretty crowded, but the service is pretty good. The food is always good. So, as a patron that gives this location a lot of business I would expect for my complaints, very reasonable complaints to be heard. I did not receive that when I ordered my meal with a frosted lemonade that had black particles floating in it, mold, possibly. I also would have expected for someone to notice the black particles floating in my frosted lemonade before I received it. I reached out and informed them of the issue. The online mobile app really cuts down on the long drive thru line wait. It took less than 5 min to get my mobile order. I had gotten a reward for a free sandwich which made the visit even better. I often forget to scan my app when I order at the restaurant or in the drive thru. Ordering through the mobile app makes sure I get the reward points when I order. As much as I LOVE Chick-fil-A, this is one I plan to avoid. Typically my mobile orders are seamless. I place it on the app, walk in and pick it up shortly. This time I entered and not only did no one greet me, I was ignored several minutes. When a lady arrived and stood behind me, the workers acted like I was invisible and asked her if she had a mobile order. I had to stop the lady as she was walking away to let her know I had a mobile order as well. She didn't apologize but nodded and kept moving. After several more minutes, a kind worker realized I'd been ignored and asked my name. I waited what had to be a total of 15 minutes for a pre placed order for a biscuit with cheese and a hash brown. There was no apology or the simple kindness you are normally sure to find at Chick-fil-A. I also noticed the place was a lot dirtier than other locations. I was so disheartened by my experience. My husband and I stopped to get breakfast before work, they confirmed it was my husbands name before handing us our order, we received the right drinks so didn't think the check the food we had gotten.. until we got to work, which we then found out we received the wrong food. We called chick fil a, with hopes they would use their catering capabilities and good customer service to bring the correct food to us. the associate on the phone was no help and told my husband they had A $200 catering limit, and since our food wasn't that much they couldn't help us and my husband asked simply why that was and she hung up on him ... and now we are at work, hungry with no breakfast , because what we did receive won't feed us ... So I had to go inside, and the shift leader immediately asked if I needed help. I explained my situation, and luckily it was still in the system. I received my food in about 10 minutes top. Just left after getting a refund and 0 food. Order a lunch meal and it was in the morning. Was told to pull to space 1 to wait. Waited 10 mins. Someone else was pulled in space 2. A boy brought me a bag of food and then took a bag of food to the lady in space 2. I opened the bag and knew he gave me the wrong order bc the fries were small and the sandwich was in a box. When I got out of my truck to try and catch him while he was walking back, I saw the other customer already eating my order. I told him what happen and he went to her window and gave her the bag I had in my hand and he took the food she was already had been eating and handed me the bag with the fries she had already been eating and told me to take her fries and he would go get a new sandwich. I said "What??! I'm not eating food she's already touched!" And then ask for my money back. I can not believe that they expected me to do that.
