Within a short amount of time, they brought my burger and loaded potatoes to me. Both the burger and the loaded potatoes were fantastic. I mean, really excellent and a great example of how a simple burger can be elevated into a culinary wonder when done right. Also, when I checked in on Yelp, it gave me twenty percent off of my total order. The Burger Shop is a fantastic option for a burger and an establishment that I would definitely recommend. The fries were hot and seasoned good. Not like seasoned fries -which I don't like but cooked with a flavorful seasoning making them crispy and tasteful. Sweet tea rounded out my meal. I got the chocolate shake to take home with me but it almost didn't make it. The shake was thick and good. The service was excellent. The young people were friendly and attentive to customers. Then the girl who got the drinks did a damn three card Monty with them and of course didn't click the little buttons on the lid so you can tell which is regular and which is diet and which is Sprite (). However, the customer service needs serious improvement. Recently, I went through the drive-thru and got home to find no ketchup or utensils in my bag. When I called to speak with the manager, I explained that this was the second time I've had issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was combative, told me the GM instructed them not to give ketchup unless asked, and then hung up on me when I asked for their name. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. Hanging up on a customer and dismissing feedback is unacceptable. Guthrie's needs to train staff better because this experience makes me think twice about returning.

If you are not familiar, that is not a place you want to be seen at any time unless absolutely necessary or while in complete disguise. When they opened there was a line of cars stretching down Badman Rd. for what seemed like miles for weeks after it opened. I sat in that line once and it was a marvelous experience that ended so well. You know why? Chicken legs, chicken wings, chicken thighs, and bone in chicken breasts. The one in Hacks Cross opens up this year and guess what?!?!? Be nice, Adam.... They don't sell bone in chicken. I asked what the what that was about and the lady says TN franchises don't have bones. Stupid as hell!! Then I hear about this one in Badman in Olive Branch (gods country), and assume that since it is MS that it will have the bones! Tension building... I have to agree with disgruntled bone in chicken guy honestly. Why do you keep opening new Bojangles without the best freaking thing that you sell?
