I only go to this McDonald's in the AM because it's en route to my job, I always said that the peeps who work here are so friendly and so attentive until my last encounter. New girl at the window, young, disgruntled, hates life, helped me, RUDE. I let the usual guy know that she was awful. She doesn't need to be face to face with customers. Other than that I pass two McDonald's to get from this one. I hope that little girl straightened her attitude because she brought the whole vibe down! My daughter and I used our reward points to grab a quick bite this morning (06/04/2025). Service was fast, Customer Service was nice as usual. Only issue is that the Sausage burrito is a disappointment in our opinion. The staff & Manager explained that the egg & sausage mix is apparently pre-mixed by the company! It's smaller than it appears on advertisements and way too much eggs with these tiny little balls of sausage! ( lol & yikes) It's not worth using 3000 reward points unless you're an egg lover. I stop by this location often when I'm in the area and it's overall one of my fave McDonald locations! I need a place in order to finish my paperwork near George Bush Airport.I checked here. -It was relatively clean.A lady cleaned the floor.It was shining.Good job, although I had to worry about slipping on the floor. -The restroom was clean.No mess.It was my surprise. - WiFI connection was Okay. I could check my email inboxes. - I tried to order the food on a self-ordering kiosk, Someone told me" it's not working".I went to the counter.He said" only "Cash". I ordered a cup of coffee for $1 and gave him $5 bill.He was walking around.I guessed that the guy didn't have the changes.I gave him a dollar bill.It made his life easier. - I was walking on my way to my car, I was impressed a small garden around drive-thru.It was beautiful. The morons here dont know how to work their own app! I've never had an issue with the app. I was extremely patient and nice to the ladies but they continuously insulted me in Spanish. Next time make sure I only know how to speak english (im fluent in both languages) their jaws dropped when I insulted them back in spanish, you work at mcdonald's! it should NOT be hard to make a burger! especially if i ordered ahead of time. I visited this locations drive-thru around 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. They were pretty busy and the line for the drive-thru was a bit long. It moved quickly. I handed over my card as the young man started to repeat an order that wasn't mine. I said no and he apologized profusely and called his manager to assist. They were able to correct the issue and I was able to get my food and leave quickly. Friendly service, clean parking lot with plenty of parking available all around, the entrances were easily accessible. I would return if in the area. read more

Every single time that I order a diet coke, I get a regular coke. I don't understand how hard it is to pour the drink I asked for. The service is slow at that! They took their time and still screwed up the order. My receipt says diet coke on it, but I can tell from the sticky syrup left on the cup after finishing the drink, that it has sugar. I eat a low carb diet, for health reasons, so this really messes me up. I'm not going here again!!! read more

The experience at McDonald's is what you would expect at any other location...mediocre and decent but hey what do you expect.

So I'm super hungry right now so I could go for some cheap food of course I think why not McDonald's. I pull up to this McDonald's and no one answers at the drive-through microphone thingy and so I decided to pull around the corner after waiting for about for 5 minutes. I see the hours on the window when I pull up but I can't make them out because it's too dark but I see and employee so I'm waiving at him trying to get my attention. He obviously can see me through his perrifrial. Ignored. So im able to pull up to the second window and everybody and they mamas are there and they are literally ignoring me. One even pretended to sweep it was absolutely hilariously embarrassing. Y'all THE MANAGER IGNORED ME! I just wanted some kind of customer service. All the imbeciles had to do was tell me they were closed when I PULLED UP AT THE DRIVE THRU. I'm mad cause I can't give 0 stars. i hate this mcdonalds!!! everytime i go there i leave annoyed and unsatisfied with the experience. want a straw to drink with? better ask for it, cuz we all know some people just turn the cup upside down and pour it down their gullet. want a napkin? better ask for it, cuz most people never use napkins. want ketchup with your french fries? better ask for it, cuz americans never want ketchup with their fries. while waiting at the front counter for five miinutes and the manager asks if you need help, you better say no. cuz if you say yes, he'll walk away for a few seconds, then rush to help the idiot who just cut you in line right in front of him. this mcdonalds sucks. bad service. bad food made badly. read more
