HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager whose name starts with a C is extremely rude and does not help customers with issues. I ordered food for counter pick up, when I showed up all doors were locked. Called the store 10 times, I could see the phone ringing from the window and all employees were just standing there. Not a single person picked up the phone. I had to wait 20 additional minutes in the drive thru only for the manager to take 0 accountability. When I got the window she said she was the manager and that my order was ready. Went to the next window was handed an ice cream cone that was all melted, no napkins offered. I proceeded to wait for the rest of my order while 3 male employees shook each other hands, said goodbye to each other and I finally had to interrupt and asl for the remainder of my order. Despite the fact that the "manager" said it was ready, I had to wait 10 extra minutes for it. This is my best McDonald's experience ever! When I arrived here.My expectations were super-low.I thought it would be another dirty McDonald's. I opened the door.People were cleaning windows and floors.I ordered just one cup of coffee.It was tasty. I asked them refill.She gave me " free refill". I went to the men's room.It was super clean.Please see the pictures. Whenever I visit McDonald's , I checked the men's rooms, because the founder of McDonald's, Ray Kroc personally cleaned a bathroom at a restaurant when the staff were all busy.He thought no one wanted to eat if the restrooms were dirty. Disrespectful AF. the ladies didn't want to make food clearly because they disabled the Uber app. The store is open. I was trying to help a lady order her food , on the Uber eats app it shows lunch and dinner but they are only available to serve breakfast. So they think they're slick of getting out of working. This is not a 24hr Drive Thru McDonalds. Apparently they completely close the store down and do not take orders every night between 2-3am. It is 3/9/19 2:20am. I was told by the drive thru attendant this is done because it takes one hour to prepare to switch to breakfast menu items and they do this every night. This is not posted anywhere on their website or their hours shown on the doors/windows. Since this is a set schedule for you all, you should change your posted hours so people don't waste their time coming to your store! This McDonald's sold me stale French fries that had to have been a day old. Then I had to make a whole u turn from where they are off the freeway so check that your orders are FRESH before you drive off cause they will laugh at you when bring it back. Despite the reviews from older years, this McDonald's has done a great job. Just went by today to try the new Cheesy Bacon Fries! I was taken care of with great customer service '& my food was done almost instantly. The fries were fresh and hot served. Trying new things does not have to be disappointing , my experience was great. read more

Ordered two grilled southwest salads at 906pm today in drive thru lane. I asked if I could get some lemons instead of sauce, they said they didn't have lemons. I said ok. At 925pm I decided to go inside to get my food since they left me in the parking lot for almost 20 min. I get my salads and "yay" the give me two apple pies "on the house". Yum... So I made the mistake of not checking my order since I was so anxious to get home and eat. What do I open. A Caesar salad with croutons. Where's my southwest grilled chicken salad ? I just came from this McDonalds after work just now, after being told that the system was experiencing technical difficulties, and to come back in 30 minutes and they should be open then. I came back after 30 minutes as instructed by the drive-thru lady, only to have her lock eyes with me at the first window, duck and run to the second window, while leaving me waiting at the first one! Loser! I drive up to the second window, and she tells me they are still closed!! Are you kidding me???!!! How ridiculous can you get? I don't recommend this location PERIOD...especially if you are a night owl or work late hours. I honestly believe that it will be awhile before they fix the technical problem, provided they ever do. I am a week late posting my review but it is a must that I do so. I went to the almeda genoa and 288 location at 0718 to purchase breakfast as i was on my way to work. first, the lady who took my order kept telling me to hold on after the fact that i had already told her my whole order. I ordered the #3 breakfast biscuit with egg, cheese, bacon and 1 burrito. paid for my order only to receive an opened sandwich that appeared to have been returned. as I was driving off, I reached in to get my hash brown is how i noticed it. Immediately called as soon as I got to work. the sandwich looked like someone was about to eat but realized they had the wrong order. I spoke with the Shift Manager Daniella and informed her, she stated that this is a problem that has been happening. I was shocked that management would say that to a customer. I then spoke to Cindy, Store Manager. I then spoke to Carol, secretary. Cindy and Carol said that the video recording will be reviewed to see what happened. Never spoke to Robert the Supervisor because Cindy said he doesn't like for them to give out his number. Carol called me back and stated that Robert, supervisor stated that what I suspected did not happened. They say they saw my sandwich being made and put into the bag. Carol tried to tell me that maybe it's the way the employee may have put it in the bag. There is no way possible that could have happened. A freshly wrapped sandwich does not look like that. They refused to accept responsibility of recycling food that should have immediately gone to food waste especially with the Corona virus going on. I could have gotten sick shall I had eaten that but there was no way I would have the way the sandwich was opened. they offered to remake it or give me a refund. no thanks to food from there ever in life. and of course I was going to get my refund without a doubt. I am highly upset that this has happened and they would do anything to save a dollar. I always eat at this location when on-the-go. This store is a franchise so you will never get to file a complaint to corporate management. They get zero stars. Robert never reached out to me for such an issue as this one. I only go to this McDonald's because it's close to my house but I'm done with it now. You always sit in the drive thru for over 15 minutes only to get your order and the food is old or not at all what you ordered. Last night I purposely set the timer on my phone to time how long I would be sitting in the drive thru. I have been sitting there for 25 minutes before I got to the speaker. After I got to the speaker I sat there another 10 minutes with no response from the worker, so I blew my horn and the cashier said "cash only"... Not welcome to McDonald's. I placed my order and they said "we have no meat"...... Management needs to be fired and the customer service sucks on any given day and the employees have the nerves to fight for $15 an hour when the service is below minimum wage. read more

Ok franchise owner. Are you reading these reviews? What's up with your store and its drive-thru service? Been there twice and both times I get home and the order is wrong. Customers should not have to check the bag every time. If your staff was properly trained, they would repeat the order back to the customer as he/she is handing them the order. Tonight I ordered a 10 piece nugget and got a McRib. The young man passing out the food didn't smile, or say a word, just glared at me as he handed me the food. The service is slow. I was a regional manager for McDonald's in the 70's and 80's and your store is an embarrassment to the organization. What happened to the basis of McDonalds - QSC? Quantity was bad, service atrocious, and God knows what the inside of the store looks like!! I won't be back. I'll drive two more miles into Pearland from now on; McDonalds Corporation needs to take back your store. read more
