This McDonald's in Huntsville, Arkansas turned out to be a very good road-trip stop on a cloudy morning. I picked up both a hot mocha and a regular coffee, and both were very good. Sometimes on a long drive, a dependable coffee stop can really make the difference, and this one definitely did the job. The cashier, who seemed like a manager, was nice and friendly, which made the stop even better. The restaurant has a newer, updated look inside with self-order kiosks and a clean, modern feel. The restrooms were tolerably clean, which is always appreciated when traveling. We waited 25 minutes for our order. We only ordered three coffees, one cone, and three pies. Meanwhile, everyone who arrived after us received their orders before we did. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a curbside order at 505. At 522 I called the store because I still hadn't received my food yet, 30+ cars went through the drive thru. I was told my food was coming out and that they were just waiting on my burger. Almost 15 more minutes go by and I finally get my food. The guy didn't even try to talk to me. So I asked for a manager who, surprise surprise, took forever to come outside. So I can see they are following leadership. I've never been more furious with customer service. It was typical McDonalds and the management there seemed to be following all of the McDonald's standards. This was during a rush and the place was crowded. The place looked clean, smelled fresh, no trash and tables well bussed. The order taker was quick and had to be asked to provide condiments. The food quality was hot and fresh. This is not the worst McDonald's I've ever been in but it is, without a doubt, the uncleanest one I've seen. I stopped by early in the morning to grab a quick drink. I'm still queasy thinking about what might have been in that drink. When you first walk in you will notice the little latch on the floor that is used to hold open the door. Behind the latch is dirt that must have been there for months. It was pretty obvious that the bare minimum was done when it is time to mop. Keep in mind that it was early in the morning. That means the lunch rush and tons of customers have probably not been through there yet. The drink station was a nightmare. There were dozens, DOZENS, of dead black bugs lying all over the floor by that station. Who knows how many were living inside it. I'm hoping they all died during the night and not been there for awhile but you would think someone would consider sweeping them away. The drink station had one of those troughs with a grate over it that is made to catch spilled drinks. This one was full of trash and grime. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned in days (weeks?). If that wasn't cleaned then you know the drink fountains weren't cleaned. I hate to imagine how much mold is inside that thing. Needless to say, I didn't get a drink for there. I just sat my cup down and left. It wasn't worth getting my dollar back to stay in that place any longer. read more

So yes it's a McDonald's but this place served up sum of the hottest French fries I've had in a long time. Came inside and it was spotless and smelled very clean. I gotta have my McDouble with onions only with cheese these are so good. Love to get the fresh apple pies from here. I've ordered them to be freshly made and with a vanilla ice cream cone. I have eaten at McDonald's all over the country. Unfortunately I have to rate this one as the worst I've been to. It doesn't matter what time of day or what day of the week the food is usually the same. I have to eat here as there isn't much choice for fast food in the area. I have never gotten any "bad" food here but it's usually not hot or prepared properly. Even at times when asked to pull ahead and wait for my food they still can't provide hot food. The drink machines are often broken for weeks at a time. Breakfast seems to have issues too. When asking for sugar "on the side" I often get an attitude. When I receive my coffee at window #2 the usual woman there forgets to give me the sugar packs or needs to return to school as she certainly can't count. She's also very surly. I have complained numerous times to no good. I can hardly wait for the new Taco Bell to open in their area. McDonald's will never see me again at that location. read more

My husband ordered a double cheeseburger that had one patty, they charged us extra for my daughters apple juice (which states it's included in the kids meal) and then we didn't even get it. I've been to many McDonald's in my 20 years LOL, and this is one of the best. The employees are always so friendly, well most of the time. And they get food out very quickly. I don't think I've ever had them mess up one of my orders, but even if they did that's bound to happen sometimes and I wouldn't judge them. The owner of this McDonald's should be very proud of how it's being run, I am very pleased with this McDonald's.
