The woman at the window had my daughters order wrong and when she finally handed me the correct order , I had asked her if there weren't any pickles on her burger. Late evening food run. Arrived at 9:10. Order placed at 9:14. Location not busy but very unorganized. Not sure who is is charge but seemed like no one. Took over 10 minutes to get sandwich and fries. This was not a special or difficult order. Seems they cater to drive through more than lobby customer. Would not recommend this location. read more

*UPDATE* I spoke to a manager the following morning and she was extremely understanding and thankful for my feedback. Kudos to the great management that morning!! She also offered free meals Picture this: you're starving. Haven't eaten in nearly 18 hours, and you just got off work from a near by fast food restaurant. You have 2 of your coworkers in the car, it's about 12:13am, and again, you're ALL hungry. So first we didn't recognize that the dining room closes at midnight, and we attempted to open the door, just to find it locked. Our mistake 100%, by no means was it anyone's fault but our own for trying to enter a closed dining room. Dang it. Back to the car, ready to pass through the drive thru with only maybe 2 cars in front of you TOTAL (and they've already ordered, nobody is behind you). I was planning on paying for one of my friends food, and the other one was on her own. We get to the ordering box and say, "Can we please have two separate orders?" and the woman just flat out says, "No." We all thought, 'this is a joke,' but you guessed it! No joke. You could hear her coworker saying "just tell them no" and she proceeded to tell us that they were "too busy." Too busy? With the two cars in front of me? I don't think so. Plus, it's not like we were holding up the line. So I said, "okay then I guess we're just going to have to come through twice," and started my order. I started by saying "Could I please get a Grand Mac?" She said "We don't have the Grand Macs." Okay, fine. Maybe I was just uneducated about McDonalds' new menu, which was likely the case. So I just say, "Then could I have a Big Mac and a medium fry?" The Big Mac pops up on the little screen, no fry. I'll just repeat that later. "Could I also get a crispy chicken ranch snack wrap?" "We no longer sell the snack wraps." That's weird, because I was JUST at that same location no more than a week ago and ordered two of them. I said, "I was here last Friday and ordered them?" and she said "WELL THAT WAS LAST WEEK HONEY, THINGS CHANGE." OKAYYYYY GIRL. We work in fast food, and even on our bad days, customers are treated with the utmost respect. We know that it gets stressful, but you do not treat a customer with such blatant disregard. At this point, we're ready to go. Obviously you do not care for your customers or your job. Anyways, we ended up leaving and eating at the Taco Bell on E. Thompson Road. They were happy to have us and the woman was kind, allowed 2 separate orders, and not yelling through her microphone about the menu items we wanted. At the window, we got to talking about our experience at McDonalds, and she said "I just got a snack wrap today!" FUNNY. I attempted to call the store and speak to a manager, for them to never pick up, except once, but they hung up on me. I wasn't going to yell, I just wanted to have a conversation with the management about the situation. I'm sure they were "too busy" to talk to a customer who was trying to settle the McDonalds drive th incident, that ultimately, led to yhis review. Ordering was fine nothing bad but was a little slow however it was a rush so no blame to be had. However, when getting my food they gave me my drink then told me to go park and I sat for 20 minutes where they forgot completely about my food order so I went in and asked when this lady in a yellow shirt was very rude to me and told me to get out without asking what I ordered or anything and another girl in a regular black shirt came out and was nice and asked what I ordered and even though she forgot my sauces she still got me my food when presumably the manager was very rude to me. Will not be coming back even though it is very convenient when I charge my car at the Tesla charger as Id rather go to White Castle and shit myself than deal with this McDonalds again. Tried to email the GM and McDonald's but didn't get a reply and they don't care either as they get a lot of traffic through here however they hire the rudest managers for a service job. Horrible, not just once but generally. Stopped at 2 to grab a quick bite but there were closed. 10 minutes at the box. Drive to window 2 staffers ignore me. So, I finally get a manager that greats me with we're closed. It's aMcDonald's so the the bar is set so low on customer service already. Some how this place seems slither under even that bar. Horrible customer service. We went threw drive threw and sat while all other orders in other line were taken 5 at least. We went around the car in front of us at the speaker and went in. The teenager that was suppose to have on their head set taking orders had their head set off setting on the table making drinks. ‍‍. Every time we go to this location as soon as you walk in door there are over at least 10 "workers" just standing. When we get our food my chicken sandwich was wrong I ordered a bacon cheddar mcchicken and received a regular mcchicken with the markings for my correct food ordered. In the past, I've had negative experiences at this location in the past - before their remodel - and had not been back since they reopened. My wife and I decided to go through the drive-thru with our three children for some dinner after returning from an evening event. It was busy, and we expected a wait. However, what we didn't expect was rude service, and being left at their second food pick-up window for more than 9 minutes (after being rudely pointed there by the attendant at pickup window 1) and never told why or how long it would be. Finally fed up, I went inside to find out how long it would take and/or what the problem was, I was told they were waiting for one sandwich (a McRib). I told them to forget that sandwich, and I just wanted to get out of here, turned around and returned to my car. Then, preparing to drive off, one of the only two nice employees we dealt with in the entire transaction (the first being the payment/order person - or first two if they were separate people, I can't remember that clearly enough to know for sure) brought out our food, having replaced all the items and apologized. I would have accepted that and not written this review, except for an item she shared, that being the McRib - after 9 minutes - still had not been started before I came inside, despite it having been asked about several times, and had I not come inside, she didn't know how long it would have been. To me, that indicates an employee didn't think enough of their job, or their manager, or the guest, to do their job well. THAT'S a major problem ... and one I'll be sure to avoid in the future by never returning here. (Oh, and when we finally got home, we discovered we had not received the drinks for our children's Happy Meals, and the lid on my Coke was loose and spilled in my car when I picked it up. On more than one occasion I have spent 20-30 in the drive thru waiting for a small order. On more than one occasion I have been parked because they need more time to get one last thing and I wait ten minutes before going in for them to tell me that no one knew I was parked, so my order hasn't been worked on. The most infuriating aspect of this last visit was that the manager, Ms Phillips, was the person that parked me then claimed she didn't know she had a car parked. There is a complete lack of a sense of urgency and not single worker there cares if the food is made quickly or accurately. If I'm going to spend 30 minutes waiting I can go to an actual restaurant. Stopped in the driver thru, roughly 7pm, last evening-few cars in front of me, but they have already order and just waiting to pay and get food. Place order, only 2 items, pull ahead and proceed to wait almost 8-10 minutes before moving vehicle again. Every vehicle in front of us seemed to stall when it came time to get food. We finally get to our turn after nearly 16 minutes. Proceed to leave and daughter says Stop!!-they got our order wrong! Sure enough-only had 2 items and 1 of them was wrong. Daughter goes back inside and they correct item, however, when she gets to car realized item is barely 1/2 full. She walks back inside and points this out to counter person who very sarcastically replies, "What!-did we get it wrong again?!-daughter explains situation to which counter girl rolls her eyes and makes comment below her breath about situation to another co-worker. Girl then sets item on counter, pretends to get another, but bags up the original and hands it back to my daughter with no verbal acknowledgement. We didnt realize it was the same until we got home and saw same indentation in container from holding it earlier and it was still only half full. This McDonalds always seems to be busy-but I dont understand why or how people come back here. I've had sub-par service here multiple times with poor quality food too many times, this was the last time. read more
