The drink, fries, service, and ambience was goodbut they only gave me 11 nuggs in the 12 count, that was sad. :(

I normally would have given a 5* however when it takes 20mins to get your food at a fast food type establishment I have to knock off one star. After having not received our food and others that ordered after us has gotten their food I went up to the counter to see what was going and the manager acknowledged that it was odd that I hadn't gotten my food so as she was checking on why my food got brought out. So I still have no clue as to why it took so long for 2 spicy chicken meals. The chicken was hot and fresh and the fries were good and had the right amount of salt. They need more mobile order QR codes. Only 1 at entrance of parking lot. Other locations have them all over. Causes unnecessary delay.

I made a mobile-thru order on Saturday, November 1st and was at the restaurant waiting in line to scan the QR Code so that the staff would begin making my order. Due to the large quantity of other customers in line, I was not able to scan the QR Code before 10:30 and the mobile app cancelled my order. I went to the pickup location around the building and explained the situation to two associates and eventually the manager. What I wanted from this situation was to either make the breakfast order that I had initially placed or receive a gift card as compensation for my time. I explained the situation to the manager and she did not listen to my concern and said that I was blocking the line for other customers that were waiting when I had already been there 30 minutes prior and I did not receive any compensation for my time. read more

Went in to get a to go order and Ella took our orders. For this visit, the order was actually correct and everything was meant to standards unlike previous times in which it has not been. But we weee not asked anything about what type of cheese and stuff like that. Good tastes for the most part. BUT what doesn't is getting made fun of by Ella because I'm "speaking to quietly" and she "doesn't want to repeat herself" and kept making fun of me and my fiance. Yes we aren't the cleanest today walking in here we are covered in paint but that is life. But to be made fun of by someone for the way I am talking, if it was too quite gladly would've appreciated being asked to speak up instead of getting made fun of from Ella and the blonde guy who also provided to make fun of my name. Sad that this is what we get from chickfula. Hasn't been my first issue with them. Just sad that this is what make me write the review. read more

Above average fast food served by high character young people led by quality leaders. I live near by, have been eating here for years, and can't remember a single time where there was an issue with my order. The place is always a mad house, but still clean, another sign of how well it's run. Service can be a little bit of a wait because of the high demand, but there is no better drive through process in all of the fast food world. Every fast food restaurant is failing by not copying much of what they do. If you're reading this recently after my review, try the new Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Grilled Chicken sandwich just as it comes. Price is a quite high at $8.59!, but it does taste quite good. As always, pair it with "The Lord's Waffle Fries" (google that if you don't know). It's wild how busy this location is being right off I-65. But despite that, they manage to get through the line efficiently without sacrificing service. You'll still wait in line a bit if the line is wrapped all the way around the building, but you can only do so much with a crowd that big and they still excel in every way. It still amazes me how well organized the drive-thru is considering I never see any less than 20 cars there at any given time. We opened up a drive-thru food pantry at work due to the pandemic and my first question was "what is the Chick-fil-a model because it works?". No matter what day or time it is, Chick-fil-a is busy. BUT you'll get in and out so quick. Don't let a long line stop you. I kept seeing commercials so I had to try the Grilled Spicy Deluxe. It was a good amount of spicy, not too much. I usually get the grilled nuggets but the sandwich was a good alternative. I love that they have diet as an option for the fresh squeezed lemonade and the crushed ice is everything. I did delivery instead of pickup for my last visit and they package everything well for safety. read more

Much to the dismay of my more progressive friends, I'm a loyal fan of the Chick-fil-A chain. As a single adult with few family connections, I appreciate having a place I can go where I can get a good meal, great service, and pay a fair price. My dining in has definitely slowed down throughout the pandemic, though I continue to marvel at Chick-fil-A's ability to adapt to the pandemic by adjusting their drive-thru processes. I don't get to this location as often as others since I live in Lawrence, however, it's a place that gets my occasional visit when I have an appointment on the Franciscan campus. I recently decided to get some labs done on the campus rather than at Cityway and this gave me the opportunity to once again experience this location. First off, this location will always have a special place in my heart because of how they responded to a friend's situation with a dog who was dying. This dog LOVED Chick-fil-A's nuggets and in her final days Chick-fil-A really responded kindly and generously as my friend spent her final days with the dog and rewarded her daily with some nuggets. It was kind and compassionate and just so consistent with what I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. On this particular visit, I hit the drive-thru during the morning. The line wasn't too bad and the employees were outside taking orders. This has become fairly standard for Chick-fil-A with the increased use of their drive-thru. I was greeted warmly, asked for my name for the order, and the order was taken. I'm not as familiar with the breakfast menu and took a moment to decide what I wanted to order. We scanned for the reward points (the rewards program really is rather generous...you do need to download their app and I do find it's quite difficult to retroactively get points if you forget). Typically, the person taking the order also receives payment. This day was a touch different and there was a different person taking payment. Then, I drove forward to get my order. They have two ordering lanes that turn into one in terms of receiving the orders. It does look like they have a set-up that allows for two-lanes when business is busy (which is frequently). While many chains have truly failed miserably during the pandemic, Chick-fil-A has truly risen to the occasion. I'm sure it has been a stressful time, but they've been incredibly impressive in how they've adapted while also protecting employees and customers and following health orders. Yes, I still get the occasionally wonky order - and, yes, Chick-fil-A can drive me bonkers by putting very little ice in an iced tea - but, for someone who doesn't have a whole lot of human connection my life it's nice to have a place to go where the service is great, the food is good, and the pandemic hasn't been an excuse to see service go out the window. Prices have risen a bit, as is true for every restaurant, but for the most part it's still affordable. Going to Chick-fil-A? Truly my pleasure. read more

The line to get into the restaurant was unorganized and stuck at a stand still. Once we arrived to an available spot for curb side, it took a long time to get our food. We waited around 20 minutes for our curbside order. The whole experience was frustrating. Food is great as always tho! read more

I'm assuming this is a management issue because I've been to this location for years. But two things. Major traffic hazards and poor employee placement. I only ever see one employee running food and they take one bag at a time from restaurant to car. Traffic consistently pours, not only out of the lot, but into oncoming traffic since it's next to a traffic light. This would be explained because Chick-Fil-A is popular, but there's always a large empty gap between cars ordering and people waiting on food. No sense of urgency from any employee to keep the line moving or getting these people out of a dangerous situation. read more

i ordered some chicken nuggets and waffle fries last weekend and i was not disappointed! the nuggets were crunchy. they are so good you don't need a dipping sauce in my opinion. the drive thru line was crazy but the employees were working hard to take care of the customers. the employees inside were working just had hard. the restaurant is very clean on the inside, they have several seating areas and even a play place. read more

Overall, Chick-Fil-A is normally fast and good food. But everytime we visit this location there is always something missing. Straws, sauce, salad toppings, dressings. They don't offer you a receipt either in order to contact the store with your concerns. It's fast food but pretty pricey to be forgetting things in the order. There hasn't been a chik-fil-a I don't like! I love the food and that they close on Sundays for religious reasons. I respect the organizations values. I don't know that I'll ever understand the drive thru situation, but it moves fast so I don't have any complaints. A "thank you" is always to be met with a "my pleasure" by the staff. They have a nice variety of choices. My all time favorite sauce is the chik-fil-a sauce. It's amazing! If you haven't tried it, you need to ASAP. read more

I don't have any interest in trying to defend the ultra-conservative values held by some of the folks behind Chik-fil-A. And I also wish the employees wouldn't say "my pleasure" when you thank them. My favorite Chick Fil A location, place is always busy however they turnover quickly. Anything I've gotten order has been correct and the follow up from the staff is great. Came in on a Sat afternoon and they had a family day event, face painting, balloon animals you get the idea, I think they do this on the first Sat of the month. We received our order pretty quickly so I was surprised when we realized all the sandwiches were cold, tomato had gone bad, and our fries were slightly warm at best. The customer service here is superb. After placing my order someone brought it to my table. They also took my order at the table later once I had finished my food but I wanted some other things. Everyone was smiling and actually seemed like they enjoyed working here. My family and I come here very often, and almost always do curbside pick-up. The past few times we have done it, we always say we should've just sat in the drive-thru with how long it takes. I thought to order ahead it'd be a little quicker since the line is always wrapped around. Tonight we went and did curbside pick-up and waited a long time. We get home, and were missing one of our items and included none of the sauces we asked for. I called to ask for a refund on the missing item and they told me they couldn't do that and told me they could only send me a reward. I've had trouble with not getting a reward when something was wrong, so I said told her no. The girl I spoke to on the phone was so rude, & didn't even apologize. Definitely was not a "pleasure". I was kinda in a hurry but craving CFA, it was a weekday around lunchtime and you know that line be from here to kingdom come, but i was like... eh, Ill risk it! So I get in line and it was legit like Mike's carwash, there were people with menus taking my order then they let me pay and I was miles away from the drive-thru window. Then as you turn the corner, there is like a receipt shimmy-shack where you get your receipts... I declined because I didn't even know it was there and pretty much blew past it... my bad. I get to the window and my food was all ready n stuff... I was SO impressed, what I thought would take 20 minutes, took a whopping 3 minutes. UM THANK YOU!
