Made a late night stop after dancing and bought two, 10 pc chicken nugget meals. We got home 20 minutes later and found out that one of the 10 piece chicken nuggets boxes was absent from the bag. 8/31/2025- I'm writing this review because how can you mess up my order twice and first time was you didn't give me first which it was 4 kids fries that came with the 5$ meal and 1 large fries. So went back to get the fries. But the manager that night said no way sure it wasn't in the bag and I said no it's not. He said "we put everything in one bag" manager ask on of the coworkers if they put the fries and she hesitated for seconds and said yeah. The manager didn't believe me, I told him check the cameras, I only received on bag and my drinks. Then said he will make it. Approximately 20-33mins of waiting he came back told me we are busy I will give to you in few mins. The some other co work gave me the fries and when I got home they still forgot to give me the Large fires and my BBQ and ketchup. I don't really do this but MCDONALD corporation needs to go check managers and coworkers to see what going on.. read more

Last night me and my boyfriend went to this McDonald's and we ended up waiting an hour for food that was clearly made hours earlier. It literally had to be choked down. The fries were hard and stale. The chicken nuggets were rubbery and the sandwiches were dry with pretty stale buns. We spent 18.62 and I was incredibly disappointed to the point of crying and didn't even finish half of that disgusting meal. Not to mention the service was paltry as well. Pulled up to the drive throu and was greeted with "what do you want" Pulled around to pay and teen working was wearing ear buds and did not say one word Pulled up to the window and the 2 teens working did not say anything because they were too busy laughing at another worker who was screaming about her boyfriend cheating on her. There is a big difference in food quality depending on what McDonald's you eat at. This location seems to always have fresh food. Their service is friendly and fast. The McDonald's on Shawnee Drive is less than 5 minutes away and I avoid that one just to go to the Kansas Ave location. Shawnee Drive is sooooo slow! read more

Honestly, I thought I had already written a review for this McDonald's. It's the closest McDonald's to my house, so when I first moved here, I always came to this location. After a good 10 visits, and literally 8 out of those 10 times my order being wrong or just poorly made, I stopped coming here and drove several miles out of my way to avoid this McDonald's. This morning I went there again and, unsurprisingly, my order was wrong. Again. I have no idea this particular McDonald's cannot get an order right (keeping in mind I'm usually ordering for one person, so I don't have 20 items and one thing happens to be wrong.) Other than this, the majority of the staff seem kind. The place is usually pretty messy, especially for the number of people they always seem to have on staff. It has a Redbox and some McDonald's arcade games for kids, so that's kinda cool I guess. read more

Your average McDonalds. I stop here for an iced tea or coke on my way to other places. It's usually pretty convenient, quick.

The rating I gave is not so much for the food, but for the service. The food is the same as all of them (fast food is just so-so at best), but they have the best breakfast shift employees. I work nearby and they are awesome. Great service, great attitudes. I can hardly believe I'm at McDonalds. Most Mickey D's employees are all crackheads, but not this one! We stopped ordering Diet Coke from this location months ago because the drink tastes "weird." Too much carbonation, not enough syrup - ?? Don't know, but just flavorless and strange. Today we went through the drive-thru and ordered a side salad, a parfait, 10-pc nuggets, and french fries. The salad was disgusting and we later discovered it actually expired yesterday. It cost $1.79 plus tax so was not worth driving back for a refund. McDonald's website says, "freshly prepared." HA!! The parfait yogurt was runny and the fruit was limp which means it also was not fresh. The nuggets were cold and dry. We will NEVER return to this McDonald's, even though it's only minutes from our house. Very disappointing. We are done. read more
