Order from our hotel via DoorDash 2 combos. I requested ketchup and ranch for the nuggets. I received no sauce, only 1 soda and only 1 order of Fries. This McDonalds is straight up TRASH!!! We placed a big order so it was understandable that we'd have to wait a while. But we waited nearly 45 mins and when they brought our order to our car they forgot a few things. So we asked if the missing items were being brought out and the lady straight gave me a nasty look and then shouted "STUPID JENNY!" And then walked away lol we waited another 5 mins and she came out with one more item and we said to her again, we also ordered 3 coffees and then she stared at me again and said "well they said the don't know". We couldn't believe the service lol she the. Walked away again without saying anything. So this time my man decided to walk in and get the rest of our items lol. We finally headed home almost an hour later. Got to the house and saw a random sausage patty just laying in the bag and we were still missing our bacon McMuffin. So I was in the drive thru, the guy in front of me moved up. (He has a modified exhaust so while I wasnt directly looking I could hear him go). I set the cash down and put my car in first gear when the shift manager Jennie sticks her head out the window , waves her hands and says, "yoo hoo!" Completely surprised at the time it took for someone for stick their head out of the restaurant window and wave me down to move forward...I pull up to the window and I make the comment to her: the guy literally just moved forward ... like Literally? Besides horrible service I could not believe how much more expensive it is vs. Hawaii Kai McDonald's. This all started in the drive thru placed my order for the following 2c- quarter pounder deluxe/large size 7- cheeseburger meal/large size Then when I got to the payment window I paid and then last minute I wanted a 20pc. Chkn nuggets. Now paid for that. Went to the second window for my order the guy handed me my 2 drinks and was told to park in any stall you need to wait for fresh hot fries. I parked and waited and waited. There was about 10 cars that went thru before the employee came out with the food. She came out with 1 bag. I asked if the nuggets were inside she stated it should be on the bottom. I looked and nothing was inside. I then reached for the receipt to show proof of the purchase and she said she'll be right back. As we waited still no show of the employee. It is now 5:11pm about 20 minutes after my order was placed(According to the receipt) I walk inside the restaurant and the same employee sees me and I ask about my chkn nuggets with both of my receipts and her response was "oh the nuggets". She then mentions it to the supervisor/lead and then tells the back and then boxes it less than a minute! As she hands me the bag the employee tells me "I added extra napkins"!Wtheck? The dining room was busy, but it was very clean. I walked in unsure of what I wanted, but the cashier at the front was very patient in letting me decide on what I wanted, his name was Keoni. Keoni took my order exactly how I wanted, he was very nice, such a comfortable, people person. The wait was not long at all, given how busy the restaurant was inside and out. The food was nice and hot, like perfect. As I enjoyed my food in the dining room, Keoni stuck out to me because I noticed him being such a dedicated worker. To supplying the machines, to cashiering, doing the fries, and then wiping and cleaning the tables in the dining room right after a large group of teens had just left, he caught my attention and I felt the need to share this experience. read more

Parking: you're in competition with other businesses. But McDonald's has their own little parking lot as well. Drive thru: rush hour or not, you'll be in line for 20-30 minutes. Sometime they even make you wait longer if you've ordered anything "freshly cooked." Although you waited 10-15 minutes to get from the order kiosk to the pay kiosk, your fresh French fries are not yet ready. It would've been reasonable if rushed through the order and pay station in less than 5 minutes. In store: same deal with the drive thru. Rush hour or not. The wait is ridiculous. Location/Parking: They are located in the same shopping center as Home Depot, Starbucks, Jamba Juice and Navy Federal. They are directly across from Costco. There are tons of parking at this shopping center. Food: MISTAKES GALORE!!! There is always a mistake in my order! On my most recent visit, I ordered a 6 piece chicken McNugget Happy Meal and I received 5 McNuggets. My husband has ordered double quarter pounder and received a single quarter pounder. My daughter also did not receive apples on one of the visits and was terribly disappointed since she knows apples come with the Happy Meal. Price: The restaurant is affordable for most people and the specials help people stretch their money further. Overall, the restaurant is conveniently located and offers daily specials that is advertised on the front of the restaurant. I prefer NOT to come to this location because of all the mistakes made in the past on our previous orders. read more

This is not fast food. Our order took way longer than it needed to be (30 minutes for 2 orders of nuggets, 3 fries & pie) and we had a missing nuggets to boot. We didn't realize until we got back to the hotel only to have to trek back. They don't pick up the phone and they do not provide refunds on online orders. 20 minutes after we ordered McFlurry, we had to check on order only to find out machine was broken. We had to wait further for a substitute since they can't provide refund. We will NEVER go back again. read more

Surprised at all the negative reviews. Guess it's a hit or miss depending on who's working. But I was satisfied with my visit today! My food was hot and fresh. The lady who took my order seemed a bit frazzled at the drive through, but that's fine. The man who gave me my food offered extra napkins. I asked for strawberry jam and he gave 2. What really possessed me to write this review was that my sandwich was assembled with care (wasn't sloppy for once lol) cheese was melted, muffin was toasted, it was also packed nice and tight (which is almost never lol) My hash browns were crispy. Came to this McDonald's this morning (2/2/17) to order breakfast for my coworkers before we start work. The person who helped us was awesome and very friendly even though it was busy. Why I gave a two stars because as we were eating our egg mcmuffin. My coworker started crunching on something so she spitted out. She looked at it and it was an egg shell. She started to inspect it and found more. For me I was a bit upset because it's good to have it fresh but having extra ingredients is not so good. Though this is the location we seem to end up at the most, it is not my favorite McDonalds. Service here is lacking, often unfriendly, and sometimes non-existent. And then every once in a while you get a great employee. Often the tables are filled with people just sitting around or they are dirty. If I could give this McDonald's a -100 stars I would. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate & lazy people. The first time my family and I went there, it was 9pm at night. We placed our order in the drive thru, payed, received our drinks but was told to park and wait for our food to come out. 25 minutes passed, and we see the lights turning off, the drive thru menu boards shutting down, and employees going home. We pulled up to the window and honked our horn to let them know we were out there, a woman employee opens the window and says "sorry were closed." We told her we were waiting for our food and she replies with "no we can't do that because we shut down the grills." We asked for a refund and she replied again with a "no we can't do that. I already counted the monies and closed the registers." She then asked if we could come back tomorrow to get the food. We told her "no" because we live on the other side of the island and wasn't going to drive all the way back. We asked to speak to the manager and when she came, she was very hostile towards us. We found out it was because the first woman told the manager that WE were difficult because we didn't want them to make the food, and didn't want a refund. They ended up restarting the grills and making our food. But the overall shit show lasted us an hour. WORST MCDONALDS IN THE STATE (at least). Today, I tried it again to see if it would be a more pleasant experience & It was NOT. They're rude by asking "is that it?" For EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. I order. They ran out of fucking cup holders (and I had 7 drinks) wtf is that? And they love to mess up my order, it seems. I came through here once when the Starbucks down the road was too packed. There was nobody in line and I got my food quickly. My iced latte was just ok and barely had any ice.
