When I asked Paul if this call had any genuine purpose beyond offering an empty apology, his response was that Joe had "been here for 10 years" and that he "trusts his judgment." It was clear that his goal wasn't to resolve an issue, but to defend his colleague and end the call as quickly as possible. Furthermore, when I expressed that I would continue to review and speak out about this experience, Paul responded by stating -- very clearly -- that he didn't care and told me to go ahead and write my review. For a representative of the Domino's brand to show that level of disregard toward someone seeking employment is beyond unprofessional -- it's offensive. The consistent lack of professionalism from this Domino's team -- from the application phase to this most recent call -- has left me discouraged and deeply disrespected. I now even question whether I was treated this way for another reason altogether, and I can't ignore the fact that I'm Latino. The tone, actions, and utter lack of care simply don't align with any ethical or professional standard. I am not sharing this out of anger, but because I believe no one else should go through the same experience when seeking employment. Just ordered a thin crust large - delivered quickly and it wasn't just good for a Domino's - it was very good period!

Honestly not half bad for dominoes. They deliver and it's cheesy. 4 stars for delivery , 3 for the pizza.

Recently went in, and they told me to leave due to the fact that I had a service animal with me. They got upset and didn't give me a chance to educate them about the ADA laws, they told me it didn't matter to them. They wouldn't give me my food that hat that I had paid for, they told me I had to leave or they were going to call the police. Not giving them my business again. read more

This is probably the nicest Domino's I've ever been to! The interior was by far the cleanest and most modern I've ever seen for a Domino's Pizza. The staff was courteous. The food was prepared very quickly, and well the food was what you'd expect. More than anything else, the cleanliness was the wow factor here. read more

Don't bother I expect the quality to be subpar, duh, DOMINOS. The problem is, the prices have exploded and the reliability is abysmal. Let me explain; I order a specific 2 topping pizza to honor the coupon. I get the delivery after watching the website bounce between baking and delivering, I open the pizza box later to discover a plain cheese. No pan crust, no black olives, no cheddar cheese. Just plain, regular-crust cheese pizza. I call to find out why, and they claim that that is how the ticket came out. I saw the order before placing it. I saw the black olives in the description. Did the order reset while the website kept bouncing between baking and delivery? Are the people there incompetent and refuse to admit they delivered the wrong pizza? I don't know, and for that quality at that price, it is not worth finding out. NOT WORTH IT. There are plenty of far better pizza restaurants in the immediate area. read more

I had the worst dominos experience ever tonight. I am currently in college and live in a dormitory setting, and ordered food tonight where on the other side of my dorm building a another student ordered as well. I was given my food plus that students food without my knowledge. Had I been told that I would make sure that student receive her food. I called dominos to straighten everything out and then I received the response that this is all your fault anytime you order from us again the police and campus safety will be notified. read more

So, I'm driving to Long Island from Burlington. We have 3 1/2 hours left in the drive, It's getting late and we are starving. I call up this Dominos to order some food for my family. The store closes in 50 minutes. He asks where is it going to and I say I'm picking up. He says our lobby is closed and I ask if he can deliver to the sidewalk. He says no, it's against store policy to do that. So I pull off and go to the Econolodge and ask the guy at the front desk if I can have our food delivered to the lobby. He's like if course. I call the store back and a female answers this time. I place my $40 order and ask for it to be delivered to the lobby at the motel. She says I actually need a room number. I say I'm in the lobby. After going back and forth she says that we've had problems in the past where we can't find people and we're stuck w the food. I say that if I pay with my debit card and it's paid for what does it matter? She rudely hangs up on me. The guy working at the Econolodge calls the store back and works some magic with the first person that answered the phone. Down on Long Island I can walk into the store at 1:30am and they are welcoming!!!!! It's really sad that a store in a nice town like Brattleboro would treat us this way!! read more

I love that you can order online. That is a huge bonus in my book. My food always comes in a reasonable amount of time and is always warm. The quality of some of the ingredients isn't the best but I do love the deep dish pizzas and the breads. Although I have found onions in my cheesy bread before. Once they brought me a mushroom pizza instead of pepperoni, but they fixed it with no fuss. My biggest complaint would be the pizza sizes, there's very little difference between the sizes. read more

Ms. Penny-Sue was so rude over the phone and to top it off I am reading my card to her over the phone and she is repeating it so loud back to me. I asked her to not repeat my credit card number out loud and she gave me the biggest attitude and told me to hold on. Her boss got on the phone and I was able to finish my order. Let's see... my fiancé and drove around looking for pizza and wings. We drove to three different locations and those didn't have wings; and if they did.. well let's just say $10 for 10 wings is a bit pricey. So we made our way here. We got boneless wings and a pizza and two drinks for $28. At the other places we could of spent $35 for those 4 things. We were able to sit down, and enjoy dinner. It's a nice place.
