Fast clean service. Mcdonalds here in Kent is what you expect. They don't charge extra for lettuce on a regular quarter pounder unlike some locations which tack on an extra 50 cents. Can't wait for them to open up for dine in as it looks clean and welcoming inside, well laid out. Be sure to use the app and get rhe best deals especially the buy one get one free big mac,quarter pounder, or filet o fish. My goto meal when I am hungry mid day. Just enough and not too much. The sandwiches are always easy to eat and not messily assembled like some burger joints where you'll have ketchup and oil all over yourself. Eat without making a mess on yourself. Fine if you're picking up food, but never order using uber eats, door dash, etc. I waited for an hour and a half and then my order got cancelled. It never even started to get made. They need to just cancel the order instead of wasting customers time. Great drive thru service - the order takers were prompt, ready at their given stations, and gave whatever we asked for in abundance. Order a Big Mac, chicken nuggets, McDouble, fries and our order was all correct. While the chicken nuggets were fresh - probably needed to make it for the order given we order 10 pieces, the fries were kind of stale and cold. Asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese with no onions. At the window the employee confirmed with me my order but also added in "no pickles." Nooo i want pickles, she took the bag, talked to the two other people behind her and they just waved her off and she handed the bag back to me. This is the stupidest McDonald's at this location, always messing up an order after an order every time, never fails. The staffs who takes the orders at drive thru needs a lot of re-training, and definitely need to take Customer Service classes. A few times when I try to call to complaint, no one picks up. In this area of Kent, and especially late at night, there are not a lot of options to feed your belly. We sometimes end up here after a long night and a few cocktails because for some unknown reason, the Burger King next door is NEVER open - even when they say they are. The people that work the drive-thru are the RUDEST people I've ever met in my life. They don't say, "hello" - they don't tell you how much your order is, they don't repeat your order back to you, they just bark at you and tell you which window to go to. This has happened EVERY time we've come here. Also, something that happens EVERY time we come here...COLD FRIES! People always say, "Well, it's a fast-food place, what do you expect?" Umm...how hard is it to greet people, cook fresh food, and be polite? Not hard. Like others have said, there is always five or six people milling around even though it's taking an inordinate amount of time to get your food and it's never hot. Being a chain, it's likely this is allowed to go on because they really don't have a threat of closing - but, I'll tell you what - I have half a mind to print out EVERY review on here, and give them to the manager of the store. If I were them, I'd fire every last one of the night time employees, and start over! read more

How can you have a bad McDonalds - so many ways but dealing with a grumpy manager should not be one of them. I like the Low Fat Italian dressing on the salads. They stopped carrying it and I stopped having lunch there but occasionally came back to check. A little while ago I tried it and they had it available. I talked to the manager and he said they had not been ordering it but they will be from now on. I enjoyed it for a few times and then three weeks later - was told they did not have it. When I asked the current manager she growled at me and said they never carried it. Huh What was I eating. If they ran out - that must mean it is selling - so why not carry it.
