I can't even begin to explain the pure nasty of the food today. The pictures tell it all. One bite and I was grossed out. Why? I only go for my grandson I mean how can you mess up chicken nuggets 6 whole fries, a bag of apples and a premixed pop? But I was a little hungry and in a hurry so I grabbed a big Mac. Over priced and not even a real serving. The bun was hard.. one patty was hard and black. The cheese was on the side of the box hardened like plastic. You can see in the photos. I'm truly not one to leave negative reviews (mostly because I cool off by the time I get home) but this was... pretty bad. I ordered a plain burger and fries. Burger was good. The fries were lukewarm and as crunchy as a crouton, I kid you not. I didn't even finish them because they were just gross. Also, I heard the employee tell the person in the other drive thru lane that they were out of ALL sodas, ALL smoothies, ALL ice cream products, and ALL coffee products. Ordered delivery. I would give negative stars if I could. Filet of fish, 2 holiday pies, 1 sweet tea with ice, 1 without and a 4 piece nugget with sweet and sour. They had no problem charging my card for the filet meal, which didn't come with my delivery. Appreciate they don't do those after midnight-but can still be ordered on app. The pies were apple not holiday. Both teas had no ice. The sweet and sour wasn't there. The ONLY thing they got right was a 4 piece nugget. I got a refund for the meal and pies, but still wound up paying $12.00 because the driver was so helpful. Not fun paying $12.00 for food I won't eat. The nuggets are too dry without sauce and I don't eat fries. I think I will go to the location beside meijer now. read more

They always mess something up at this McDonalds. This last time they forgot lettuce on one of four sandwiches. They left out one BBQ sauce. Last time I asked and paid for cheese and didn't get it. Another time forgot the tomato we pay extra for. They also never fill my drink all the way. There's usually 3/4" to an inch off the top of my coke. Overall, not terrible here but can't give four stars when they consistently screw up. Usually small mistakes on one or two items in our order. Terrible service! I placed a $57 order through the app to pick up and they managed to screw up six of the orders! Stupid stuff like no tomatoes (paid extra for) on a sandwich, no toddler toys in two happy meals, no fries with a combo, and completely omitting a ten piece McNuggets meal. Never again! read more

Where oh where do I begin!?! Old MacDonald had a farm and it wasn't this one on Wilmington Pike! My order is continuously wrong. My drinks are always incorrect! When I get the right order I'll post a photo with a decent review. Don't hold your breath... This is a very unlikely scenario that will never play out in my lifetime... We had gone to two other locations to get a shake and fries, their shake machine was down so went to this one and again shake machine down so my husband a little frustrated asked why their machine was down and the person at the drive through refused to answer so I asked her name and she refused to give it? "Said i do not have to give you my name"! I called and asked for manager and she was the one who was rude to my husband, so I called corporate and they said would forward the information and nobody from store even bother to call! This is a truly terrible location. The lines are very slow and the management is very rude. I will not go back to this location ever. Waited over twenty minutes in a drive thru line after ordering. Once we got to the window, they didn't have everything ready and we had to change one item because the machine wasn't working. The manager said he would bring the last item out and I needed to pull up so they could serve other customers. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go in and request the last item I ordered, but still hadn't received. No one responded. The same manager walked by three times, but wouldn't respond. I observed the employees constantly changing the contents of bags, leading me to believe that many orders would be mixed up. I finally left without the item I paid for and called the location. The same manager answered. I was upset with the terrible experience and was venting. The manager's response was to hang up. This is not the first time a manager at this location has done this, even though I wasn't using abusive language. This is truly the worst McDonald's! read more

Now seeing as though it's a McDonald's I didn't expect a whole lot. I came here on my way to work, and was almost late because of how long they took. I was running about 20ish minute early so I chose to stop here and get food on my way. I'm trying to eat better so I got a salad and a grilled chicken wrap. It took them 18ish minutes to get me my food. I ordered for their and had to take it to go because of how long it took them. They gave me a free sandwich card to make up for it, but that isn't enough. Time management is something that needs some work here. They even forgot my drink. Came through this drive thru not originally for myself, was told to pull up to a "3rd window" I did as such. Original pickup time was 9:14 I WAITED UNTIL 9:36 I backed up to the second window and asked for my order while I was waiting at the 3rd window I attempted to call the store 4 times with no answer. 17cars came and went through the drive thru and I asked where my order was they ordered shakes so I was concerned they were melted and the land proceeded to ask my to pull up again and i refused, she brought my order to the window. Basically shoved it at me a slammed the window. I came through 15mins later for myself and asked for the managers information and was told they can't give that out, not even an email. I came through the drive through and ordered 30 chicken nuggets with sweet and sour and barbecue sauce. When I got to the window to pick up my food I was told there would be a wait which is fine so I asked if I could get extra sauce and the worker said he would make sure they put it in the bag. after waiting 20 minutes for my food, it came out with no milkshake, which i had to wait even longer for. Wasn't too upset about this until I got home and discovered I did not receive ANY sauce. It's just so bizarre to me that they would give me 30 chicken nuggets with no sauce, especially after I asked for extra. I cannot eat these chicken nuggets dry so now they are wasted as I will not be returning. I called the store to express my disappointment, only to get hung up on by a young girl. Yep, I'm reviewing Mcy'D's Who would have thought that this day would ever arrive? Not me, that's for sure! I stopped here for one thing and one thing only; Hot-Fudge Sundae. Yep. I had a hankerin' and so I caved and stopped. Drive thru #1 (They have two), Hot Fudge Sundae $1.39. Quick, dirty, and yes, they still have peanuts if you ask. I had quick service. Friendly service. No complaints. Was it as good as I remembered (from a million years ago?) Yep. They're still good. I'd recommend you get your soft-serve on at McDonald's. I had an awful experience in the Drive Thru. It was around Midnight and it took me 30 minutes from ordering to food in my hands. I couldn't understand what was taking so long. I was in a line of 6 cars and about every 10 minutes two cars would be served quickly, then 10 more minutes, then two more cars, etc. When I got to the window I was greeted by a completely flustered employee who gave me my drinks then disappeared. 10 minutes later she was back with two bags, she handed me mine and I watched her hand the second to the car behind me. I don't know if it's possible...but it appeared she was working the window and preparing the food. Yikes. As for the food quality it was amazing, especially for McDonalds! The fries were fresh and well salted, the nuggets hot and crisp, and my food looked like it does on the McDonalds sign (seriously the burgers were made perfectly). I was looking for a midnight snack but instead I got some of the best McDonalds I have ever had. The food quality does not make up for a 30 minute wait, however upon giving me my order she also gave me 2 free Value Meal coupons (at least they realized the ridiculousness of the wait). 2 stars for the food quality (5 stars) and wait time (-3) giving you the 2 star rating. I will likely try them again (with my coupons) and see if the serve time gets better and food quality stays constant, if so I will up my rating. read more

I have not once had a positive experience here. The drive through always runs waaay behind and the quality of the food is subpar at best. I had to stop ordering clear drinks because it makes it super obvious that they don't clean the lines when there's little black flakes floating around in my sprite. Additionally, I've tried door dashing here on 3 separate occasions and had to cancel 2 of them because I had waited 1.5 hours past the initially promised time and no one would answer the phone to give me an update read more

They NEVER serve me any sort of ice cream when I ask for it, they ALWAYS say the machine is broken almost every time after 5:00pm. I have a feeling that the machine isn't broken, they just don't want to fill the machine, or that they don't want to make the ice cream. I personally have stopped asking, or drive away as soon as they tell me the machine is broken. Also, the fries are always put upside down in the bag, and end up being spilled all over the bag. Went through the drive through cause I had my dog and it's hot out. Got the new bacon smoke house, I've gotten it once before so I know what's supposed to be on it. I got to the 2nd window and they asked me to pull forward as they didn't have the bacon ready, no big deal. I waited for 10 min before they came out with my food, they only had to make bacon!
