I ordered the onion rings as a side which is about a dollar up charge. I also ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese. Delivery was really quick. The Mushroom and Swiss burger came in its own box. Both burgers were very good. They were seasoned really well, fried good and quite appetizing. The hamburger bun is a little thicker than most burger joints. The onion rings were very good, fried perfectly and not overtly greasy. The onion rings come with your choice of sauce. I chose Culver's signature sauce which is a white sauce, mildly spicy, and has a pickle taste in my opinion. I highly recommend. Food is a little more than most fast food places, but everything was packaged carefully and it appears they take pride in the food that they serve.

Two things: 1st, that the menu doesn't list prices of sauces (at least list a price range instead of "sauces may have a fee") and 2nd, that the cashiers push them for every meal, every person. I wrote a great review last time we were here, but noticed another reviewer complained about being charged for the dips/sauces. I don't remember feeling pushed to order sauce the previous time,and I don't use much dip or sauce with my meals. But other fast-food restaurants automatically include dip/sauce with certain items like onion rings, so that is why I asked about a different sauce than the cashier was pushing- for my onion rings. But because of the extra cost, I chose not to order any sauce. It probably wouldn't have bothered me as much if I hadn't noticed how the cashier girl kept pushing the boom boom sauce to every single person in our party, but without mentioning the extra fee. With budgets getting tighter & tighter, we're having to be more careful with our money. Thirty-five cents (or more) may not seem like much, but If everyone in the family orders 1-2 sauces, it can (and has in the past) add several dollars to your bill that you weren't expecting. We've been eating out a LOT because of a renovation we're working on. We've eaten at this Culver's quite a few times and until yesterday, all the cashiers have been pleasant, helpful & cheerful. I can't say yesterday's cashier wasn't pleasant, but it felt forced. Like she wasn't truly a pleasant cheerful person or really didn't want to be there. Most other cashiers in the past have been extremely friendly & helpful & seem genuine. Anyway, between the extra, hidden costs of sauces for your meal, the overall cost of eating out (anywhere; not just here) and looking at the ingredients lists online and (not surprisingly) finding MANY MANY food products containing and/or being fried in soybean and canola oils, we will be making eating out a rare thing ASAP- for out budget and our health! But the food does taste good. And I was pleasantly surprised to see ACTUAL BUTTER. Butter in the buns and if you get a butter packet, it's actually butter- not margarine or a blend with crappy oils. So that's a positive.

As it was my first time I didn't not know you had to order in your car or eat at the "bar" on the stools to be served. Which was fine, I just didn't know before coming. It is a cash only so when you come make sure you have that or pay via Venmo. It look like a classic place that people bring their families too enjoy a beautiful day at! I have hyponatremia, so I add salt to EVERYTHING. I couldn't have added salt to these noodles if I wanted to. Oh, and my root beer float was only half full. It was a great place when I was a kid. It's a shame what the new owners have done to the place!

I avoid fast food at all costs but sometimes you just want something on your way somewhere and you don't want to get out of your car. Coffee drive-thru is so obvious. Salad drive-thru is like next level! But how are the salads? The harvest salad (roasted sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and goat cheese with apple vinaigrette, add chicken) was delicious. Next time I will order a custom though because the combination of toppings was a little too sweet for me. But they mean it when they say gourmet salads. They have a huge variety of really excellent salad toppings and there wasn't a leaf of iceberg in the greens mix. The portion was also really great for $8. The same salad costs me $15 at Dewey's. But salad isn't all they do. My kid ordered a hot steak breakfast bowl (at 3 in the afternoon) and said it was delicious. We also tried strawberry and peach smoothies which were awesome. I admit to going BACK the same day for a dirty chai iced latte, because obviously I can't write a review of a coffee place without getting coffee. It was good. I need to test out more before I can give a definitive about the coffee. But I fully plan to do that, while I perfect my salad combination! I should start this out that I absolutely love Chick Fila. I love their food and will continue to…read morego to Chick Fila. However, this location I have had consistent issues with. This is the third time in the past few months that I've gotten an order wrong (maybe out of 10 visits). I feel so rushed to get through the drive thru line to keep the line moving, and then check my order, and have to come back and knock on the door to get my missing or wrongly delivered item. I haven't experienced this issue with any other location, so needless to say I do not plan on coming to this one in the future.
