I went thru the drive thru this morning, I purchased an egg McMuffin no cheese, hash brown and a coffee. Since I was driving I did not go back in to complain about my breakfast. First my coffee was leaking, I thought it was the lid but instead it was coming from the bottom of my cup, I lined my cup holder with napkins and they were soaked by the time I arrived home. I started eating my McMuffin and after just two bites I got the taste of bleach, I didn't finish and now I'm just feeling nauseous. They don't wash there hands they don't know how to train there employees and they only have 2 people working on night shift so it takes 10-15 minutes for them to make 2 happy meals and if you order online 9/10 times your fries will be ice cold. The best McDonalds in the surrounding area by far. I work nearby, and I visit this location for lunch several times per week. Always quick, great service. There is almost always somebody cleaning, or checking on guests in the lobby, keeping the atmosphere very inviting. Liz has been running this store for quite some time, and definitely does a great job. Would recommend them to anybody. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too , every time I order food from here and pay for it some how it never makes it to my bag , and when I go back to get it they look at me with like I have 5 heads , they don't give receipts either , and going through their drive through takes about 15 min for them to even say anything . Used the restroom here so 4 stars is for the interior and bathroom cleanliness. This is a relatively new store and it has really nice touches like large private bathroom stalls, subway tiles, higher end light fixtures over the booths, stone building materials etc. They did a nice job, I like it even though I really only go to McDs for coffees...really! read more

I think the food is poor quality, the prices are ridiculous, it's not healthy. And I don't bring my kids there anymore. It's obvious that they only care about money. And not about anything else. Went there today for breakfast about 10 AM. Ordered 4 bacon egg cheese biscuits, 4 hash browns and a large coffee for my wife and I. (This was at the drive thru). I got my coffee and then had to wait 7 minutes to get the rest of my order. When I received my order all I got was a sorry. They could've at least compensated me something for the wait. read more

It is hard to given any chain restaurant a five star. I know this review is biased. They are getting 4 for their cleanliness and service. The place is almost always clean. They provide free WiFi and that saved us when we could no longer afford our's at home for a short time. They never kicked us out...we sort of became weekly regs or something. This McDonalds had the dirtiest dining room I've ever seen. Where is management to see these areas are cleaned. Windows were filthy with hand and finger prints, window sills were so dusty with dead insects. Tables and chairs not washed. So gross. I have eaten at many McDonalds restaurants in my 47 years and I have to say that this one is consistently the worst in my experience. For example, tonight I ordered 2 Big Macs without pickles and without onions. Both burger boxes had the little paper tag on them confirming that, yes, they had heard me correctly, "no pickles and no onions"; however, consistent with their past lack of performance, both burgers came with pickles and onions. Not to mention, when I got home the food was cold (two minute drive, mind you) and the buns were old. Sorry Plunketts (owners), your restaurant sucks and if I was you I would take my name off the window as I would be ashamed to give my customers my real name. read more
