I had a quick stop here while working. I was surprised to see the previous reviews. The bathroom and the restaurant were clean. I did notice that there was no pictures of the food or actual menu behind the counter. All orders are done at the kiosks, which I didn't have an issue with. The staff promptly brought my food out, and it was fresh. The only sad thought is that I felt the human experience had disappeared. read more

Oh my ... such poor customer service! Before coming to this McDonald's location, placed the order through the mobile app, even verifying that this was the correct location before completing the app transaction. This McDonald's is probably one of the least maintained outside, and it looks like it just went through a hurricane. Went through the drive thru, letting them know at the speaker that it was a mobile order that I was picking up. "What was the order?" I told them what was ordered. "Are you sure it was at this location?" I read off the address from the app, and I asked if that was the correct address, and was told yes. "Well, here I am to pick up the order." "We don't have it. What did you order?" I told them what was ordered, then waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, and the sad part was that, with only two cars that were ahead of me in line when I pulled up to the speaker, I was at the window for about 5 minutes. Got almost the same questions again (more like being interrogated) when it was my turn at the window. No apologies for the delay, not even a hello when I drove up, or have a great day when I was leaving. Oh my ... Finally got the food, which was ok. The hash browns were hot; everything else, not so much. I probably won't ever come to this McDonald's again when I'm in the Orlando area. read more

I am from California, so seeing a McD's is something I and most of America are familiar with. This one was a good one. Maria took our order and we always Special Order this or that. She got it right with a smile. Our food came out quickly and hot. One of us ordered breakfast and the other lunch. Very good. One aspect of this McDonalds I liked, was how they clean the dining area. A few tables were dirty when we sat down. One of the workers with Spray Bottle in hand cleaned the tables and chairs as you would expect. She went one step further and cleaned the Window Sills. Nice McD's. The interior is nicely decorated and I may even go as far as saying upscale (for a fast food joint). 24 Hour Drive Thru with a walk-in and outside seating area. read more

Worst McDonald's in the Kissimmee area! If i could give their employees and their MANAGER on the floor today a zero, I WOULD! It's 08/07/22 at 6:15pm. My party and I dined in and not just our orders were messed up and incomplete, apparently so was everyone else's coming and going. It took these useless employees and the manager 30 minutes to complete our order AFTER receiving partial of our order. One of the employees even took our receipt and then asked us 'Is that what you ordered?' IT'S ON THE RECEIPT! They don't even deserve close to $13 an hour and that manager was major garbage when ignoring us to complete the order. These people can't even read the receipts on the trays! And to also mention, some employees began getting mad because more customers kept coming in and so they started locking the door and not letting people inside but then got mad when people were trying to leave and they had to help unlock the door, one guy associate slammed the door & locked it. If I can give this place a -0 I would. literally the worst mcdonalds in Kissimmee. the food always taste like it's fried in really old oil, the fries are the worst I've ever tasted, they look and feel like they've been sitting in a car for months. don't even get me started on the crispy Chicken sandwich. dry, no flavor, and mostly fat. the employees there are either rude or don't know what is going on. orders are constantly wrong or missing even when they're not busy and this is something that has been going on for years now. today is the last time I go there I have another McDonald's close to me that's 100x better and the food is done properly. read more

We visit this location each Friday morning for breakfast through the drive thru, and from time to time it's a wait but it is rare that we have a bad experience. I find it funny that people give fast food chains like McDonald's really low reviews unless it's a place that is nasty dirty and should probably be shut down. This locaiton however is very nice and the employees are very firendly. Being in a tourist town like Kissimme which is a Orlando suburb, it's rarely not busy so to pull up and not have line is a blessing. But if I have a proble they are ready to help. My orders are always correct and the food is fresh, even if I have wait a little longer sometimes. I have had issues here in the past but things have greatly imporved and I don't mind the wait. If I pull up and see there is a line, then I have the right to go somewhere else and not get in it. But for now, I will continue ordering my all day breakfast! I'm lovin' it! Happy Dining! read more

We ordered through GrubHub and your restaurant completely messed up the order. They forgot our drink and all the sauces for the nuggets. We requested ketchup and nothing. Receipt was attached to the bag and the employees who packed the bag obviously didn't read it! We are in a hotel so these items were an intricate part of our order. Very disappointing! Before you try to blame the driver the bag was stapled with the receipt attached. I will say if the driver read the bag they may have asked if the drink was in this bag. However the responsibility falls on the team member to assure all orders are all correct when they are packed and ready to go. read more

I can't believe I gave this McDonald's 3 stars. It had nothing to do with the food, but more to do with the service. It was pretty swamped and loud at this location, and there was only one person at the register. Once I placed my order, I had to wait for a while. Not only was it busy inside, but it was also busy at the drive-thru. The orders was slowly being put out. One female employee had such a soft spoken voice that she could hardly be heard when she called out the order numbers to be picked up due to some of the customers loud talking. It really got ridiculous when a couple who had the order number before mine couldn't hear their number being called because they were too occupied kissing each other. People were actually looking at them, shaking their heads, and laughing. I couldn't wait to get my food and get out of there. read more

We were already to order and the guy came to the microphone and started to yell at us that he was short staffed and that we needed to wait meanwhile there were no cars in front of us but there were cars wrapped around the building. Cars started beeping and cursing at us but there was nothing we could do because No one was taking our order. 25 minutes later he took our order. Manager was extremely rude to us he was in the wrong career. He was complaining to us and clearly he was not happy he was the manager. As a food delivery driver this is honestly my least favorite McDonalds in the area to pick up from. It seems no matter what time of the day or night or how small or big the order is the food is never ready by the pickup time and I end up waiting 10+ minutes for my pickup... which then makes me late delivering my order and losing out on positive feedbacks or tips. It doesn't matter if you are nice to the staff upon your arrival mad how well you follow their directions or the mandates for social distancing, they are still rude and late and never apologize for anything they do wrong. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. A few things I can say about this McDonald's. First off its the worst Mcdonalds in the kissimmee area, located off 192 one of the most busiest roads in central florida. they're supposed to be open 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Google and Apple maps shows their hours of operations as 24 hours. It seems like the workers there have thier own hours of operations. how is a McDonald's not open at 6 am for breakfast on a Monday? it's completely unheard of. It's happened the several times I have gone. Even for dinner if I go around 9 or 10pm they're closed. They seem to be open for Friday and Saturday nights because their line in the drive through wraps around the whole property. Their service is ridiculously slow and I've seen workers using the same glove to clean then go prep food. This McDonald's needs a whole new line of staff. The true McDonald's customer service is not there. read more

This review is based on the frustration my Uber Eats driver experienced. My family is in Orlando on vacation. We flew in late and didn't have a car. We ordered thru Uber Eats at 10:37pm. The driver went to pick up our order, which was already paid for. The lobby was closed, and the drive thru line was ridiculously long. The Uber Driver tried to pick up the order at the window, but the people working made the Uber driver go back to the end of the line and wait. If McDonalds has a relationship with Uber, then McDonalds should find a way to accommodate the orders that have already been placed and paid for. Designate a separate window. Designate a runner to run food out to Uber drivers. Figure out something! We finally got our food an hour later. Very disappointed in the McDonald's procedure. read more

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. The drive through line was easily 30 minutes long, the customer service at the window is poor, and the management is even worse. I went for breakfast today and used the mobile app. I paid from the app and when I arrived at the window(30 min after my arrival) the employee made me pay AGAIN, then got the manager, and he was terribly rude to both of us. When I asked her if I was double charged, she laughed in my face and walked away. Leaving me to pull up on my own. When I got to the first window to receive my order, I found her talking about me to her fellow employees loudly at the front of house. Terrible customer service. Also they gave me ZERO condiments and I had to ask them for extra which annoyed them further. Go here at your own risk. Honestly I guess it's my fault for still coming here and expecting things to be right. First, let me say that there are many McDonalds that are great. The one a bit further down Hwy 192 near Old Town gets my high praise, but THIS location?!? One of the worst. The staff pretty much ignores everyone in the restaurant. My dining companion and I each ordered separately from the kiosk. We wanted to get the cups for our drinks, so we approached the counter. We stood there for at least 5 min being ignored by everyone including someone dressed like a manager. Finally someone asked us if we were having trouble with the kiosk. When we stated we already ordered, but just wanted to get our cups because we were thirsty, we were told that they would be brought to us with our food and we could not get them early. So we went and sat down and waited. My food came first, and had a cup. I went to the drink area to get some un-sweet tea. They had sweet tea, but no unsweet tea in the drink area. So, I wet up to the counter and waited for someone to acknowledge me. I even tried to get someone's attention, but was ignored. (again.) After 4 min someone finally asked if I needed something, and they seemed annoyed that they had to get me tea. Meanwhile, my companion received his food, but they did not bring him his cup. So HE went to the counter, and was ignored. When he finally got someone to help him, they told him if he didn't get a cup, he must not have ordered a drink. So he showed them his receipt that shows that he ordered a drink. They huffed, and begrudgingly gave him a cup. The manager was right there, and never apologized or said anything. My companion filled out the online survey, and requested to be contacted by a manager from this location. That was over 10 days ago, and still no contact. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is passable, but it is not as clean as many of the other McDonalds in the greater Orlando area. read more
