I stopped by this Subway (in Orlando, Florida) for lunch in January of 2024. This Subway just happened to be within walking distance from my hotel, which was really convenient. This business was clean and well organized, inside and outside, and all the food products were fresh. I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant young man. He was friendly and professional, and he was attentive to what I wanted on my sandwich. I ordered "The Outlaw" from their series menu, a foot-long. It was a nice transaction, and the young sandwich artist not only made a perfect sandwich for me, he was friendly and engaged in a pleasant conversation with me. Shortly after departing, I proceeded to devour my sandwich. It was delicious and wholesome. I'll definitely come back to this Subway whenever I'm back in the area. read more

It was a minute from our hotel. Lots of parking. Nice and clean. I was unable to order the trays of sandwiches I wanted. So I had to order 18 for the team of boys. They were really nice and made 2 different types and took it with stride. I think I was the one getting antsy cause I was holding up the line. But they remained calm and made them as fast as they could. All four employees jumped it to make it happen. I really appreciate that! Mahalo to the crew... Probably the best subway I've ever been to. But the drink machine is a pain in the ass. I ordered the rotisserie chicken foot long and medium drink. The bread was fresh and the chicken did not have that pool of water sitting in the bottom which always makes it look sketchy. The dining room was clean and modern. I came in to get my picky daughter her boring sandwich. I was helped by David and Justin. They were both very helpful, nice and sweet. I love coming to a place and leaving with a smile. Kudos to these two guys. The place is clean and organized. Kudos to the manager for doing a great job. Very cool, modern Subway. The sandwiches taste great, very fresh. They offer some things that aren't available with other locations like self ordering, honey oat bread, paninis, and subway drink stations (kinda like the Coke ones). The staff was pleasant and quick. The line moved quickly which was nice. Surprisingly it's very clean inside. Since it's on the main strip with a lot of foot traffic I thought it would be messy but even the bathrooms were clean. they didn't get our orders right what so ever. there was hair in my food. they didn't have flat bread and didn't even toast my wrongly made sandwich. ALSO they didn't have cucumbers. we ordered at 3 thinking they wouldnt have run out of supplies. i called the store and they had respect and out of nowhere hung up on me . this is by far the worst subway that i've ordered from. they desperately need to shut down. because they aren't prepared or have the right amount of supplies. Good location, right on International Drive with parking behind. Usual Subway options, and all subs made any way you want. The service is acceptable, greeted when I arrived. Horrible experience. I ordered through the kiosk and paid via ApplePay. Never received food. 30 minutes of waiting, asked a worker about the status of the order, and all I got was a "we never got a ticket". And when asked to look into the issue, the "we never got a ticket" mantra continued. Of the 2 persons working, 2 persons couldn't have cared less. At all. Terrible. Nobody answered the phone after several attempts. The staff should be terminated then perhaps they will learn to care about their work ethics. Now I have the pleasure of disputing the transaction so I am refunded the money i work hard to have in my account. Because I care. One star is a generous rating. read more

Typical Subway, although this unit is newer so it's also cleaner with still well maintained atheistic's and food hygiene. This unit does NOT participate in the Subway Rewards program so not points to be had here. Also, they do not provide croutons with the chopped salads as MOST Subway's do. Staff seemed kind of light on the portion sizes and had to be prompted throughout to add more, a trend I am seeing at more and more fast casual places, including Subway. I would try other Subway's in the area first to see if any of them participate in the Rewards program and/or provide croutons with the chopped salads or if this is a district wide thing affecting all the units in Orlando. I would return to this unit of this see issues of concern are district wide simply because it's closest to my hotel. read more

I was in there Tuesday night and I have to say it was absolutely awful. Nearly every table was dirty so I decided to take my food Togo. Upon choosing my vegetables, I couldn't dare to have most of the options since they looked old and dry. My girlfriend was wanting one of the new ciabatta bread sandwiches, but as the guy behind the counter put all his weight on the blade trying to cut through the bread and pull it apart somehow not realizing how stale the bread was, she opted for another sandwhich. At that time he gave a little attitude, but did change the bread. He also just toasted the sandwhich with out asking if we wanted them toasted. The final straw was when I asked for a cup for a drink and was informed the fountain machine wasnt working except the water. So I said that's fine I'll just have a big cup for water. She then proceeded to charge me 3+ dollars for a fountain drink . I was expecting maybe like a 50 cent charge for a cup, not a charge for a full drink I couldn't even have. When I asked why she said I offered you a water cup with all sorts of attitude. When i walked by this establishment 3 hours later all the tables were still dirty including the counter where you pay had the same mess on it that was there 3 hours prior. The girl that worked here gave me cold chicken on my sub so I told her and she threw it in the oven for 5 seconds with ranch, tomatoes and everything on it and it burnt and tasted AWFUL. I then went in and asked for either a new sub or a refund and she angrily made a new sub and the chicken was upside down. Won't be back. read more
