The Young man, I believe he is part of the Management Team working 04/27/2019 @ 06:07AM was very friendly. He expedited the order and had me on my way quickly. Over the years I have not been timid about sharing both positive and negative feedback about this location in the past to the point of sending a letter to the owner. After this visit and one prior about a week ago it appears that some changes are being made regarding the caliber of associates on the front line as well as their deportment while on the clock. During both recent visits I failed to hear the yelling and loud talk coming from associates in the fry station and cook's line often involving the person at the front counter. Glad to see a a more professional atmosphere and look forward to more of it moving forward. read more

This is the most disgusting McDonalds I've ever seen. It's dirty and run down the bathrooms were shameful and the manager should be fired. Look at the pictures, those pee stains in the urinal did t happen overnight. A chain like this should be clean. I've never seen such a thing in a MCDonalds before. read more

Well i just had the best experience at a McDonald's ever. I went through at 0720 today while Quan (i think that's his name) was working, and honestly, he was just funny and delightful as a person. If I'm ever on this side of town, I'll make sure to come here, but only if he's working!! He made my day, and my dogs (i have 3 in my truck right now lol) day!! read more

The new people they have working here are busy playing games on their phones or distracted by something they are always asking what u get huh then pull up to get your order where you better make sure you check it because there's a 50/50 chance it's right. read more

La Grange McDonald's has the worst employees, I was there 6:10am to order my food before work. They never answered me at the intercom, so I drove up the the window. Hours listed on Sunday began at 6am, I drove up to the second window I waited about 5mins for someone to finally show up to the window and he said they were not opened yet and said to come back at 7. This La Grange, Tx McDonalds has recently gone through a complete renovation inside and out. Yes this location has had bad service and complaints in the past. I live here and I could tell some stories! However, it is now up to date, clean and very consumer oriented. Friendly, smiling employees who seem to genuinely like their jobs. I believe there is a new owner now. I sincerely hope they can maintain this new attitude and quality service. read more

The staff was yelling at each other. We kept hearing someone yell about getting my husbands buttermilk chicken. I asked for a fork as one of the workers past me and she ignored me. Another worker apologized and said "she isn't going to help anyone". The girl working the register was very apologetic and sweet. We watched multiple people get the wrong order. read more

Just your average McDonald's. Food is standard, service is average, wait time is normal. Bathrooms were clean enough. Serves as an OK rest stop between Houston and Austin, though easier to get on and off when going towards Houston from Austin; the other way is a bit confusing as the traffic signs aren't clear on who has the right of way. Not McDonald's problem, but still good to know. read more

I was in this McDonald's yesterday when a customer in front of me was asking an employee about the prices because the prices on the displayed menu are lower than what you are actually charged for the food. The employee said the prices on the menu are incorrect but there's no way for them to change it. The customer then told her they need to put up a sign stating either stating that the prices are either higher than what they are listed or just list them on a piece of paper at the counter. He even mentioned that when you go into a store to buy a pair of jeans you're not charged an amount higher than what's listed on the tag. He then asked for a different cup for his drink so the in ploy went to the back to get the cup. When she came back the manager came out and confronted the customer and said I heard you were rude to my employee. The customer simply stated he was questioning her about the prices because they do not match what you're actually charged. The manager was extremely rude to the customer and then asked me and another person if we heard him being rude to the employee. I am in the business field and I can tell you that customer satisfaction needs to be the number one goal of you and your team. The manager had an epic fail in this situation. Also, the customer was not rude to the employee, he was just making a simple statement. In addition, if the price is on the menu or not correct, if you're going to charge me more money than you need to make that known either on a sign listing it or state it prior to the customer ordering. The manager and the employee handled this in the most inappropriate way.. McDonald's, you need to follow Chick-fil-A in customer service. read more

I cannot tell you how many times this place gets a simple order wrong. Fire your employees and get ones that care ... or at least don't have an attitude toward guests. Stopped with my family and the place is awful! I am a loyal McDonald's customer and I'm appalled at this location's service. The restaurant's restroom was infested with ants, trash overflowing in all bins throughout the restaurant, catch-up was out, ice cream machine was down, fries cold and workers got the orders incorrect. The manager seemed apologetic, but things did not change while we were there and was almost an hour. Fast food was not fast. We will not return to this location in the future. read more

We stopped here for our grandchildren. I laughed at some of the previous reviews believing they were exaggerated. I was wrong. Without question this is the worst McDonalds I have been to anywhere and that includes Asia. Two high chairs in entire place. They kept saying they had more but never looked. Servers were friendly but incompetent. Sorely in need of supervision and training. Suggest you avoid and go to Whataburger or just about any other place. Owner should lose this franchise if McDonalds has any interest in quality. read more

I live in La Grange and have for 30 years. The McDonalds here has never been a 5 star but now it is below 1 star. Service is terrible. The employees berate you from the drive up window because their systems are down and you should know this and not bother them! Their systems are down quite a lot. Friends and I have all experienced days when they are out of chicken, fries, coffee, Coke and salads. How can a McDonalds be out of fries and Coke??? The owner closed his McDonalds in Schulenburg due a severe rat problem so the local paper stated. No telling what is going on here. I know it is very dirty inside. I will not go back ever. read more

Do NOT visit this place after dark at the drive-thru! They will tell you that their creditcard machine is broken every dang time, even though the one in the lobby works just fine! Employees act lazy (you could have just used the machine right next to you!), never get my orders correct, and give me attitude when I kindly point it out. Want a late-night snack? Just keep driving, please, and save yourself the disappointment. During the day-shift I've had less bad luck, thus the 2 stars. Daylight hours it's pretty much just your regular McDonalds. read more

You never know what kind of service or quality of food you are going to get at this location. Today at lunch the shift manager was busy having a personal conversation with a worker in the back before he took our order. He finally acknowledged us and acted as if we were a hindrance. When we received our food it was sloppily thrown together. There was obviously no pride in the work. It tasted ok after I wiped off the ton of mustard and ketchup my burger was drowning in. From all the yelling and laughing coming from the back then perhaps they were having a party and we rudely interrupted it. I have been going to this McDonald's for numerous years and the last couple of months the service has been terrible! Such as, asked for no ketsup, ticket said no ketsup, came loaded with Ketsup. Ordered salad w/ ranch. Got back to office no dressing. THREE times given drink with no ice! Last week ordered Iced tea & got an iced coffee. Today asked for unsweet tea & when handed drink she repeated unsweet tea, go back to office & its loaded with sugar. I am a diabetic and cannot drink this at all. Not many places to choose from in this small town but McDonald's is now off my list for good! read more
