Awesome service tonight !! Mellisa was so helpful and patient! A++++ & the fries were super hot!

I ordered 2 lrg fries 10pc nuggets and two 6pc nuggets. I asked for bbq and ranch. They had me park on the side and when my order was brought out, the girl forgot my sauce. I asked a different girl for the sauce. 4 bbq (1 for each nugget order and 1 for fries) 4 ranch (same reason) the poor girl got in trouble because they aren't allowed to give that many sauces. Wtf!??! I requested them. If there is an issue on how many sauces I requested, the manager needs to talk to ME about it, not that I owe him any explanation. Maybe I have a disorder where I need to have an even number of things. Either way from now on I'm going to order sauces with every meal I get. Even if I don't have nuggets or fries. read more

Don't know how they keep in business. Staff was friendly but could not get my order right after 2 attempts also quick note talking about people you know what you did on the weekend while I'm trying to pay for my order does not help! A lack of professionalism or a real manager to keep on top of things. No body wants a chatty Kathy to your coworkers especially when your the customer trying to pay and receive your food. Do not go to this store. Missing item from drive thru returned to ask for the item. I was directed to park and someone would help me they did. The first words were "where is your receipt" second action asked to see food bag and then rifled through the bag. After reviewing the order agreement upon missing item and ten minutes later food was brought out. Go somewhere anywhere but this restaurant. The manager had an opportunity to rectify the situation and blew me off. read more

Absolute worst experience with McDonald's I was in the drive-through ordering a simple meal for my family, after pain and proceeding to the second window I was asked to park my car in the designated waiting area, I told employee at the second window If I would be able to wait there due to the fact my wife had just had current cataract surgery and her eyes are very sensitive to the light, which is The reason we went through drive-through. The manager and Norma Salcido told me we were not able to wait in the shaded area and I would have to get a refund. I'm just in awe because I never asked for a refund. She then proceeded to give me cash out of the register without a receipt. I requested my original receipt back and the price was different on the refund and what I purchased. This is by far the worst experience I have ever come across with McDonald's I would never come to this location or any other McDonald's in my life read more

I thought it was just me, but after reading the revies it is made clear that bad service is just to be expected. Management ahould be ashamed of themselves. Isn't anyone being trained? So many basic mistakes all over the reviews and not a single attempt from management to fix it. Since it is the only McDonald's around they probably think they can get away with anything. Tomorrow morning I'm making a call to corporate and to the regional and district managers. It isn't the first time that they forget ingeedients/sauces/food items/ then you call and they give you an attitude. No way. This is without a doubt the worst McDonald store and I've been to many over the years. They do have the newest big order screens very nice but management needs assess operation. I've stopped there 3 times with very long waits just to order then at check out where simple chicken and fries weren't ready. Last time had to wait in parking area for delivery. Really sucked. I ordered a double quarter pounder with leaf lettuce and Big Mac sauce and when I got my food no leaf lettuce, no sauce and the patties were black and dry. I also ordered buttermilk chicken strips, I think someone left them in the fryer as they were not "golden brown" but "mahogany" and hard. Last thing, I knew they were stingy on sauces but when I asked for ranch sauce, the girl totally lied and said they just ran out. I look around her and there was a black bin full of ranch sauce. Don't go through drive through unless you just want less than basics. Other McDonalds around the area have better service and fresher food. read more

I came here on 10/26/15 around 10:30pm. So here's my review about this MC DS. I usually don't eat to much mc ds. Most the ones I ever been to are terrible in the area. Usually this one is ok sometimes but I come here to get there sweet teas and some of there parfaits they make are good. Well when I got up to the speaker, I ordered a larger strawberry parfait, they cost more and I made sure the girl knew I was talking about the larger cup ones not the dollar ones that are smaller. Which she got confused and kept saying she knew which ones and had them. So I go to get my order at the window and they gave me the smaller ones. I told her I wanted the bigger ones that were on the menu and she was so confused. So the other girl that was working said she will make them for me to go park and she will bring them out. I said ok. So I went to go park and the girl came out, the one that made them. She said the manager told her to tell me they didn't have anymore but she offered to make them anyways for me she told her boss & that the new blueberry ones they didn't have yet. And since they ran out of parfait cups she used the oatmeal cups. I told her that was really nice of you to take time out to make those for me and that I really appreciated it. She was such a nice girl to go and do that for me and that's the best service I had there in awhile. That's great customer service from her when the other girl was clueless. Sometimes it takes People like her to go out of your way to do these things for customers to make them happy. I just wanted to say she was really sweet girl. I didn't get her name but she was working on this date at night. People like her will go far in life. Most people don't care like that to take time to do things right. I really appreciated it even if I had to wait 2-3mins more she did that for me. I hope to receive better customer service like that in the future. Other then that, sometimes the drive thru is slow when there's not really anybody there. Maybe they need more help there not sure. Yesterday we had lunch at McDonald's and this is why I love McDonald's new CEO their app is great. If you have the app if the Kings go when you get a free big Mac you have to buy something anything they have another thing on your app if you buy five cafés you get the fifth one free so this is a long story we got a free big Mac cut that into I bought a ice coffee for two dollars my wife got a free large mocha and we shared the Bigmack the whole set up cost two dollars now is our lunch nisi do you have arisen is there a little dollar 29 Sundays they're wonderful take your convertible go have one at after the sun goes down love McDonald's is an ad I don't eight food. Got there just before the morning rush. There were 5 of us. Our three young grandsons, my husband and I. Could not believe how quickly we received our order! We sat directly in front of the order desk and watched and heard how efficient and friendly the staff was in taking orders. Are food was hot and delicious. Everyone got what they wanted correctly. So WHOEVER is working the DRIVE THRU WINDOW RIGHT NOW ( Mon - OCT. 8th @ 3: 08 ish) the window they hand u food not the pay window - was COMPLETELY rude! My drinks are usually correct only 25% of the time. Order reg - u get diet- order diet u get reg - or the wrong soda all together!! And there must have been a memo on dispensing only 10% ice. I'm not a picky consumer; I just notice when orders are NOT correct. Needless to say I tasted the drink right there " SHOCKER" it was wrong - corrected that but I was then was asked to pull over to the side and wait. There were no cars behind me in line so I asked why that was necessary. She said timing lolol. So now they move u over to wait so wait time doesn't reflect properly. No one wants to wait 4ever for their food but more so we don't want to be told to go park so as to deceive the timer to reflect less wait time "FALSLY" !!! And she was rude! Wouldn't normally review McDonalds but I was so impressed I feel the need. Was visiting from San Diego and stopped by for a breakfast egg on English muffin (they charged me a mere 2.00 because they sent it in as an egg and muffin separate rather than charging me for a traditional egg McMuffin without the cheese and ham, saving me almost 2.00) The place was exceptionally clean, the staff were courteous, they had a local McDonalds newsletter, the staff were working like work horses to not stand still (cleaning,washing, etc), they had 2 flat screen TVs with the football games on. There was absolutely nothing that could've been improved. read more

Went through the drive thru, we got fries and two kids meals. I was asked to park on the side and wait for my order, which is fine we get our food without onions and pickles so it's okay. They ran my order out to a mobile order vehicle. There appeared to be a discussion about it not being her order but for some reason THE EMPLOYEE STILL GAVE HER MY ORDER. I waited a little bit more thinking okay maybe they didn't just give my order to that other car. Then the employee goes back out to the mobile order car, collects the order back and proceeds to bring it to my car. I told him I didn't want the order because it was in the other person's car already and she had likely been eating the fries, I'm sorry if that is an extreme response but I know when I get my order I immediately eat the fries. He took it back but brought me back the exact same order, I know this because the bag was greasy (from the fries) and it wasn't hot. My kids were in the car and I took the food, I also didn't want to argue with this guy who clearly didn't care. I could see the kids food appeared undisturbed it was just the fries in mine that appeared eaten. I threw them away when I got home. I'm sorry if that guy was having a bad day but when you make a mistake, you own, it you don't make others pay for it. All he had to do was refresh the order of fries, it was clear to see none of the happy meals were unwrapped. I won't be back to this location, there are so many other McDonalds. read more

The first time I came here the meat on my burgers were pink so I came to the store so they can exchange it and the employees were taking shit the whole time in Spanish about my order so when they gave me my order I spoke to them in Spanish and they were stunned because I understood what they said. I came again tonight and used the app at the counter but it wasn't scanning properly and they didn't want to honor the deals presented on the app. So ridiculous! They had an attitude about it when I asked them to honor it and they didn't. She just looked at me, didn't know what to do and walked away while I was waiting on her response. By far the worst fast food experience i've ever had (All Franchises included). I don't even know why im shocked by this anymore. The employee's lack of intelligence is mind boggling. These people couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. I ordered a small meal today for two people. Two McWrap Chicken and Ranch and 2 Sweet Teas. Payed for it and received my "meal" and left to home. Halfway i start to think, wait a minute these guys more than usual mess up on the order. I pull over to check and sure enough, McDump's employee's did it again. I drive all the way back, and say,"you guys messed up on my order, yet again". Then this idiot employee has the audacity to say, "so what you're saying is, you'd like us to fix that". I think to myself, did this moron just say that? I said, "of course I want you to fix that, what kind of question is that?" Finally after waiting 20 minutes in line, i get to the front and another idiot employee looks at me and says," O yeahhhh". Can you believe it? They FORGOT! had to wait another 10 minutes for them to prepare it. I mean how can a group of people work at a franchise and be complete idiots? Not to mention none of them even apologized not once for the mistake they made. I expressed this to one of them, then and only then (because i mentioned it) one finally apologizes. Went thru the drive thru at 11:30 am on a Monday and with nobody behind me I'm asked to pull out and into the waiting area! My reply was "can I wait until someone pulls behind me?" I was told no and that someone was ordering and would be pulling up soon. So I pull over and wait and it takes at least 3 minutes until someone pulls up to the window finally!!! Finally after 10 minutes go by some idiot walks out and says did you order a bunch of egg McMuffins? Yes I said and now know my order is incomplete!! After all that time they can't get one order right?? I now have to get out of my car and ask where my 3 hash browns are?? What a nightmare!!! How hard is it to train someone how to put food in a bag correctly and double check that it's right???? Complete morons work here so don't be surprised if your order is wrong!!!! read more

I have been coming to this McDonalds for years and never had any issues until tonight on June 10, 2017 around 8pm. I walked in to order some food and go but unfortunately I waited for 10 minutes for the girl at the register to take my order after a few minutes of me waiting she just kept starring at me never acknowledged me whatsoever she kept walking back and forth from the register but never said hello or asked if I was ready so after 10 minutes of waiting a family of 3 comes in and she takes there order before mine and just basically pretended that I was there at that point I was pretty irritated right after that the manager noticed I was still there and asked if I had been helped and I said no I have been waiting for over 10 minutes the manager seemed sympathetic however once I told the manager that the girl never acknowledged me the girl who didnt take my order just started shaking her head as if she was disagreeing with me I'm just very upset I almost walked out to go to taco bell next door the girl I never got her name but she was rude she saw me standing there the whole time and not once did she acknowledge though there were other co workers that saw me standing there and no one came by to ask if I was ready or say hello and at that took another party order before mine after I waited for over 10 minutes. They are barely deserving of a full star here, maybe half a star. This is by far the worst McDonalds in southern California. Their service is deplorable and almost every time we go there they are out of something. The last two times we've been they said they were out of ice cream so no McFlurries. The time before that my daughter ordered Dr. Pepper. She said. Dad, it doesn't taste right. We opened the lid and it was clear soda. They had run out of syrup and they gave her soda water. We went back, they said they were sorry.... This location is sorry..... If it weren't for my daughters pleas for fries and their chezburgers, I would never go here again. read more

Went in last week with a buddy. We normally don't eat at McDonalds. It was hot that day, went in and didn't even feel that the A/C was working properly in that place. We ordered the food and after seeing about a hundred flies in there dinning room. We asked to get our money back, by then the food was already made, we ate fast and left that place disgusted with all the flies. Will not be returning to this McDonalds or any at that. read more

I wasn't going to say anything about this McDonalds in La Quinta, Calif. but again my wife and I drove to this store from Indio just to order two ice cream cones....and again the machine was not working which now is the third time in less than two weeks. I called the manager from home and asked him what is up with your ice cream machine and when are you going to get it fixed....He said why what do you mean. I told him we have been there three times now and the machine hasn't worked....He told me I was wrong in broken english. He said the ice cream machine broke only yesterday (6-22-2013) I told him that is bull...He told me again I was wrong...and I told him "that goes to show you what you know about your store: ...
