I was visiting from out of town and typically go to a family owned spot near me and this place nailed it! Eating inside was nice and cool and the chairs were so comfortable, it's the simple things when eating that really makes an experience soo much better. I am already craving more food from here. Met with friends for dinner here. The cashier was super nice. Gave us menus to look over. Ambience is. Very chill and the inside decor is very nice! Ordered the two item combo shrimp, skewers, and chicken With rice and got the falafel. It was busy, but service was pretty quick. Everything was so good! Came back again! I knew if I went back to Palm Springs, I would have to stop by here again. This time, introduced this place to four new people and they all enjoyed the food as well. Loaded fries: flavorful, filling, and shareable Koobideh plate: I really liked this koobideh - lots of flavor. I ordered it with the peach burrata salad on the side, which was also delicious. Choice of sauces to go with your plate. The only small feedback is bringing all plates out together (or at least close in timing). One of the folks with us sat for a while without his food, while the rest of us waited for him to get his food. I'm a fan. I've never been to a Luna Grill before but had the pleasure too while staying in LQ looking for dinner on a Monday night. It was pretty packed when I arrived which is a good sign. They had the food ready for me 5 minutes after I arrived meaning that the app had the correct time approximation. I thoroughly enjoyed the gyro sandwich as well as the French fries platter that had chicken and their yummy "spicier" sauce. I'd return for sure! read more

Luna grill is a favorite of mine & I order the Santorini bowl mostly. Yesterday evening I ordered it & items in the bowl were missing. Extra chick peas & hummus were added & the chicken was overcooked & not juicy tasting as usual. I ordered my food at or a little after 8 p.m but they closed at 9. Upon picking up my order it was ready eat then time given on my to go info & it was also cold. Ambience was very quiet. I was told they ran out of kids so the food was in a different container but not told they ran out of ingredients so they altered the bowl. Ok people, fasten your seatbelts cause you're going on a Luna Grill adventure ride! This review is for the La Quinta location and right out the gate I'm going to start with the basics and by basics I mean the facts, the meat and potatoes of the review. Everyone knows when your hangry, no one has time to be searching for a parking spot so the fact that there is always ample parking and this place is conveniently totally warrants a perfect 10 on this Judges scorecard. Next we will explore the decor because what good is ample parking if you're eating somewhere dated and dirty?! Well lucky for you I'm holding up another "10" on my scorecard because the tables are always clean, bathrooms are stocked and the place is never dirty so it's easy to relax when eating in a nicely designed aesthetic that prides themselves on cleanliness and can be enjoyed by all generations. Now is when the hands go up in the air and you really start to enjoy the ride, Cause we talking food. Yep, you guessed, another "10" because It's really that good. Really fresh, really flavorful and not skimpy when it comes to proportions. My fave is the chicken kabob plate but my family orders everything and never once a complaint. The only thing to be prepared for is it takes a minute for the food to come out and when I say minute I mean like 20 (at least) but we live in a world of AI and take out (which there is a lot of) but it's made to order so expect a wait like you would on any good amusement ride. And driving it home and saving the best for last I bring you (drum roll please) The Service!!! Always helpful always friendly but the last few times we were fortunate enough to have Kimberly take our order and lemme tell you, she set the bar high with her friendly attitude, amazing customer service and attentiveness. Just so lovely and sweet so THANK YOU Kimberly for the awesome customer service. It's obvious she takes pride in her job and puts her customers first. We appreciate you Kimberly!! My wife and I love coming here. The food is fresh and they have excellent options for whatever your diet is. Customer service has always been great, but it was significantly better when T.C and the other female manager (terrible with names) were there. We cook at home quite a bit because we are an ingredient only family and know what goes in our food. However, we continue to return to and enjoy Luna Grill because of the fresh healthy food cooked to perfection and the service by the staff. They are kind, and always smiling, and go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything that you need. Not to mention the facility is ALWAYS a 10 in our book for cleanliness. We have not seen such pride in a business serving people that checks all our boxes in years. It's either incredibly rude service, lazy staff that don't bother to clean, and the food is over cooked or cooked without care and handling. In my haste to return before the lunch rush traffic on Highway 111, I neglected to check the contents of the bag. Upon reaching my destination, I discovered that several items were missing and that the portion served was quite small. Given the price I was charged, this was disappointing. Unfortunately, I could not return to address the issue as my lunch break was nearly over. My mom and I love Luna Grill! It's a convenient location right off 111 and the brand new space is nice and clean. They are consistent with the food quality and, *knock on wood*, always get our order right. I always get extra sauces or modify something so I'm happy that everything comes as ordered. They also don't skimp on the portion sizes and their aguas frescas are the bomb too! Super refreshing to go with a meal you feel good about eating. This is a place that I'd choose to eat inside or outside on their patio as the atmosphere is pretty inviting. For a fast casual spot, they do a pretty good job.
