They don't have "Arnold Palmer" they can't make custom drinks. So I asked her if she had lemonade she said yes I asked her if she had iced tea. She said yes, so I asked her to make me a drink with half lemonade and-half iced tea. She looked quite pissed that I went around her that way. She did not wanna have to mix the two for some reason. Then she started handing us all of our drinks all mixed up. Asked her which ones were which and she didn't know. Just rude - basically just said to figure it out. And then when we ordered fried zucchini and asked for extra ranch, they can't give you that either. So she gave us four ranch dressings for one fried zucchini even though I ordered three fried zucchinis. She said that we didn't say that and they gave us french fries instead so now I had to pay for the upgrade to fried zucchini which I have a feeling she's just charging me for two more orders of fried zucchini. I won't know until I get the change from my $20 back. (I'm writing this review while I sit in the car waiting for my order in a half an hour is plenty of time to do that.) I can't believe I'm sitting in front of Carl's Jr. right now over 30 minutes later still trying to get this order right. Then when they brought the food out, they gave us french fries instead of the fried zucchini that we ordered and then she argued with us how we ordered it if we 'said it or not' and I KNOW that I did. It was the only reason I chose Carl's Jr. in the first place. so I told her it was fine if she didn't hear me no big deal just please go in and change it to the fried zucchini and that I would be happy to pay the difference. She took my $20 bill and charged me for two full orders of fried zucchini. So I went back in, asked for the manager to get a refund and be charged for only the upgrade as it should have been. Manager was very rude. Handed me my money without talking to me while taking the order from another customer. Then she let the employee who initially took our order sit and talk shit to her in Spanish in front of me. Will never ever go back to this location. I'm done with Carl's Jr.. You guys can all go.... (fill in the blank) And she did charge me for two full complete orders of zucchini instead of just the upgrade. But the sad part was how the manager acted. I thought they got paid more to offer some kind of customer service based on experience- but this lady doesn't offer anything except rude attitude. Tired of paying good money for bad food, wrong food or cold food. People are not going to put up with this shit anymore. Food: Horrible. I watched as the cook took two cups of fries that were in the service window, and empty them back into the deep fried, to reheat the fries that were probably already cold. Service: Lazy. The demeanor of the employees here is so lackadaisical. They reminded me of sloths wishing they didn't have to work. We were never greeted, or even said two words too. Ambiance: Dirty, and Unsafe. The restrooms are dirty with trash. The worst of all was a leak coming down from the tiles in the dining area. There was a bucket underneath catching only some of the water. There was one employee who walked through and even stood in the large puddle of water to wipe the tall countertop, NEVER attempting to clean all the over pour of water on the floor. This tool is in place to help the business get better at their job. When they send you to park, it reflects a quick order delivery. As it was Christmas Day and it was the only place open, the line was super long in the drive through. After about 20 minutes of being in a long caravan, we finally got to order. The rest was quick and easy. Considering that it was Christmas Day and I'm sure they rather be home with friends and family , the staff were super nice, welcoming and happy. It was definitely pleasant to interact with them. Ordered... Famous star with cheese combo Jalapeño poppers Fried zucchini Large fries I enjoyed most of my Famous star combo. Was a bit much food for me. My husband loved his fries and jalapeño poppers and was too full before he got to the zucchini. Apparently Carl's Jr. was open everywhere. I just got my car out of the shop and wanted to get a good burger for dinner. I drove by In-N-Out but the line was horrific. I checked the dining area and it was the same. I wanted to relax inside and enjoy a burger. I remembered I had a coupon for Carl's Jr. across the street. So I headed over there. I was happy that the dining area only had a few people inside and parking was right in front! So I ordered the Super Star with Cheese, waffle fries, and a small drink. I sat down and within a very short time, my server brought my order to the table. I must say, I had forgotten how delicious the burgers were at this establishment. Not only was the food delicious, it was fresh and hot too. My server was so professional and friendly. The other individuals who took orders and made the food were excellent as well. They deserve a raise! I have to shout out Juan B. for the great service he provided me. The dining area and restroom were clean and smelled fresh. I plan on going back soon! That crispy onion ring added to the bgq sauce makes for a great meal. Add their onion rings on the side and add a shake and you have a meal fit for a king. Ran through the drive thru tonight to get food for my roommate and realized the young girl and a male employee that were working both weren't wearing masks! Wow, this was the best Carl's Jr experience I have had in a long time! I stopped by for breakfast since I have not had their breakfast in a long time. After my last horrible experience at another location, I was kinda cautious. As I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly manager, took my order perfectly and was carrying out my breakfast right after I filled my coffee and she did it all with a genuine smile on her face that you could tell she loved her job and making people happy. Order two decaf coffee's and four breakfast sandwiches, I couldn't believe when the lady hands me out two cups of hot water and two packets of instant coffee. it tasted terrible. how can they charge 1.49 for a cup of instant coffee....so disappointed. if Carol's Jr. do not have Fresh brew decaffeinated coffee, they should say so so you don't have to pay for it. Food was good at lunchtime, before work. Great on that. I also got a free biscuit from Brenda, but a horrible customer service rep. She shouldn't be giving away free food. I got really sick from the cookie I bought with my sandwich and fries. The fries and sandwich were alright, but the cookie was sour and out of date. The time said 9:30 pm on 12/12/2015 but the cookie was tasted around 12:00noon. They should have thrown that away! After work, I went out of my way to get some real service, maybe. Turns out the same girl (Brenda) who tried to give me a free, not so impressing, biscuit, said "we only replace the purchased item." The cookie was bad, they should have offered something for free that I could choose off of the menu. I didn't want a free biscuit. I wanted a good fresh cookie, like I always get from carls jr's. First time in a Carl's Jr for about 20 years. I didn't trust the drive through line moving very slowly so went inside and shouldn't have. DIrty looking employee's, dirty looking place. Service with no smile. I ordered the beyond meat burger because I only eat vegan food. I asked if it was cooked in a seperate pan to the meat burgers. They didn't know what i meant so gave up and accepted however it was cooked.. It was good but I felt like I might be electing for some food poisoning everything about the place was so unappetizing. It was actually good. 7.25 just for a burger though... a bit much for fast food. There's a clean organic cafe that sells them for $10 with side dishes. But that wasn't open when I went here!
