An hour and a half drive for an offsite company ceremony. I was hungry and wasn't sure if work would have anything to nosh on. Cue the "golden arches!" I got an Egg McMuffin and an oatmeal. I happen to love McDonalds very much, and when I found out they were doing a Mcdonald Land Happy Meal I was thrilled. When you and friends are hungry you guys all think "let's got to McDonald's". Or at least that's what I say. But anyways I ordered 10 piece nuggets,large fries and a Oreo McFlurry. When the food came out the chicken McNuggets did not disappoint they were like little filling appetizers. When I went into shove the salted fries into my mouth the heavenly delectable dish made me just want more and more. And when into the Oreo McFlurry I knew I was in for a treat. The sweet creamy ice cream mixed in with the crunchy appealing Oreos made this meal way more satisfying. The staff was really nice getting the food out quickly. And the McDonald's was really clean and vibrant outside. You could just see enchanted Golden Arches stretching across all of over the United States. Besides the Oreo McFlurry being filled halfway this meal was superb. read more

McDonalds' new never frozen, cooked when you order them quarter pounders are the bomb-diggity! The taste is much better than the old burgers, and when I bit into it, I actually saw pink! Pink, like the way a burger should be cooked, not the tasteless, grayish hockey pucks thst they used to pass off as burgers. Seriously good! I won't go as far to say that McD's is a gourmet burger joint yet, but they're moving in the right direction. Ok, enough about the burgers. This location is one of the better McDonald's in the area. It's usually pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. They have the touch screen kiosks here, so ordering is usually pretty quick, and they'll bring your food to your table. Today's lunch service was sad. When I arrived, the drive thru was too long so I went inside. Big mistake... It seemed no one was in charge of the chaos inside. No kidding, stood in place for 8 minutes- along with two others while everyone working behind the counter avoided eye contact so they wouldn't have to wait on us. Finally ordered - and when my quarter pounder showed up, the worker shouted out "quarter pounder" and threw my bag on the counter and walked away. A "thank you come again" used to be the norm, now it's a luxury at this mcd. Now I know McDonald's is pushing for us to use the Automated ordering system but-come on man- the average age in this retirement community is 75. We have trouble ordering in person so how the heck do you expect us to "self order"? I almost didn't yelp this because- 1) it's McDonald's, management is not going to respond and 2) it's McDonald's- customers are replaceable so they are taken for granted. We eat here a lot on the way home from PAA, and have never had an issue. We mostly just order fries, and that is hard to screw up. A few times the fries were not full, which was annoying. The drive through line is frustrating because there are 2 entrances, and people coming in from the side can cut you off, even if you are the one in the correct lane. read more

The drive through at this McDonald's is notorious for underfilling the coffee. Today I got 3/4 of a cup. And when I ask for 4 creamers and four splenda, I almost always get more than I ask for. Today I got 8 splenda and 5 creamers. If they do this with every customer, their expenses are way higher than they should be; if I were the manager I'd do something about that. If I were the franchisee, I'd be furious. (Splenda is not cheap!). Also, the window person forgot to give me my orange juice. read more

I waited 10 minutes one morning at 0600 for a coffee and breakfast burrito. Being the only car in drive-thru I expected faster service. While I was at the window waiting, I looked inside and noticed the morning manager on her cell phone texting instead of helping the cook prepare my order.
