I put in a mobile breakfast order that I was going in to pickup. The order got kicked back so I went in to order. Apparently their register had gone down. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. They had to open another register to take my order. It still came out promptly. Coffee wasn't the best but the food and sweet tea were good. We're traveling with a child so we've been hitting McDonalds since Texas, this is one of the best ones we've stopped at. read more

I should have learned a lesson the last time we stopped at a McDonald's. We were passing through he area and thought a hot Fudge Sundae would taste good as a mid afternoon snack and we needed a break anyway. This is one of those new types where you walk up to a kiosk and tap a screen to place your order. OK, so we ordered two sundaes, put our credit card in and got a receipt with a number. Then as it says you pick up a number tent and place it on your table and your order will be brought to you. So we found a table, sat down and the next thing we know somebody is calling out, in in a strange language, "2 hot fudge sundaes". We ignored it thinking it must be for someone else. The call was made three more times and we looked at each other with puzzled looks and said maybe it is our order. Then an employee appeared at our table and put 2 sundaes down. Didn't say "hello, sorry for the delay, thank you for using the new kiosk, nothing". We both looked at each other and agreed this would be our last McDonald's visit. It's just as well anyway as we read the next day that McDonald's is having a problem with their kiosks. With so many people touching the screens, that are never cleaned, people are spreading germs and sickness around. Pretty scary. Makes one pause and think about how many touch screens we come in contact with every day. Even our own phone screens are not clean. read more

If you want your food in a timely manner, don't bother going here. It took 20 minutes to get my order. When I asked for honey mustard sauce I was told it would be 27 cents. I've never had to pay extra for sauce!! They didn't have a problem putting 15 packets of ketchup in the bag (which I didn't ask for). This is probably the best McDonalds I've been to. Went through at 3 p.m. everything was freshly cooked. Best filet o fish I've ever had. I pulled it up on Yelp and was shocked to see 1.5 stars. I just ordered at the drive thru and I received the worst customer service ever. The young had a very nasty attitude even closed the window at drive thru took off her headphones and walked away. All I did was ask for my receipt to see if was charged the correct amount for my order. When I asked for the manager another employee a man this time said she was on vacation and he was instructed not to call her while on vacation. I then ask who was in charge and said he did not know. Usually a good choice on a road trip. We tend to find consistency at McDonalds in the food and drinks. This stop was just to get a little jolt to our day, french vanilla iced coffee and a caramel frappe. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Maybe next time we will try the food. THIEVES! Placed a mobile order and paid in advance. When we arrived at the drive thru, we were told they were closed despite it being well within the business hours. We explained we had already paid for a mobile order and the woman virtually yelled that she had no employees and no food. No apologies and more importantly NO REFUND for the food she couldn't provide. She said we had to request a refund on the app. Well guess what, the app says this has to be done at the local store. Subsequently called the store and same woman answered while actively taking drive thru orders. Explained that she has to initiate the refund locally. She said she didn't know how and hung up on us. Called back and asked for a manager to which she said she was the manager and couldn't not do it. We tried to walk her through it based on what we learned at the 2nd McDonald's we went to instead (who actually tried to help!) and the so-called "manager" hung up on us again and completed the order as if it were delivered. This McDonald's was an experience I'll never forget. I loved the fact when you walked in, the floors were shining with the greasy wet oils from the fry cooker, creating a reflection of my beautiful face. The aroma was as if Ray Kroc had been resurrected from the floor and all his moldy body parts were spreading throughout the halls. I'd love an air freshener of this specific scent for the car. The bathroom was beautiful, with the custodians supplies carefully placed in my way of the doors and the water laying across the floor, creating a man made lake inside the men's bathroom. The tables had ginormous mountains of dirty trash; reminded me of my amazing trip to the Himalayas back in '03. The food was brilliantly crafted, with a large hair right in the center of my burger, and delicious raw red glistening meat in my beef. When we went to get condiments, I was delightfully surprised to see that there were none at the counter! In fact, there were no lids or napkins either! How wonderful! The workers had the nicest attitudes in the world, consistently not looking at me when I was talking and asking unnecessarily precise questions such as what fountain drink I was getting despite the fact they had self serve fountain machines. The cashier was in fact so great I even contemplated asking her for her number, that way I could call corporate and have her kindly removed from the premises. She deserved better. My only gripe was the fact the fries were warmer for longer than usual, as they typically get cold after I sit down. This gratefully concerned me. But this issue could easily be fixed had they decided to kindly close the store down and never build a McDonald's there again! read more

The service is very slow would not recommend going here in the drive through or inside if you are in a rush. However there food is great and I love there chicken nuggets would highly recommend. Unlike other McDonalds I've had the pleasure of dining in sometimes their customer service is not as great as I would like it to be but everything and everyone has it's strong and weak points. The employees are very young and have very little experience in customer service. Like other fast food restaurants they do tend to mix up orders sometimes. One with extra cheese and extra onions..... the gal said you know it already has two pieces of cheese, we said yes we know but we want extra. I used one of their kiosks, which is something I never do, but it was busy and no one else was using them. This was a dine in order and I was instructed by the machine to take a number and then type it in. After I paid for my order I took a seat with a good view if the counter. After about 12 minutes the woman behind the counter started calling the number on my receipt and not the number I put in the machine.
