So this past Sunday, my daughter was at McDonald's going through the drive-through and for some reason and somehow the girl dropped her phone in the fryer and now the GM will not reach back out. They do not answer the phone when she tries to call. Amazing food! My granddaughter and I went to this establishment after she got out of school. She was overjoyed when I told her I was taking her! She loves it there! When we got there, we walked into the restaurant and we ordered food. We sat down after this delightful young lady sat us down at our table and served us our food! I can't remember her name but she was impeccable. After eating our lunch, we got some ice cream and it was the best! Great experience! 5 stars would recommend! read more

I placed the following order in the drive thru: Kids 4pc chicken nugget meal w/fries, apple slices and milk. Did not receive the milk Large 2cheeseburger combo w/diet coke- correct order Large Big Mac combo w/reg coke- received a diet coke instead of regular coke and the large fry was barely half full. It was 4:15 in the afternoon and drive thru was not busy at all. What do I need to do to get a correct order? I have worked in fast food and am aware of the process. Update 2/2019: After 7 months we decided to try this McDonald's again, and I'm pleased to say the atmosphere has changed. Everyone was super nice, our food was hot, and no one told us we ordered too much (three meals and a kid's meal once again). Original Review: WORST MCDONALD's EVER!!!! My grandma and I went to this McDonald's to order two grilled chicken meals, one crispy chicken meal, and one chicken nugget kids meal--all with unsweetened teas. First, they told me we ordered TOO MUCH food for the drive thru. Three meals and a kids meal (no special stuff) is too much!?! Second, they gave me the WRONG FOOD. I tried to hand the food back through the window and they told me to leave. I said, "this is the wrong food." The MANAGER was standing there the whole time as they refused to give me the right food. I was ORDERED to leave. If it was just me, I would have chalked it up to bad customer service, but they were incredibly rude to my 82-year-old grandma. She was practically in tears!!! She has visited this McDonald's every single week for the last 13 years without fail. For her to have this experience with me at the window is unacceptable. Every time I've visited this McDonald's I've always had issues with employees and their poor attitude. Yes half of them are kids but even the adults have poor and rude attitudes as well. Shouldn't have to feel like it's a crime when I ask for my drink cups or extra sauces for my nuggets. And to tell me there's no toys left and that's why my child didnt get one in his happy meal? Went in the drive thru for a mango pineapple smoothie, was asked to wait at the 1st window, waited 20 minutes before anyone came to ask me what I was waiting for. This McDonald's location has always seemed to be fine with me every time my family and I visit. When you order they give you a number to place at your table and then when your food is done someone brings it out to you. The food seems to be hot and fresh. The employees there are always kind. The dining room is quite large, so finding a seat shouldn't be a problem. I haven't ordered through the drive-thru yet so not sure about how well that experience is. This is the closest store to me. On each visit the staff is friendly and attempt the speediest service possible. The food is usually hot and as fresh as you can get for fast food. The store is located in one of the busiest areas of Lancaster so seeing long lines, especially at the drive thru, is typical. The only thing keeping the store from being rated a four, for me, is the long lines. Two drive thru order prompters, a determined staff, and lines are still long. read more

Looking to have a decaffeinated iced coffee this morning. McDonalds drive thru attendant stated McDonald no longer serves decaffeinated coffee at all let alone iced decaffeinated coffee. Offered me regular coffee instead. Why offer me regular coffee after I ask for decaf, most people drink decaf coffee for a reason. Attendant also messed up remainder of order, so I just canceled the order and went elsewhere. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant, I went through drive through, and ordered a CRISPY chicken wrap meal and a sundae WITH nuts. I triple checked to make sure they understood these two things because it's how I prefer my meal. I get to the window and see my sundae has no nuts so I ask, and they reassure me they are in the bag. I trust them and take my food and drive back to work. Upon getting back to work I realize that there are in fact NO nuts in my bag, and when I got to eat my CRISPY chicken wrap it is grilled. This is the largest and busiest Mcdonald's I've ever been to. The dining room is huge, and they always have four or more registers open to handle all the customers inside, plus the dual lane drive-thru to handle the outside customers. As for the other review, I've never noticed a problem with any of the employees or managers looking like dirt bags. The restaurant also always has an employee dedicated to cleaning and stocking the always busy dining room. read more
