You know how rare it is now to have a great experience at McDonald's now adays? Well my experience, more times than not, makes me question why I stopped but not here. Food was hot and fresh, and service was perfect and the cashier super friendly. App was having issues and she just comped the item since it was not working with no effort on my part. I stopped in for a bathroom break and some food. Restroom was clean and the restaurant was too with everything in order. Inside a newer design and even though it was a quick in and out I was impressed. It's how a good visit, or the minimum standard for any visit! Good job at this location. read more

Customer service at this location is horrible. It took about 5 minutes before I was able to place my order as an in-person customer. There was a lady ahead of me. I'm not sure how long she had to wait, but she was already irritated when I arrived. I tried waving at the staff to make our presence known, but that didn't help. It looked like the staff were prioritizing the drive-through lane versus in-person customers. There was no explanation or apology when someone finally showed up to start taking orders. read more

Went in at 7am on OCT 16, 2024 to get me and my wife breakfast. I was trying to use the app which wasn't working properly. It was buy one sausages and egg McMuffin get one free. I tried doing it 3 times. Clicking on the promo and putting everything in. Wouldn't work so I figured maybe it was the app, definitely the app. But I decided to go into the lobby to explain it to an employee. What I got was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with over anything. Especially a breakfast sandwich. I explained it to her politely and she instantly became rude, standoffish, and petty. Disrespect is also a good work for her. After literally explaining everything to her. Her response was snooty and she told me twice that she couldn't give me the FREE sandwich that the app wouldnt recognize after multiple attempts. She said it was an issue I had to take up with corporate. I was shocked! I was confused like why? Corporate is concerned over one sandwich. Probably so seeing how their business is struggling and nobody wants to eat there. Anyways she then disappeared to the back. I stood there about 5 mins before I asked some older employers if she knew where the manager was. She was also amazingly non polite I might add. I'll get to her. I explained exactly what she said to me. She came up and slapped my bag on the counter. Rudely said "I gave you that other sandwich"! And walked off. Like wtf was that about. Just, wow. Wow! She definitely loves her job and inst concerned about good customer service or her approach. Over nonsense. Unpleasant. Disgusting. Childish behavior. The store manager was very polite and respectful and helpful though. He obviously went back and talked to her. Now, the older woman. From the time I entered the lobby until I left I didn't hear one positive thing come out of her mouth. Even in front of customers she complained that see didn't want to be there. That she is about to quit and go home. That she doesn't need this bs. It was off-putting and disturbing to say all the things she was saying right behind the counter and in front of anybody within the entire lobby. She's complaining, b****ING, threatening to quit. I was like hey me the hell outta this restaurant. Just couldn't believe those 2 encounters. I don't think either of them wanted to work there. And that location definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that they even hire hateful angry people who come into work pissed off. And leave more pissed off is neglectful and poor decisions making on what kind of people your asking to represent your business. Wow. Wow. Wow. Thanks for all the positivity. Nice enough. I just needed a caffeine boost during a trip, and saw this right beside the Walmart gas station where I topped off. Clean inside, friendly service. I waited a few minutes, but they were busy, and it wasn't unreasonable. I ordered on one of those kiosks they keep putting in, and it went okay. Easy to order, and to customize things if you want (milk options, etc.) Price is reasonable, I guess. McD's isn't my go-to, but it is of course handy often, and not awful. read more

Its a McDonalds with all the things you would expect. Was passing through and stopped. Ordered the artisan grilled chicken along with a friend. While waiting an employee came out said they were out of grilled chicken but could give me 'quarter pounder meat'. Mind you my friend ordered a different grilled chicken meal. I said was fine. I paid 4.99 for a quarter pounder -_- and for whatever reason friends grilled chicken came out just fine?? Wasn't in mood to argue nor had the time for it. Def have experienced better. read more

This is probably the worst McDonalds you could ever have the displeasure of choosing. If you love long lines, longer waits and screwed up orders, THIS is the place for you! After vowing to never return to this place because of similar issues, I was unwillingly coaxed by my family to return. THIS time, after ordering a Big Mac meal and two ice coffees, I was told to pull up to wait for the ice coffees ... yep, you guessed it, after 16 minutes waiting and NO response from ANYONE - I drove away with no ice coffees, a now watered-down drink and cold food. The only Positive thing I can say about this McDonalds is that they are consistent ... consistently bad. This time I'm sticking to my original plan - to never return to this place again. Arby's is just 100 yds past this bad example of a fast-food restaurant - choose to go there. Even if you have a horrible experience at Arbys, I'll guarantee it will be 100 times better than wasting your sanity at the Logan Ohio McDonalds. read more

The McDonalds it's self it's great. Good service and employees and the food was good. It was also very clean and everything was timely. However, the manager was extremely rude. In front of the whole establishment she started screaming at an old man because he accidentally grabbed the wrong bag off the table. Absolutely terrible service, you could go to Bob Evan's and get your order faster. Nine out of ten times, you will be asked to pull ahead and wait for them to walk out with your food. It's absolutely amazing how much time is wasted and then when you finally get your order, chances are it will be wrong too. read more

Yum! The surprisingly good blueberry banana oatmeal is well...good- and I really don't care for oatmeal so that is saying something. Surprising amount of blueberries and flavor. Possibly the best oatmeal I've ever eaten!! I know I don't get out much and Adriane is probably saying, "Oh my goodness, that's just wrong Scott!!!" : ) Seriously, if you are tired of the same old same old from Mickey D's breakfast menu give a try of their blueberry banana oatmeal and tell them Scott sent you....Why? FiLTHY ladies room. GROSS! The least clean McDonald's I've ever been in! Never again!

Getting out of our vehicle all smells right for the outside night air. Nothing fishy or farmlike or nothing just crisp cold air. Then we open up the door to McDonald's and wham the smell of French fries and cow manuer so strong it about knocks you down then we go through the 2nd door into the actual dining area even stronger and even into the bathrooms. Honest to goodness I said yuck why does this smell like French fries and farts. Didn't see anyone who appeared to have rolled in crap so where was that smell coming from? Remains a mystery. Then I see they are hiring on top of having do it yourself ordering system and what appeared to be every employee the place employees for all shifts there at once. It was packed of employees. Which BTW it will be cheaper for Mcdonald to have machines and custimers to place our orders in time than pay employees who has no customer service anyways $14 plus an hour as your all demanding for an entry job. However the get your own drink cup station which was odd was low on cups another customer had to tell them so all these employees and lack of taking care of things. They weren't busy and it took 10-15 minutes to get two hot chocolates. There was no one ahead of us. No one greets you at McDonald's. They want your money but no hi may I help you just the blank stare which is so normal and so rude but McDonald's doesn't care to train employees properly on this and if you would of heard the manager and the ones she was talking to in the lobby you would understand. Being so loud the cashier couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear her over the mangers conversation behind us. The place wasn't very clean and there was so many workers nearly falling over each other. It was an odd McDonald's experience and we are from hick towns and farming communities originally and still frequent those areas. This was uncalled for. Then the guy going out for the flag nearly shoving us out the door walking so fast on our heals. Then someone flys through the parking lot driving completely over the curb a good foot and a half to 2 feet into the land area. Note to self this place was nuts! Positive note. wow! what an amazing experience at this mcdonald's. I know what you're thinking- how great can a mcdonald's be? let me elaborate. our group of 11 was promptly greeted and welcomed. a wonderful employee helped us navigate the ordering kiosks and offered free desserts if we filled out a short survey. our food was hot and came out very quickly. the restaurant was extremely clean and bustling with friendly chatter. overall probably the best mcdonald's- if I am ever in the area again I will be sure to stop back it. read more
