Ever since they reintroduced the McValue menu, McDonald's has become a contender in the fast food game once again! Thinking that I would have a positive experience I went into this location on my way to an appointment downtown. Upon walking in I asked the woman who was dressed as a manager to buzz the restroom so that I might use it and she refused saying you need to buy something first. I said I would buy something however I need to use the restroom - she flat out refused saying I needed to buy something first. I went ahead and told her that I thought that was poor customer service and proceeded to purchase something and then asked for my receipt and she refused to give it to me. I then asked her what her name was and she refused to identify herself. She was the only manager on shift I could see and was somewhat short and stocky with a bulbous middle section. I informed her that this was extremely poor service and I took a picture of her and told her that I would go ahead and post it online so that people could understand her extremely poor level of customer interaction. She began laughing and shouting that she didn't care and that I couldn't do anything to her. I'm not sure I've ever seen someone in a leadership role act in such an unprofessional manner. All of the other employees were looking over knowingly, I presume that they have to deal with her attitude on a regular basis? I should note that after purchasing my items she still refused to open the restroom. I'm not sure I've ever seen a worse manager - an employee informed me that her name was supposedly "Mirna" however I was unable to verify this as this woman was not wearing a badge or identifiers of any kind other than the obvious manager or supervisor shirt. After she left and went into the kitchen, a different employee was at the register and I asked her to reprint my receipt, however she was actually unable to do so and had to get the manager to come and assist. She was very irritated and was trying not to be photographed. She was claiming that she would call the police and I told her to go ahead as I thought they would be interested in the fact that they she would not allow a paying customer to use the restroom. I should note that every other employee I interacted with, the other cashier and someone on the floor, everyone else was friendly and jovial as they have been in my previous visits to this location. I think a change in leadership or at least an in-service would be appropriate as this woman clearly does not understand customer service. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to go to McDonald's to avoid this location and go to the one further west down on Craig. Obviously, I will be contacting the franchise owner and I will be sending the information to corporate so that they might now this particular location and inform the franchise owner. read more

I order via the app and I was waiting for my order. After 25 minutes had passed, I asked the staff about my order. First the manager claimed he did not have it and them I pointed to the bag and then he changed his story that they do not call out orders to be picked up. First the order was not even finished even after 25 minutes and then how would customers know to pick up their orders if they did not call them out. He is serious- is he knew. Maybe they should stop gossiping about what they are going to do after their shift and work the orders. Placed an order through door dash. When the order arrived part of it was missing but, the bag was sealed. I called the McDonalds and told them what happened and she said to just come in and give my name. However, when I went in five minutes after calling, she said no you have to call DoorDash for a refund. She ended up fighting with me for over five minutes. Verbally over a 10 piece chicken McNugget. I ended up just storming out of the store frustrated because let's be real. Why would I lie and why would she not honor what was said over the phone? I went thru the drive thru, ordered two beef patties only, for my dog. I did order other items. When I got home, they had put diced onions on the patties for my dog. I called the store and didn't have my receipt with me. They said they couldn't verify I ordered plain beef patties. I told them, onions are toxic for dogs, why would I have them? This might be the nicest McDonald's I've ever stepped into. This is a unique location with a large footprint dining room, play area, and fully digital concept with self service kiosk including mobile ordering. It's very safe and secure as well given the surrounding area can have a lot of foot traffic and transient populations. It appears the restaurant has a vibe of a Starbucks but playfulness of a Chick fil A. They play modern music as well including Maroon 5? Wow, McDonald's you weren't this vibey when I was growing up. I went with a McCafe Coffee but plan on returning for breakfast and late night craving during stay in Las Vegas while visiting family. read more

I was there yesterday at 7:41 am. After placing my order and realizing I was being charged extra I decided to change my order while still at the speakers. The lady taking the order started getting upset and began to argue with me about changing my order. Please make it make since??? I do believe I'm paying for my food correct? However when I asked to speak to a manger at the window when she appears her face is all twitch up and she actually reminded me of the Grinch. I began to explain to her that when I tried changing my order her worker began arguing with me and the manager says yes I was on speaker listening and your not allowed to change your order....I was floored and disgusted I couldn't believe what I was hearing from a lead. I come here often and I have to say the staff, overall, is very nice. There's two female employees that absolutely hate their job, and they show it; being very rude and accusing. With the exception of those two females, if they get your order wrong, they will fix it kindly. Get one of those other two females, and they won't believe you even ordered food. Going to get McDonald's for some friends who wanted breakfast but I was told after pulling in the drive thru at a bit after 10:30 that breakfast was not being served. . I thought breakfast was served all day. No biggie so I ordered lunch for my friends and I ordered a hot tea with cream and sugar and headed out. Today i ordered a single cheeseburger only ketchup, and a 4-piece chicken nugget kids meal.. my fries were cold, my burger had onions melted UNDERNEATH the cheese and the nuggets were also gross tasting. Sadly, this place is closest to my house. No matter the time of day, they are rude, do not acknowledge any customers, I assume they want us to use the kiosk. Staff will clean the bathroom, bump into you with the mop as they walk by, yell across the restaurant, and never acknowledge the poor behavior. There are usually homeless people there, the staff will deny them the restrooms, even though they are paying customers. A business shouldn't treat customers different based on biases. It's a miracle if they give you your food fresh earlier we ordered a caramel frappe with two shots of expresso and it was just a regular frappe.. ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT!!!! The worst customer service ever!!! Complete trash!!! I was at store #21664 and I had the worst customer service experience ever I'm my life!!!! I was embarrassed and so angry I could scream, kick, punch, or just lose it! I ordered 1 McDouble extra pickles, 2 small fries, 1 large fries, 20 pc chicken McNuggetsBwell done and Oreo McFlurry.
