This may be the BEST McDonalds in NLV, maybe in all of Southern Nevada. The buns are always fresh. The food always is served HOT. It seems like they cook everything to order, not grabbed out of a warming bin. Never skimpy on the sauces. The location is a bit in the hood, but inside it's just about the nicest and cleanest you'll ever find. Seriously, if you craving McD's go the extra mile for this location. This has to be the worst McDonalds in the world!! I drove to the drive thru at 720 pm to purchase 5 sundaes. The young man in drive thru stated that the ice cream machine wasn't working. So I proceed to drive around the building and go inside. As I'm entering the restaurant there was a kid ordering a strawberry milkshake. The cashier takes my I order and I order the five sundaes, once he gave me my total I ask for the manager because I was just told in the drive thru the machine was broken. This order was taken at 723 according to the time stamp on my receipt which means two or three mins from around the building to inside the machine started to work. The manager on shift claims to not know who said the machine was broken when she clearly had a headset on listening to orders which is a requirement for shift managers. This is a disservice that they continue to lie to customer about the icecream machine on a regular bases. HOW HARD IS IT TO SALE A PRODUCT THAT YOU SALE AND GET PAID FOR SELLING? read more

Went through the drive thru ordered my food then went to the first window to pay and then waited there for 5-10 minutes due to the girl working the window assumed she had already helped me. Then wasn't given a receipt after I paid. Get to the first window to retrieve my food to noticing I was missing part of my order. They then proceed to tell me oh well she didn't charge you and if you have $3 cash you can pay right here and we can give you your missing items, but if not you need to get back in line and pay for it at the first window again. Not understanding how I can pay cash at the 2nd window but couldn't pay with my debit card. Proceed to go inside to get the missing portion of my food since the drive thru was ridiculously long for them to make me wait another 10 minutes even though they knew I was coming for my missing item. I went into this location today March 1/2021and placed a order with a girl it totaled 27.28 and what seemed as if I was waiting for ever, finally a young girl says here I asked where's the drinks she said just a second and started working on someone else order so I noticed fries didn't look fresh bag wasn't hot, at that point she bring my drinks I said no I need management I want my hole order recooked it's cold I told manager a young boy. So I'm getting dirty looks and stares okay, and this my money I'm spending. So she left the drinks sitting there as I'm waiting for food. Food finally get done I'm thinking she hands it to me and I requested new drinks she gave me someone else drinks with a attitude slammed down drinks, I said some words, and said she need help. So manager boy made me drinks. I left remind you I have someone sitting in the car waiting for me. I get home my fiancé said it's warm not hot my son grandson said I'm hungry I'm a eat but it's not hot. So I get to my breakfast still cold pop hot no ice I'm mad I drive all the way back and get attitude I tell them I need manager before going back I was calling they hung up on me. So boy manager didn't help a old lady help refixed food and gave me a new coke. I was missing my eggs when she gave me new food then she go say you did buy eyes boo here's my receipt, then she say o ok finally it my food and drink, get home pop taste like water OMG....I called back spoke with Juan chewd him out 3 4 times still having problem. So before I let the last time I asked later for manager ceo information she reluctantly gave it to me. The customer service is absolute shit.. if I were the gm here I'd be looking for new employees.. and if I were the owner I'd look for a new gm because they aren't much better.. they have actually told me well u need to speak clearly when in the drive through.. we don't eat out often and this is convenient to where we live..
