As we pull up you just go inside for your order. In the event of a special order don't use the app. The twins like an off menu drink. Their poison: venti iced caramel macchiato with added whip and caramel sauce. It was not made right. Sometimes just go in. My caffeine was fine. Mmm; as the cappuccino takes over my senses. The nice employees made it right eventually, but we learned that in the process of life going in for special occasional drinks is the best. Now the service was great. It's full of sugar and deliciousness -egg white bites with bell pepper- we got some for us and our pups. I prefer these over the bacon ones -bacon Gouda, egg sandwich - always a classic choice -spinach, feta wrap - slightly on the greasey side but it was great otherwise. DRINKS -Matcha protein grande with no ice- I swear the drink sizes get smaller by the day. I do like these added protein but I can't tell if it's liquid or powder. I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your drive thru. A minute or two before arriving at the speaker, I placed a mobile order under my name. When I reached the intercom, I immediately informed the employee that I had placed a mobile order. There were already two vehicles ahead of me in the drive-thru, so there was additional time before I even reached the pickup window. When I got to the window, an employee named Seth approached me and, in what I felt was an unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational tone, told me that "next time" I needed to give them more time to prepare my mobile order. What I don't understand is the logic behind that statement. If I had simply waited until I reached the speaker to place my order verbally, Starbucks would have had the exact same amount of time to prepare my drinks. In fact, placing the order on the app before reaching the speaker gave the store at least some advance notice. I wasn't asking for special treatment or expecting my order to be ready instantly. The issue wasn't the message itself it was how it was delivered. Customers should not be made to feel like they are doing something wrong for using the Starbucks app as intended. Seth's tone came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, turning what should have been a routine pickup into an uncomfortable interaction. I understand that employees can be busy and that mobile orders may sometimes take longer, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. A friendly explanation would have been completely acceptable. Instead, I felt like I was being reprimanded for placing a mobile order, even though I followed the normal process. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity so that future customers are treated with professionalism and respect. read more

I've been to this Starbucks more times than I can count but I haven't been recently for about a year or so. I used to live right around the corner from here at one point and a couple years after that I worked across the street from this location so I've had my fair share of orders. Not until I started coming back to get my morning coffee when I stated the new job across from here did I notice something off with my drinks. I'm not talking about just one kind of drink, I mean any type of drink I'd get for myself or family/friends around me. I just thought they sucked. And I guess they do because I literally use to have to order my coffee or other drinks a certain way because every thing just tastes WATERED DOWN. Not realizing I'm spending more money asking for these customizations for my drinks, like an extra shot or 2 of espresso. Extra matcha powder. Extra syrup. I mean every.little.thing. So I stopped going. Today I stopped by because I was on this side of town, got myself and fiancé drinks. He got the horchata Frappuccino & iced matcha with vanilla bean power & horchata cold foam. & let's just say, last time I ever go to this location. They're purposely using littler/less amount of ingredients they use to make the certain drink!!!!! I went to a Starbucks at a different location the day before this one literally, and it was the same damn thing! Flavorless.. literally flavorless. I guarantee this location uses less product for ALL drinks they make just to save money, that's the only logical reason I can come up with that makes sense. It's just annoying. We all know Starbucks is more expensive than your average coffee. It's a luxury type of place. People come here for their little treat, or cheat day or just enjoy a nice cup of whatever's on the menu that they enjoy. But come on now... billion dollar company. Quit being cheap or train employees right on how to make your drinks. Simple. I'm mad I've went back so many times, waste of so much money plus time coming back in and having them remake my drinks when half the time, they barely taste the way the drinks are supposed to taste when made right!! This is a very convenient 24 hour location. I ordered online at about 4am and attempted to walk in to pick up order but the doors were locked. I did not see any signage indicating when the dining room opened. I went thru the drive thru and picked up my items. The girl at the window was very friendly and super chipper at that hour which was great to see. read more

Yelp Review 2023 #232: My favorite Starbucks location within a 20-mile radius from home. The first and only Starbucks along Craig for over a decade - this year, a few Starbucks location have opened up/ are about to open up. This location has seen renovations, employee turnover, COVID, etc. This year: competition from Dutch Bros, and newer Starbucks locations. But I don't think they have anything to worry about because of their location. It's the closest one to an I-15 exit. This place is always busy, and their drive-through a lot of times causes traffic especially after 8pm when the store itself is closed. Their drive through is open 24/7 - people working night shift need caffeine. My favorite group of employees is the one from 2016-2020. I still remember their names. They remember people and their drinks too. I can't seem to remember the people currently working here though. But what has stayed consistent is the way they make drinks at this location. Some locations in town can't even be bothered to make sure their drinks are properly mixed (i.e. matcha power just floating on top of soy milk - I'm looking at you Decatur and 215 Starbucks!) and that if I ask for non-dairy alternatives, I get non-dairy alternatives. There's nothing worse than being lactose intolerant and having to be somewhere and you've been given regular milk! In other words, the baristas here aren't careless. From time to time, there's a homeless person or two right outside this location but they are kind to them (they're humans!) and for that reason and many other reasons, I love this location. NO INDOOR SEATING! There needs to be a sign or a warning that pops up when people search for this Starbucks... I've never seen a Starbucks with no indoor seating. And it's 101 degrees outside... I placed a mobile order through the app after 8 PM, and it told me to head inside the store. There was no warning in the app that the lobby was closed, so I followed instructions only to find the doors locked. I waited at the entrance window where a worker inside signaled for me to go through the drive-through. Problem is, I didn't have a car. I tried to tell them that I needed help canceling my order, but instead of helping, the worker ignored me. I ended up calling the store, and the same worker that told me to go through the drive through was the supervisor, Shar (or Char), answered the phone. She kept telling me to go through the drive-through or call customer service. I explained that I didn't have a car and wasn't going to walk through the drive-through, but she kept talking over me and completely dismissed what I was saying. When I told her that she wasn't going to talk over or interrupt me trying to cancel my order, she responded with attitude and annoyed facial expressions through the window. I was extremely frustrated, and yes, I told her off because I felt completely disrespected. She made it clear she didn't care and acted like she was untouchable. This could have all been avoided if the app simply told me the lobby was closed at 8 PM, or if Shar/Char had shown even a little bit of understanding or professionalism. Instead, I was treated like a problem because of a failure on their end. If you're going to use the app after 8 PM, be aware that the lobby is closed, and if you don't have a car, good luck getting help. This was a bad experience made worse by a supervisor who should never treat customers this way. read more

We've been to this Starbucks on several occasions on our way through Las Vegas. And this might just be the last time. First of all, the service here is always slow. Mobile order, drive thru, walk in. Doesn't matter. Busy? Not busy? Doesn't matter. Slow. Always slow. Second, the staff here always act like they want to be anywhere else. The last time we came in the worker was hiding behind the counter on their phone? There's also no indoor seating. There is a bench, but it's for waiting for your drink. The lot and drive thru are also HORRIBLY laid out. If you try to come when it's busy you might get stuck. So why two stars? The bathrooms are clean. read more

Ordered a white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps vanilla syrup, almond milk and EXTRA whip cream. I specified extra whip because I know they think people who order almond milk don't want whip cream which is a stupid thought. I get it and there's no whip cream and I don't taste the vanilla at all. The worker taking orders that day was very rude and had no sense of accountability. When we arrived at the window to pick up my order, I let her know at the speaker I was there for a pickup, and she proceeded to say, "Okay, we're getting started on it; pull up to the window." Once I got there up to the window, she got an attitude and forgot we had a pickupand said, "Next time stop at the box so we can prepare your drink in time." unpleasant experience, and I hope she learns accountability and gets a better attitude. Next time, I hope they can improve the mobile order system. I know it tends to go first, but the sign said not to wait in line. It also said you could cut the line by ordering through mobile order. So, it's not entirely accurate. They still give others and mine way late! I ordered through mobile order and still have to wait over 10 minutes. I even got my drink ready, but the food is still not there! It seems like there might be a mix-up with my order. I've had to remind them a few times now. Is it possible that this is a new employee or that they're overwhelmed with the number of customers in line? The place is nice and I love their 24-hour service. It's also a very busy place. We were running errands far away from where we live and decided to stop by for a drink. Absolutely no costumer service. Workers seem like they don't want to be there and seem annoyed to see costumers in the lobby. There is no sitting inside other than a bench. We have our 1year old with us and kindly asked if we could bring in a table from outside. Promised to clean and return out before we left. There was no one in the lobby so we wouldn't be in anybody's way and although the place is small there is enough space for one table. Flat out told no and that I could go to del taco for seating. I have a 1 year old and it's over 100 degrees outside. Wish my wife wasn't there so I could've canceled the order. There should be a warning of no seating when looking for a Starbucks. read more

I reviewed them over a year ago and I was not a fan. Fast forward to today, and they are my FAVORITE. I am definitely a regular and staff greet and acknowledge be by name. I typically get the same drink and they don't forget the straw. My morning shift crew are amazing and I love our morning banter. The line is always long but efficient. They usually have someone outside taking drink orders and then on the inside it's like an assembly line. You can definitely tell that the team works well together. The inside and outside are always clean and well stocked. The location is small so they have seating outside, but none on the inside. read more

Omg! The most irritating experience today! I place a mobile order at 6:01am with a 3-6 minute pick up time. I got to the store at 6:15a. Was my drink ready? No. Fine, no biggie. Until I started seeing them putn oredrs that came in well after mine on the counter. Someone finally asked me and another customer what names were on the order. The appearance of the building is unappealing. I used google maps to find this location as I was driving to run errands. I used the drive-thru even though there were about 10 cars ahead of me since I had a few things to do while waiting. It took almost 25 minutes to place my order and another 7 minutes to reach the window and about 4 minutes to receive my order. I ordered a peppermint mocha and a warmed coffee cake. The coffee cake was delicious but the peppermint mocha had a chemically taste. Very disappointing! read more

This is a small Starbucks store, very close to the I-15 freeway (off Craig) if you're in the North Las Vegas part of town. It's just across Losee if you're staying at the Cannery Hotel. The parking lot is a little crowded since it's shared with a fast food chain. Drive through is also an option. The workers were all quite friendly and appeared to like their job. They were all smiling and very courteous. You don't see that very often. The drive through was a lot busier than inside. We walked in since we had a big order. I frequently visit this Starbucks maybe 3 times a week and have never stepped foot inside... kind of weird, but the drive thru is so efficient I just don't need to! Even when the lines are long it moves along fairly quickly so I never really have any problems. I did notice another yelper mention the smoke being and issue and that has to be my only issue here. While the outdoor seating is nicely focused towards traffic and decent sights, it does suck to have to roll up your windows to protect yourself and/or children from unhealthy smoke. For that I have to take 1 star. The drinks are always made consistently. I actually feel that if you order through the app it's cheaper... something I've learned with kids white chocolate peppermint mochas during winter! Happy lattes guys! read more

Tonight I showed up at midnight to get something in the drive through and noticed they're getting a big food delivery, the employee inside the restaurant had the food scattered all over the floor and there was a point were she layed on the floor as well!Big health code violation right there, food must be at least 6 inches off the floor!
