Went to this McDonald's like I do all the time and I usually don't have a problem. I stopped last night on my way home and ordered some food. When I received my order it wasn't correct and I was charged for the wrong order. My order was really more and this was not a problem, I explained to the manager that I would pay the difference for the correct order. The manager got an attitude and then put his thumb through top of the lid where the straw goes and tried giving me the drink like I just didn't see him do this. Typically under very few circumstances would I write a review on a chain place, especially one as ubiquitous as McDonald's. But this place was so utterly terrible, I feel a duty to warn others. I came at lunch, but at the time I walked in it wasn't busy inside the store. I didn't have to wait to place my order (both kiosks were down, of course). But I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for a double quarter pounder and a large fry. When I got the food, it had sat so long that the cheese had melted and made the burger look, feel and taste like Cheez Whiz exploded all over it. Meanwhile, as I was waiting for my order (which inexplicably disappeared off the "in process" screen on the wall behind the counter so for quite a while I figured it had vaporized into some kind of McDonald's alternate universe), orders stacked up and stacked up and stacked up behind me, and no one was getting food. At some point what looked like a person in charge showed up, from where I don't know and made a few disparaging remarks to the poor guy who had been taking orders. She took more orders, barked a few orders at the cashier, then stepped away. I'm not sure who she was, but I hoped she wasn't the manager, otherwise those employees are in a whole lot of trouble with her as the boss. Also during this time, the drive through got backed up with cars in a line around the building, and eventually people who had been told to pull forward and have their food brought out to them started coming into the restaurant to complain. One guy said he'd been sitting there 10 minutes (not counting the time he waited in line and spent ordering) and wanted either his food or his money back. The guy at the counter had literally no idea what to do and literally no one to help him, so he provided these customers with literally no answer. Didn't even say a word besides "Ummmmmmm...." So don't come here. Whatever thirst you have to quench or itch you have to scratch, you don't need a Big Mac that bad. Go somewhere else. This was bad even by fast food standards in 2022, which are even worse than fast food standards during COVID and certainly those previous to COVID. There's a ton of other places in that area to eat. This was the worst visit ever! This quarter pounder had been sitting for A WHILE. The bun was hard, the meat was like rubber, the cheese was so old it BROKE OFF! I ordered SWEET tea, they gave me unsweet. The only good part was the top half of my fries. They were fresh on top of old. Service was mediocre. After I said "that's all," I said "oh I forgot, please add extra pickle to the burger." The girl seemed to be flustered by this request. I had given her my app number through the drive-through, so the order got charged immediately to the card that's attached to my app. They proceeded to tell me that they could not add extra pickle to the burger since I had already paid for the order. They would get 5 stars if they worked friendliness into the speed, along with food preparation standards. Sometimes the sandwiches look thrown together and the cheese isn't melted, it's still cold. I've never been treated so rudely at a restaurant, as I was treated today at this McDonald's location. I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal with a Large Coke no ice. When I got to the first window he asked if I had the Quarter Pounder Deluxe Meal, and I replied yes with a Large Coke no ice. I get to the second window and they hand me a Large Coke with ice. I stated again that I ordered a Large Coke no ice and he responded, "but that's not what's on the screen" as if I entered the order myself. I replied no, that's not what I ordered. Instead of fixing my drink, he continued to argue with me and then asked me to pull up near the door. It only takes 10 seconds at most to pour a drink. So, I went ahead and pull up. Then another employee, who cam out the door, yelled at me for being there and said that I need to park in spot number one. Several minutes later, he finally came back out with my drink. It took more than 5 minutes for me to get the correct drink, instead of the 10 seconds it would have taken at the window. McDonald's used to care about their Customers, I know because I used to work at one many years ago, and they were all about satisfying the customer. Apparently, that is no longer the case. read more

Possibly the worst McDonalds in America. I'd say world, but there is 1 that's worse in Jamaica. Unfortunately it's on my way to work and drive past it all the time with my kids. I have been forced to stop in there many times because of children. The staff are idiots. When I watch the news and think about all the discussion of them wanting $15/hr, I immediately think of that location and think of how horrible that would be. If employees at that location made $15/hr, then every other American should make $60/hr +. One time I waited for about 15 minutes in the "reserved" parking area. As the 15 year old employee was brining me my food, they saw a friend driving by and decided to stop off and chat with them while holding my food. I got out of my car and headed that way. When I started to complain to her, her answer to me was that I should call the 800 number on my receipt and complain there.
