Love the location of raising canes. Right across the street from Chick-fil-A and surrounded by shopping centers! Their drive-thru is super sufficient and service is great. They are pretty pricy, so I don't come here super often. They also don't have an option for grilled chicken sandwiches... which is probably obvious because it's a fried chicken joint... but when I'm trying to eat healthier, I wish they had more options!

This Raising Cane's is newer and just opened within the past month or two. Location: Great location with plenty of parking. The only downside was the front entrance was not facing the parking lot so you have to either walk around or walk through the drive through to get to the building Customer Service: Great customer service with friendly personalities. I loved that no employees were standing around doing nothing because there was always something to do. Cleanliness: I absolutely love how clean the place was! I came here probably 2 hours before they closed and the employees were cleaning the place. Food and Drink: 1. Box Combo: it came with 4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, one Cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a regular drink. We rate this a 10/10. 2. 3 Finger Combo: it came with 3 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, one Cane's sauce, Texas toast, and a regular drink. We rate this a 10/10. For the Box Combo, we substituted a coleslaw for an extra Cane's sauce for no extra charge. For the drinks, we got the sweetened tea. Definitely try their sweet tea. It's my favorite drink from Raising Cane's. I would highly recommend coming here during off hours like not during lunch or dinner time. Raising Cane's is really popular so it will be a bit crowded during busy hours. P.S. on our picture, you'll notice there there was an extra chicken finger for each of us because they forgot about our order for about 15 minutes, haha. They made it up by giving us an extra chicken finger so we were happy! P.S. they also do military discount I can't wait to come back for more!

3 piece chicken meal, an extra fry, and 2 extra cane sauce.

I've been enjoying going to the new Layton's location but today wasn't the best service and quality. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, extra side of fries and 2 extra cane sauces. The customer service was great but when I got home, this is what quantity was in the boxes for $13. No bread was included which was a bummer and for so little food, this is a rip off to me. I don't want to put a 1 star review, because the food tasted perfectly fine and the employees are always so friendly and kinda. I don't know if today was just an unlucky day, but overall I'm not too excited with the service today.

I LOVEEEE raising canes, but the portions at this one are so pitiful. $10 for like 10 fries total?! i mean come on. and the chicken pieces were also tiny. i wish i would have gone back through the drive through because this was ridiculous!! also the toast didn't even feel like the toast i get at other locations. it was like a dry stale piece of bread. i will wait longer if it means you cook it right!!! and give me what my meal is worth!!

I don't have any complaints, it's just pretty average. I'm not a huge fan personally of the harder, flakey breading style that they use. The sauce is probably the one interesting thing they have going on. Coleslaw, bread, and fries are all fine. If you're craving chicken tenders I would go a little further down the road to The Bird instead.

The same juicy chicken, salty fries and buttery bread, all shrinkflation'd compared to Cane's we've had elsewhere.

The food is so good I would say it is better than chick-fil-a, especially their lemonade.

I didn't care for it. It felt over priced and the place was packed. But that's just my opinion.

For my usual one plate and one side is ALWAYS 13$ . It's been a while since I've went and recently went to order. 16 dollars for the same dry frozen taste?! What is going on with this place. That's a huge significant change in price when I can make better at home for 5 dollars. It's supposed to be convenient pricing, not a 5star restaurant...

When in the a le carte portion it's like it's always undercooked. The zuchinni in it is barely cooked, still very hard. Where as when they put it in the heat tray to serve throughout the day i think sitting there slow cooks it. It seems like a le carte gets the leftovers. The orange chicken will be dried up, and tough. Not the light and fluffy interior, nice crunchy exterior. Others like steaks, shrimp etc are same as orange chicken. old and tough. We've been going here for years, and often (2+ times per month). We messaged corporate about it. They kindly gave us x5 $10 gift cards, which we can only used one per order. But it seems like it's getting worse. This was not a problem until about a year ago. At this point, we now go maybe once every six months, HOPING it'll be better, but are quickly reminded why we aren't running back. The chicken egg rolls are also always, old. I used to love them, even though they've been overpriced. But now, won't touch them with a 10 foot pole! They really need to work on throw out times. I'm pretty sure the orange chicken we are getting had been in a heating tray for several hours. It is not even remotely fresh. And chicken, fresh vs even 20 minutes old is a significant change! They also need to reevaluate cooking for a le carte orders. It's different when it's made fresh, vs when it's made for a heating tray where it will steam. This effects veggies significantly. Broccoli, those string green beans, etc.
