I grabbed lunch for my daughter and I for a school event. She'd never had Raising Canes and wanted to give it a try. I ordered her a meal through the drive-thru and confirmed that it came with a Raising Canes sauce, but when I got to her school with the food, there was no sauce. She was so sad she didn't get to try it...and I was bummed that I confirmed with them and they still didn't add it (I should have checked before leaving though). Be careful with the drive-thru at this location! We have had several instances with the drive-thru in which they charge us for food and then get home only to realize they had forgotten part of our meal. This happened again on Sunday, and after calling, the crewmember said the manager said their policy is to report the loss online. All we had hoped was a refund for the kids meal we didn't get. Since I didn't receive a receipt, this makes it very difficult to do. The Chic-fil-A across the street has literally driven me a forgotten sandwich within 15 minutes. Now THAT is customer service! Wouldn't recommend this location unless you open every clamshell at the window to ensure you get your food. I feel like this is stealing - they take the money and frequently mess up the orders at the window. This Raising Cane's is newer and just opened within the past month or two. Location: Great location with plenty of parking. The only downside was the front entrance was not facing the parking lot so you have to either walk around or walk through the drive through to get to the building Customer Service: Great customer service with friendly personalities. I've been enjoying going to the new Layton's location but today wasn't the best service and quality. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, extra side of fries and 2 extra cane sauces. The customer service was great but when I got home, this is what quantity was in the boxes for $13. No bread was included which was a bummer and for so little food, this is a rip off to me. I don't want to put a 1 star review, because the food tasted perfectly fine and the employees are always so friendly and kinda. I don't have any complaints, it's just pretty average. I'm not a huge fan personally of the harder, flakey breading style that they use. The sauce is probably the one interesting thing they have going on. Coleslaw, bread, and fries are all fine. The sandwiches are decent but the price versus what you get is ridiculous. I got my kids the combo meal at ten dollars each and it came out with less than ten fries in each meal, we counted them. The cheapest thing for them to supply and Cane's goes cheap. The meal says it comes with sauce. I asked where it was and they said it was an extra 40 cents for each one. I said, "The sign says it comes with sauce". She said, "Yeah...on the sandwich." It's a good place to go if you don't mind spending over $30 to feed three kids that tell you they are hungry two hours later. They should just charge you more and give you an actual meal with the dipping sauce. Let me start by saying I love the food at canes. The food was great. I eat at canes a lot. Went through the drive thru today. Guy meets me in the drive thru I don't use the speaker to order. I ask for half lemonade half ice tea. He doesn't know how to ring that up. No big deal I'll talk a lemonade. I order 3 combos. I get home and grab my own ice tea and take off the lid of the lemonade. I pour the lemonade into a standard size glass. It fills it up to about a third of the way of the glass. About 4 ounces at the most. I had ordered their largest drink choice. When looking at the ice at the cup it was pebble ice and filled to about half an inch from the top. About the same time my daughter said "what the heck, my drink is all gone already. We took off her lid same thing ice to the brim. Checked the ice on the wife's cup. Same thing. I have to believe that this is coming from the owner and the manager to tell their employees to do this to maximize profit . Who in their right mind would do this.
