How is it "table service" if you order in their app and put the table number in, and they just lay your order on the counter up front.

This is an excellent McDonald's! We have enjoyed several meals at this location. I have enjoyed the hamburgers and piping hot fries. One day I went in for breakfast and had the best biscuit I've had at a McDonald's in over a decade. It was hot and fluffy and fresh And delicious. We just bought a house a few blocks away and our comforted that we can get a quick meal here when needed. Also, we signed the contract to buy that house at this location back in December. we needed a warm place to sit and chat with a realtor, and this was it! read more

This McDonalds is one of the worst locations I've ever been to in Kansas City! While the employees are friendly and have speedy service, the fries are always underdone, stale, and soggy. Food is always good. Problem is two things that really chap me. One: they never have the advertised happy meal toy. And we have gone numerous times to find not one customer in the place but all close customer parking is full up. There are only two cars back where employees park. read more

My son ordered on mobile app at 6:33pm. Waited in mobile order pick up spot after checking in for 10 minutes. Tried to go inside but it was locked. Went through drive through and was told to wait at the second window (and was told they can't do mobile pick up orders because they were short staffed--but there was no sign to the customer anywhere indicating this) . Waited at second windows for 5 minutes. Called the store because there was no other way to reach workers. They finally came and gave him his order. He drove away only to find they had forgotten the fries. Went back through drive through to get fries. Got home at 7:25 (so this took almost an hour--we live less than 2 minutes away). Burger was cold and bacon was burnt (see picture). Called and asked for refund but was told they couldn't because it was a mobile order. read more

Pretty messed up that they don't close until 11:00 pm and at 10:35 pm they just keep you waiting in the drive thru acting like they're closed but they aren't. Doesn't make much sense, all I wanted was some fries and a sprite I'm so sorry to intrude your night while you're still open. It's sad cause I'm pretty sure it was two managers working a caucasian male in a red shirt and a Latina female in a blue shirt. Sweet customer service skills I'll have to try to shut down 30 minutes early at my job. At least turn off your lights or something if you're going to play dead. read more

This is the worse McDonald's I have experienced. In a three week timeframe, four out of six visits, ice cream wasn't available due to cleaning the machine. Why would they be cleaning the machine during prime time, 6-8 PM? Won't be back!! read more

Terrible. This is the closest and most reasonable location to go to. I ordered a Regular Sized McFlurry and it was a 1/4 full. The morning crew is awesome, the afternoon and evening needs some work. Very unorganized and not professional at all. Have had orders get messed up in the past multiple times. Save your money and time and do not eat at this McDonalds location. read more

If I could get a fully cooked quarter pounder and crisp fries, I'd love this location. But, no. The fries are soggy and usually cold. The times I've bought cheeseburgers it wouldn't hurt if they popped them in the microwave for a couple of seconds. The cheese is cold and by the time you get home, so is your sandwich. read more

I ordered a large drink. I came to the window and the employee handed me the drink with no straw. The employee immediately closed the window before I could ask for a straw and proceeded to go on her cellphone for 2-3 minutes before opening the window again. She did not realize I was the same customer and tried handing me the next customer's order. I said no I just need a straw. The fact I had to sit and wait on a straw while an employee goes on her cellphone is rediculous. Also, Majority of the staff is not very fluent in english and puts in incorrect orders. read more

This is one of the slowest McDonald's that I've been too. I have never gotten my food at the window and have always had to "pull around the corner" to wait several minutes for small orders. The quality is what you'd expect for cheap drive through food. read more

Went inside to dine in. Tried to order at the first kiosk. It didn't work, so went to the second. Ordering was easy enough. At the end, the screen said to take a table tent and enter the number. There weren't any table tents, so we just made a number up. Then it said take your receipt. One did not come out. (I'm guessing so you don't get contact info or a survey.) I'm not sure how you can know that the employees got your order, so we asked them. Yes they did. When the order was ready the employee just held a bag up in the air until my husband noticed. He went to the counter to pick it up. I guess I didn't need a table tent after all. The sandwiches and fries were hot and tasty. But none of the extras were included, not the ketchup, salt, or ranch sauce and we had ordered on the kiosk. No napkins either, but at least there were some on the self-serve counter. Fortunately there are several other McDonald's within a few minutes drive. I'll try one of the others before I come back here. read more

Stop by here for a quick bite to eat as we are working across the street on the grand screen movie theater, despite its terrible reviews everywhere else I think it was pretty good. The worker was very rude and did not specify that were two SEPERATE orders on the tray. We said we didn't think it was ours and then he brought them back again , this time specifying the numbers of the orders on the tray. The worst McDonald's I have ever been in garbage not done no ketchup no straws service the worst

Waited 25 minutes for 3 breakfast sandwiches (during normal breakfast hours)! Several cars were waiting ahead of me, but eventually seemed to get what they ordered. Several cars behind me seemed to get their order and go through in a fraction of the time I waited. I finally got my food, but by this time was so frustrated I took it inside and asked for a refund...which I did receive, but not one word of apology or explanation about why they are in such chaos. Then to top it off - once I drove off I realized I didn't even get my whole order! This location is constantly slow for the most basic items ordered. Unless they are moving to a new food concept not called "fast food" I do not understand why they are not addressing and getting on top of their consistently poor service. read more
