Poor managed. Latte machine has been broken for two months. They just say "I'm sorry" but do nothing to fix it.

This location deserves the terrible reviews that it already has. Allow me to add one more. We made a quick stop here while heading to Orlando back in January. I specifically asked if they had any "Kerwin Frost Box" happy meals left in stock. This is a special adult happy meal featuring a very specific adult themed toy. They said yes, and sold me one of these very expensive happy meals. We get several miles down the road, open it up, and no toy! The employee either stole the toy out of this, or lied about still having them in stock. This might seem like a petty complaint, but these Kerwin Frost toys are considered collector items and can be quite valuable. I never would have bought an over priced happy meal had I known they were going to just rip me off and not provide one. To add salt to the wound, I left multiple voicemails about the situation at this location for the manager on duty, and no one ever bothered to return my calls. read more

Went inside for a quick dinner. You order at the kiosk and pick up at the counter. We had trouble with the kiosk but the guy working was super friendly and gave us a hand. We haven't been to Mickey D's in a few years and we're shocked that two meals is now $23. Food was hot and tasty. It was a little chilly in there but clean. The ladies room hand dryer was busted and the paper towels were out. Coke products but they don't have Coke Zero. read more

Two kiosks and one register yep it's called a reduction in staff and that equals lower overhead and cheaper eats, not so fast - so the service at this new generation McDonald's doesn't knock your socks off and you're looking for someone who gives a flip, well take a number and your meal will be up in a flash. Yes it's true table service has finally made its way to Mickey D's after decades of cheap burgers, hot and salty fries and sugary drinks by the gallon. This location comes with a smaller footprint, dual drive through lanes, a compact parking lot and fresh never frozen burgers, who would of ever thought it "crafted burgers" the Hamburglar must be doing cartwheels. Now I've been here three or four times and it keeps getting better but I'm not quite loving it just yet, the service inside the restaurant has been outstanding I just love the fact that fast food is not so fast anymore, and the fact that I don't need to interact with the staff unless I want to, nor do I need to bus the booth when I'm done, maybe there is something to this living wage thing and before long I'm sure valet parking will be an option and my #1 value meal will require a credit line... read more

Lunch on the road. Their Southwest Grilled Chicken salad passes as healthy and is somewhat tasty. The 2 stars is more for the establishment more than the food. The parking lot here is a nightmare. If you're interested in your 15 year old learning how to maneuver a car then this is the perfect place to practice. I wish I could give 0 stars because I came in 2 days ago and made a big order and everything in the order was wrong so I called in and spoke to a manager named Emma and she handled the matter very easily and professionally and asked me to come in whenever with the receipt and she'd replace whatever was wrong, so I called in the next day to make sure I could come in and the other manager his name was Shannon and he claimed to be a manager for over 25 years but he was very rude and told me he "WILL NOT REPLACE ANYTHING FROM THAT DAY" even though Emma wrote my name down in the book and had confirmed I was okay to come in. Rude assistant manager. Took 20 minutes for my small mobile order as I watched people walk in, order and get food ahead of me.

We stoped every Friday for coffee. There was some improvement, but at off to day it is back to being terrible. The place is dirty, floor is dirty, tables are not clean . The staff apparently doesn't care. They are not busy and they don't care about customers. It seams to me that they are not happy working there. Very slow. it takes forever to get a cup of coffee. The cashier after taking your money serves the coffee without cleaning his or her hands after touching money. Very unsanitary and against health regulations. This McDonald's is ABSOLUTELY the worst!! Every time I go there they always always mess up your order, that's if you get your order. They literally have thrown away my receipt!! Which means I stood there for over an hour waiting on food that was actually never coming, had we not walked up and said something. I've stopped here only about 3 times since moving to the area. Each time I went and ate inside. There were it seemed more employees working than needed. The floor was dirty, the garbages over flowing and some on the floor, men's bathroom sink, floor was dirty. Employees BSing behind the counter constantly. No hair nets/gloves on food preparation folks. No more at this location. I've started going to the new Hardee's and Burger King that just opened near home. I would avoid this location at all cost. There's a Burger King across the street is much nicer newer quicker and faster. Took 16 minutes to go through the drive-through to get one item. We wanted other items but they allegedly claim they did not have them they were out like oatmeal. Then we had for compensation for waiting in line for 60 minutes they were not willing to make any. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 9 times out of 10 this place is gonna get your order wrong. The staff can be rude depending on who you're dealing with. Not to mention how a pair of rubber gloves were found in my little sisters happy meal. We've had relatives come to stay who work at a higher end McDonald's in a different state and they were appalled by how this place was ran, they have been getting better since a Burger King was built not too far away and now they have competition. We visit this McDonald's store on a semi-regular basis. We've encountered no serious issues, and find the staff friendly and upbeat. The reason for the rating today is more of a customer convenience (or inconvenience) issue - there was no toilet paper in either of the stalls in the ladies restroom. A staff member had placed a roll of paper towels in one if the stalls. Paper towel material should not be flushed down the toilets - especially when there is a Walgreen's drugstore less than 300 feet away where toilet paper could be readily purchased! I was told by the young female (assistant? ) manager that the paper towel "solution" was the decision of her boss. In what universe is an expensive plumbing call a better solution than going next door and purchasing the proper toilet friendly paper?? Have to give this one a "fail". read more

I come here about once a week my pet peeve is that they are inconsistent with the drink sizes. If you order a small iced coffee you will either get the actual small size or the teeny tiny size that is intended for a different beverage. There is no consistency with that, it's a 50/50 draw... The problem therein is that the cream and sugar dispenser is calibrated for the larger cup so when they use the smaller cup you're not only getting less coffee but it tastes more like sugary creamer than actual coffee. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I have given them many opportunities to get better. But I ordered two Cheeseburgers and fries at 11:30 am today on a Friday. The quality of the food is the same as always. The buns were hard. The meet was cold. The cheese was not melted. The fries were old. The last fish sandwich I got from there was not edible. When we got up to pay and they realized what happened the manager on duty could not have been more professional, real and nice. Okay so the McDonalds in Leesburg on 441, citrus blvd I believe absolutely sucks. We went there and waited over 30 minutes for our food. I asked if I could get my frappe early and that's when they told me they "accidentally" threw away our recipt. So when we got our food, it was old. I work across the highway from this McDonald's, but I don't go there because of the crappy food and service there. I have gone a few times in the three years I've worked in the area, but never again! In my final visit, I wanted a value meal, which was to include a free Coke glass. I got one a year ago (the last time I went to that place, actually) and wanted another. I rarely go to any McD's because it's the wost fast food, but I went this time. The drive-thru line was snaking around the building, so I went in and ordered to-go. The place was a joke. Dirty, unorganized, and packed to the brim with employees just standing around. I guess the large number of workers there stems from the mass hiring of part-time, minimum-wage workers that McD's has been inexplicably touting recently. One of the managers had brought in her young son and was parading him around so the workers could see him. They all just stood there staring and talking, no work being done of any kind. Even the drive-thru attendant was just standing there looking, his mouth gaping open. No wonder the drive-thru line was so long! Finally, some very lethargic (aka very lazy) girl sauntered up to the counter and took my order, bored and almost irritated that somebody wanted to be served. She did every single part of her job in slow-motion as I stood there tapping my fingers on the counter. Slow, slow, slow. My order finally came up, but by then, everybody had walked away from the counter to stare at that boy yet again and talk to his mom, so I had to flag down a manager just to get some ketchup! She hastily threw (not placed, THREW) a tiny handful of packets in my bag and ran off to talk to that other manager and her son. By the time I got to the door, I realized that they didn't get me that FREE Coke glass! I was just so appalled by the incompetence at every level in that place that I just shook my head and left without even bothering for my glass, which was the only reason I went there.
