I've usually had good experience with this McDonald's location. I'm not really sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. Maybe they forgot that the people on the other side of the drive thru windows are people, just like themselves. On my last visit, I used a coupon for a free dollar menu item to get a couple of apple pies. But, when we got home and looked in the bag, they weren't there. The kids were a little disappointed, but hey, it isn't like I paid for them anyway. We went back today and I mentioned what had happened to the woman working the pick up window and she gave us our apple pies. A couple weeks late, but she didn't question me. In fact, I wasn't even asking for the replacement. I thought that was very friendly service. Another reason I'll return when I need a quick, cheep meal in Leesburg. read more

3.5 Mmmmm....Big Mac and Fries. How can you go wrong? You can't. In an effort to hit every restaurant in Leesburg, I'm doing my review of the 2 McDonald's in Leesburg. This location is the bigger and more crowed of the two. My guess is they have the kids playground outside and getting to this location is easier. I've also noticed that this places seems to be messier then the other location. Well today I got my usual medium number 1. The order came in a quick manner. It took my tray to the table and I had to look for a clean one. As I mentioned before this place isn't as neat as the other one. The Big Mac was tasty, but fries were a little soggy, but oh well. I was hungry so I just ate them. The quality of the food is about the same here as the other one. The other location is just cleaner, which is why I knocked half a star off. read more

To start off I love Robert but this other worker Night shift this man is always here and he's been the most difficult man I've ever met. He's extremely hard to understand, he's ripped us off our food multiple times. I paid 8$ for a McFlurry and fries which should've been 4.04. He's tried multiple times to not give us change and when he does give the change he gives us less. It took an extreme amount of time to even write our order down and he got a lot wrong as well. We kept asking for the food we're missing and he tried to claim we did not order it. Every time there was an issue Robert came and fixed the issue cause Robert it great I really appreciate it. It took him an extreme amount of time to do anything and we were there for a long time. Went here for a second visit (closest location to my kids school), ordered nuggets and it was the same thing. Burnt nuggets, which looked liked they were air fried or dehydrated, bit not hot in temperature. Clearly the fryer at this location is out of compliance, or the people there, never mind ! We went through a Leesburg McDonald's. I must say that might be the WORST visit I've ever had. At first we couldn't get service and once we did it was very slow (to be fair, that was a trainee). No one was at the window for us to pay so we went to the next window and they still took several minutes to come. They stuffed all of our food (4 burgers, a box of chickentenders, and 3 fries) into one box. Most of the fries fell out into the bag. We asked for condiments and there were NONE. Went here because I ordered Uber eats and it never arrived. I believed this was the location I had ordered from but I was mistaken. I showed the manager on duty my order and he was amazing! Although my order was from a different location and through Uber, he still gave me my full order with no charge! It was the best service I've received at any restaurant, not even just McDonald's. Yaaaay, McDonalds! Yes, this place gets an extra star because I worked here when I was younger and liked all the people I worked with. It's a fun crowd! Not sure how many of them still work here. Of course, it's crappy fast food and the fries are only good for the 120 seconds after they get out of the fryer before they start tasting like the plastic they're made out of, but that's about on par with every other McDonald's ever. Here's a quick guide to whether or not you should go to this McDonalds. If you appreciate cheap, crappy food that scratches that strange itch deep down in your belly, go to McDonalds. Any McDonalds. Who cares which one? If you care about your health and know how awful you'll probably feel half an hour after you finish your happy meal, then don't go to McDonald's. Any McDonalds. I used the app to order, using the free medium fries. They showed up on the order but they were not in the bag that was handed to me, waiting curbside pickup. No napkins or ketchup was in the bag either. When going inside I was told I never ordered the fries. This female pregnant hispanic attendant insisted that I was lying about medium fries ~ $2.5 in value. I know what I ordered, my daughter even looked over my shoulder ordering it in the parking lot. Horrible customer service. Thought someone was joking with me while i was going through drive thru. I then proceeded to ask if they were joking and no response. So im laughing in the car with my buddy then they accuse me of making fun of an employee with special needs as i get up to the window. Didn't get my debit card back at drive-thru, spoke to the manager and when it was time to pick up my card, it just "disappeared"... I was told an employee "must have taken it from the managers office" then unapologetically "you should cancel your card cause it's gone".. I filed a police report for the theft and made a complaint with Mcdonalds corporate office and have heard NOTHING back from anyone; not the manager of the store or corporate to address the fact that my card was stolen from inside their office.. While we were waiting on our food they called the police on a falsified argument then claimed happened in the drive thru. Robert, the manager told the police he felt threatened because we knew the people in front of us and were talking to them out the window. We go to this McDonald's sometimes in the mornings and receive decent service however tonight was another story. We pulled to the drive-thru and it took about 4 minutes for somebody to take our order. We ordered a burger and two 10 piece chicken nuggets along with three drinks. We got our food at the window without double checking to see if the order was right. Upon arriving home, we realized there was no sauce in the bag, and IN ONE OF OUR CHICKEN NUGGET BOXES, WE GOT THREE PIECES OF FOLDED EGG FROM A BREAKFAST BAGEL. We tried calling this location and for the first couple of calls, there was no answer. When somebody did pick up the phone, they said three words and then ignored the rest. We hung up the phone and tried calling back and again, no answer. In addition, the eggs were hard as if they did come from the breakfast hours. Would not recommend. read more
