Probably could use a few less steps but fast enough. Sandwich almost immediately came out. Only hard part is only the numbers are listed and when I ordered, it was not apparent what number I was assigned. Sandwich was what I expected. Great value in this inflationary times. Emblematic of the truly awful service McDonald's provides to its customers nowadays. Basically, if you aren't going through the drive-thru, they could care less about you. They don't even bother to put up a menu behind the single (unscrewed) register - they just assume you want the kiosk. The people in the back look at you like you're an alien if you stand near the register - and the seating area has been refitted to be about as friendly as a hospital ER. The food? Passable. But you're not their target audience; they only care about the people outside in the cars. Time for McDonald's to just close up the inside altogether and become a worse Sonic. came here for the first time since they renovated the dining area and it's HORRIBLE! Food was hot and good but we didn't get any of the sauces or napkins with our order then waited at the registered for about 5 minutes for someone to actually come out to help us. i started grabbing things from under the counter to help myself since nobody was visible to even yell to. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not gonna name names, but there is a particular employee (manager maybe? Works mostly night shifts I think) who is extremely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I know it's not like the dude was just having a bad day, since he was rude to me years ago on a completely different and unrelated occasion, threatening to call the cops and ban me from the restaurant when I politely asked if they had a spare iPhone charger (forgot my wallet at home and couldn't pay with Apple Pay since my phone was dead). Now I'm an Uber Eats deliverer and apparently nothing has changed. Went to the drive thru to pick up an order for a customer and dude--in the rudest way possible--yells at me to go in the lobby. So I proceed to do so and as I'm leaving, the guy opens the drive thru window and starts to accuse me of cursing him out. Like what? Later, the dude ACTUALLY calls the cops after I ask for his name and why he's treating people like that. I guess they talked some sense into him because finally, he apologizes. Like dang dude, you had to do all that before saying you're sorry? Jeezus. Look I completely understand if the employee has a mental illness, but dude seriously needs some help. Or just don't work drive thru/cashier or anything where you have to deal with customers or delivery people. My friend and I got some dessert here. Just dessert. Yet it took 15 minutes for it to be brought out to us, and there weren't many people there at all. Not only that, but they brought out two sundaes instead of one sundae and a McFlurry, and I had paid the extra few dollars for the McFlurry already. I went in to ask for a McFlurry, and the employee seemed annoyed by the request. Granted, I did get the McFlurry, but it was an unnecessary and unpleasant ordeal. I walk into the McDonalds, use the self service kiosk for my order (so there can be no misunderstanding regarding my order), orders a double cheeseburger, fries, drink, and 6 piece McNuggets with sauce. The order is promptly delivered me me except I have to prompt the employee that I have a drink; the response was "what size" which should be apparent on my order which I entered via the kiosk. I then did a quick examination of the bag and all looked ok. However when I arrived home I did not have my McNugget item. More astoundingly I did however have my sauces for my McNuggets. Without using the word incompetent explain to me how I can receive McNugget sauce but not McNuggets in my order. read more

Speaking from working in the fast food business I understand the difficulty within the job and dealing with the customers. Keeping a calm attitude with the customers is key to places like these. I feel constantly disrespected and ignored at this particular location. Many of the managers are rude directly to the customers and often give dirty looks. I once waited 25 minutes for one frappe and and hour for fries. There has been very few times I have received my order without missing an item or items. Literally, a SLOW Sunday night. There were less than ten people in the place and it took ten minutes to get our food. There were no peanuts for the sundaes, we had to wait a long time for our fries and hot chocolate, and the dopey cashier kept going back to the kitchen and disappearing. UPDATE: Dear drive-thru boy, when someone places an order and they are finished, don't bark, "Is that it?".
