This McDonald's location is conveniently located very close to the Travers Outlet. I visited here with my kids after a trip to the Outlets. I used the McDonald's App to order and the food was delivered to our table in a jiffy. My kids played at their inside playground for a while. I then ordered dessert which was also brought to our table. This location was busy. A lot of people were ordering nonstop, but service was fast paced and accurate. The food was what I expected. The facilities could use some basic cleaning, like empty the garbage and sweep the floors. Besides that it was a good time for the kids. read more

The 4-star review is specifically for the staff at this specific location. Super friendly and professional, checking on everyone in the store, etc. So often with fast food you are just a number and the staff are never thrilled to be there. But that's not the case here. I mean...it's McDonald's. This specific McDonald's is conveniently located right by the outlets. You don't come here for the good service, as many reviews seem to suggest. Every once in a while, you'll get a nicer than average employee but for the most part, it is "get your food and get out". I did have an employee yell at me one time because I got extra sauce with my order and the app didn't charge me so she wanted to charge me. Look, I love my sauce. I get lost in the sauce every day that I am alive and walking around on this earth. McDonald's has good sauce. I like every single one of their sauces--honey mustard, bbq, sweet and sour, ranch, hot mustard. I find myself getting a whole flight of sauces for my nuggets and fries. One day, I ordered a few different sauces and the girl started yelling at me about it. She was mad because the app doesn't charge for sauce and she felt like she needed to charge me for it but had no way to do so. The part she doesn't know is I do finish all of the sauces I get and I would still get them if I was charged for them. Even back in highschool, I would get a cheeseburger meal and then add a few sides of sauce for my fries. It was funny that she was so pressed about the sauces. Anyways, other than that, I feel like I have always had a good experience. The line can sometimes get pretty dang long but it also goes by pretty fast. The layout of the parking lot/drive through is a bit horrendous. There is not a lot of parking space & it can just get pretty crowded in that lot. Other than that, there's not really much else to say. I mean, it's a McDonald's. I do like their rewards program and always try to order through the app so I can use a coupon or a free reward. It is slightly annoying that you can't use more than one reward at a time or a reward and a deal. Anyhoo, it's in a really great location and if I find myself wanting to beat inflation with a soda that has been $1 despite everything else going up, I will go there. read more

First off this location is terrible. The area is under construction, and has been forever. After you get off the freeway, and turn left to go towards the outlet mall, this McDonald's is on your right. To get to it, you will need to take a sharp right turn. The parking lot is a strange layout if you want to park, and go in. More and more McDonald's have this dark decor with limited cash registers. They want you to order using the kiosk. I don't want to use the kiosk. I placed my order with a live person who was actually friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order because they didn't have any coffee made. I mean it is 100 degrees outside, and it is Utah County! There is a small children's play area with a couple of tables. There is an actual door separating the main lobby and the play area. (which is nice to keep the noise down) What sets this McDonald's apart from any other cookie cutter mold, is the location, layout, and customer service. Good or bad you'll have to decide. read more

I enjoy using the touch screen to order and pay, my orders have all come out correctly, and the quality has been on the high end of the McDonald's spectrum. We didn't complain about our food we simple has items missing and when we told him that he told us to take what we get and leave. We didn't even get our full order. Some Mickey D's make it so the logistics of where cars are located when there is a line of cars makes it so one line can get more people through the kiosks easier than the other. If you use the place a lot, you know if you should take the right, or left, line. Here, they both seem equally good. They use video screens. What is it about some new places with no screen. You never know they screw up the order until you get to the payment window. They haven't screwed up an order yet. We come to this McDonald's often and lately the service has been real shitty. This time around we ordered 2 McChickens, 2 McDoubles both plain but add MacSauce to 1, Large Fries and a Large Coke easy on the ice. We get to the window pay and ask for a receipt (lessoned learned from past experiences) but the young lady says the machine is broken so they can't give out receipts ‍ but she said that she'll read out our order to us and if there is any changes or corrections to be made she can do it on her end and reassured us that this would be relayed to the people preparing our order so we made our corrections and pulled forward. We received our order looked in the bag quickly and made our way home which is only 3 minutes away. We sit down to eat and we notice the 2 McChicken are now plain-- no lettuce no mayo then our 2 McDoubles --aren't plain like we requested but have everything even MacSauce, so now it's onions, ketchup, mustard and MacSauce and to top off the fries were nasty as hell and soggy, it was like these workers got lazy and just gave us fries that have been sitting there for hours it took a lot for us to not return and demand a refund. But it was getting late and our kids were getting fussy. Extremely disappointed in what this McDonalds has become. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The order kiosks NEVER prints a receipt and they NEVER bring the food to the table, so you're stuck guessing what your order number is. I've also never had an order not screwed up in some fashion. Typically it's missing items, but this last time it was extra ketchup on what was supposed to be a plain double cheeseburger. Orders just sit on the screen while employees run around like chickens with their heads cut off accomplishing NOTHING. While I was waiting a worker at the counter called out an order then said "no rush, no rush". I also deliver for Uber and most times I have to tell the employees to process the order then wait while they make it.
