Tonight I ordered three shakes, Jared proceeded to hand them to me when I asked "can I have a cup holder please?" He said "yeah I'll grab you one but can you grab the shakes real quick?" Now why in the heck do I want to grab the shakes when he could've put them on the counter and then put them in the cup holder? But I did to be nice. When I grabbed the shakes teo of the three had shake mess on the outside and I know he knew because it was on his hands too. Then he handed me the cup holder to put the shakes into. After doing that I turned back to Jared expecting to be holding straws but that was not the case. Jared was already on to the next order. When he came back toward the window, which was literally 20 seconds, I asked him for some straws and he handed my 8 straws and said "here, I don't know how many you need." This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Yes McDonald's often will forget something or will have poor service but this was bbaaaaadddd. I ordered a big one get one free 6 piece using the deal and not only did they forget one of my 6 pieces they also gave me the wrong sauce. Is this rare for McDonald's? Not really. Then I go to eat my spicy chicken with extra lettuce to find instead they made it plain with no lettuce or Mayo. At this point I'm pissed and check my hamburger with extra lettuce pickles and Mayo and it has no onions. I double checked my order from my phone and I made no mistakes. The absolute SLOWEST drive thru of all time. I come here frequently and it really doesn't matter what time I come, it's takes so much longer than it should to get through the drive thru. Can't speak for inside since I've never eaten inside, but the drive thru is enough to keep me away! read more

As if anyone really needs to read this review to know that most McDonalds suck. This time I have had it. To often I drive off opening my food bag take one bite and toss it back in the sack. This time 2 fish sandwiches and both were cold and chewy. remember the good old days when the bun was steamed soft and the (whole) piece of cheese slightly melted? Went through the drive-through and they forgot one of my sandwiches. I pulled over rang the bell when the gentleman came to the door I told him that one of my sandwiches was missing we sat there for 10 minutes all of our the food was getting cold so I went back to the door rang the doorbell again ask for the manager the manager came out I told him that I did not get a sandwich he said I know that and I said well now all of my food is cold and he said stop getting aggressive with us to which I said when have I gotten aggressive? He then refused to take back the order that they had messed up because "I had touched the bag" and told me that if I left it by their door that he would throw my entire order away. I then said I am not going to give you a good review to which he said go ahead call Corprate I don't care I get bad reviews all the time. So I guess he gets another bad review! Food was good just like a classic mcdonalds. The tables are clean and the service is great. Not busy at all either. But don't use the machines. They wouldn't let me use my coupon and didn't even give me a receipt. So when they were calling our numbers we had no idea when to go up. Just go to the counter, don't use the machines. read more

I was coming home from work and stopped at this Mcdonalds. I have to say I had some of the best fries I've ever had. The service was very quick and polite. They had smiles on their faces. It is just the parking lot here is a mess. What sets this McDonald's apart from any other cookie cutter mold, is the location, layout, and customer service. read more

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. My order got messed up so I called and talked to a manager. He said he would fix my order when I come in. I told him to write my name down "zackary lloyd" a week later i went in and asked for a manager to speak with. Her name was Maria, I told her my order was messed up we were missing a 20 pc chicken nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers that's it. I told her my name, and I said the other manager wrote it down. She told me there was no list and she said sorry without any empathy. I felt embarrassed and humiliated having to stand there for 5 minutes while everyone looks at me as I get ignored. I bet this happens pretty often and this is the only mcdonalds this has ever happened. If I was a manager I would make sure every customer would be satisfied with their experience. This place is an absolute joke. We went up and ordered our order like usual. Went up to the window. Paid. The guy asked of we wanted our reciep, said no thats okay. Then we pull up to the window to get our food and the guy tells me i didnt pay. Uh... yes i did. Then the manager comes over and says that the card declined and that they couldnt do anything. Offered to have them run it again because i have $200 in my account and a $17 transaction should go through. He said he cant. So whatever. We went to a different mcdonalds and our card went through. What a fucking shocker. We called the mcdonalds we went to first and told them that their full of shit. He then cut me off and told me some bullshit story about how they can only slide cards 3 times, when i watched them run it once. HORRIBLE customer service- we went in today @12:00pm and whoever the manager was? She's a Hispanic lady with much more attitude then she should have being a "manager" and all. They have always messed up my orders- we end up saying whatever and take what they give us - they like to take the money. ZERO STARS!! All the workers here are Totally incompetent!!!! 15+ minutes waiting on the food... already paid for and the girl keeps coming back to ask what my order is... WTF!!!!
