Yesterday I went through the drive thru to get a simple 10 piece chicken nugget meal for my son and they took my payment handed me my drink then asked me to park in a stall. I sat there in stall 1 for 20 minutes before having to go in and ask where my food was. The staff barely acknowledged me and then saying excuse me twice they came over. Turns out they parked me and another car then my order got deleted so who knows how long I would've been sitting out there. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are more obsessed with their speed than their accuracy or taking care of the client. I definitely don't think I will allow them to park me anymore if they're so concerned with their times, maybe they should focus on getting the food done and helping the client out or slowing down and stop worrying about their times. read more

When I order a Filet-O-Fish fresh from the oil and explicitly state that I don't mind waiting, I expect it to be fresh. However, employees often reheat dried-out sandwiches from the warming box, which is far from fresh. Additionally, requesting extra sauce and not receiving it, despite being charged for it, is unacceptable. Having to drive back to correct their mistakes negates the convenience of fast food and adds to the overall cost. McDonald's, when the food is fresh, it's enjoyable. However, inconsistent preparation and poor service tarnish the experience. Emphasizing proper preparation to your employees can save both customers and staff unnecessary trouble. In conclusion, I urge McDonald's to prioritize customer satisfaction by fulfilling requests and ensuring food quality. Let's work together to improve the dining experience for everyone. Pathetic. Waited for this and got practically nothing. This location should be investigated. All ways missing things like a hash brown or fries. Also they take forever and ask you to wait in the front when there's already 7 people in the front making the line se short. One cashier is rude and will look at the line and not help until the line is really long. She basically walks around the dinning area pretending to clean. A gentleman come in and order through their Kiosk just as I did, and receives his food in about 5 minutes. Long line! Moved at a medium pace. Ordered 2 soft serve vanilla cones in a cup in a bag to go. The worker was very kind! Paid for the order and went to the next window and that worker was great too! Handed it exactly her I wanted it to be easier to take beck home and the worker also wished a great day! Dinner time! Soft serve vanilla cone was really delicious! Bad service experience. Was told to park anywhere in the front of the restaurant so I did and the young girl who walked out to give me my order gave me attitude for being parked in the wrong area. Also she asked me what I had ordered to make sure that was my order. So I proceeded to tell her the meal number #2c and she said she wasn't going to give me my food unless I told her the name of the burger. Wanted to shoutout three workers at this McDonald's by the names of Teresa, Mrs Linda, and Jada. These were the only three workers working on Christmas Eve and were so quick and efficient with their orders. I got my burger perfect with only pickles and ketchup. I also forgot to order another McFlurry and came inside. The lady working had my order and my ice cream ready in less than a minute. What a great group working that night. I went twice while visiting family, and the 'best' breakfast deal awaiting me either day was 'one free hashbrown with purchase.' Come on! I had one wish today and that was to get a quick sandwhich and head to work and carry on my day today without any problems. Food is very important when carrying on your day and today made me realize that for sure. I asked for 4 Hot and Spicy Sandwhiches all with Mac Sauce. Checked the ticket the ticket reflects Mac Sauce of course with the extra 70 cents to the order but what I actually received was four sandwiches without the sauce. Now I haven't had to many problems with this place. But today really disappointed me with this restraunt for I was looking forward to just having a simple worry free day. Unacceptable. I never write reviews, but I have to this time.. Horrible! I went through the drive-thru for breakfast this morning and got 2 sausage McGriddles and two hash browns. They asked me to wait on the side for my order. I waited for bout 14 mins. I counted 12 cars pass me while they exited the drive-thru. I got tired of waiting and had to go inside to ask about my order. They let me know that it had somehow been forgotten and it wasn't even made. It would've never came out if I didn't go in.
