I nearly waited 20 minutes for my order. But... they got my order correct. I did curbside and will not do it again for the long wait time. However, I love that they bring your food out on a tray and have extra condiments just in case you need ketchup because... whatever reason, the app doesn't allow to add ketchup for your fries . read more

I know McDonalds right. Low expectations should be expected. But wow. Went there after going to a concert. There isn't much open all night. The fries were horrible. Like rubber. The filet o fish that my wife wanted with extra tartar was soaked in extra tartar. It was so bad I went back to get it redone. Then the worker complained that well they asked for extra tartar. Came home again. Fish sandwich was almost exactly the same. And fries still sucked. Oh and instead of large fries they were now medium. I know. I need to lower my expectations. read more

I rarely would review a McD but have to give kudos to both managers or supervisors running the early breakfast shift this past weekend. I've never seen a better run McD for both friendliness and efficiency. That place ran like clockwork and everyone was pleasant. Hadn't been to McDonalds in a very long time and my visit late last night reminded me why. The young lady working the drive up window was very nice and pleasant, my dog was with me and she was kind to my pup. However when I got home with my food I realized that a portion of my order was missing, I ordered a number one, Big Mac combo, and a couple cheeseburgers for my pup, ( don't judge, she only gets the meat after I rinse all the condiments off.) The Big Mac was missing from the order, $17 for 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink. Wasn't a complicated order and I should have checked before I drove away. Agree. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich inside at the register and told the guy the only thing I want on my sandwich is chicken lettuce and mayonnaise. We went over it three times and he repeated it back to me I even told him I don't want any spicy sauce and I don't want any pickles. And what do I get when I receive my food? Spicy sauce mayonnaise and lettuce. I didn't eat it until I got home and noticed that all that extra crap was on there. The sandwich had so much crap on it because of the spicy sauce that it dripped out of the sandwich and got all over the bar and it was a complete mess. Was in line on the drive through and seen a despicable act of unkindness today at 12:15am. Truck driver tried to order on foot because his truck would not FIT in the lane for the drive-thru. Workers here refused to help this man and when it was my turn to go (because he let me, this kind man had impeccable patience) I ordered and told them they had a gentleman here trying to order. They knew it, and still didn't do anything. Drove up and watched this man for over 10-15mins in my rear view mirror trying to order and they refused to respond. Typical fast food place. Fries were fresh for once but the mcflurry I had bought could have had more oreos in it which I had to ask for more and was charged which irritated me perfusly!! I went here for lunch for the first time. I got here right at 12:15 and it was PACKED. The drive through was crazy so I went inside. There was about 6 people in front of me. I already knew I'd be late to work. Well, by the time the lady put in my order, the guy who was in front of me already had his done and walked out. I disagree with the previous Yelper. This McDonalds has the fastest drive through of any fast food restaurant that I've ever experienced, at least for breakfast and lunch service. You want slow, go to the Philadelphia and its suburbs and you will experience the slowest service with a large serving of bad attitude throw in! My only complaint is that most McDonalds in this area don't open until 6 am on weekends. read more

I have had pleasant experiences at this McDonald's besides ONE THING. Everytime I go there they say that their ice cream machine is broken. It completely ruined my day on multiple occasions. Yesterday I got a soda in the drive thru around 7 pm. Asked for diet Coke, they even pushed in the button the lid for diet. It was not diet! Now I do not ask for diet just for the hell of it. I am diabetic. My husband stops every evening after work and gets something to eat, often bringing me a drink. Yet again 4 hours or so later he brings me a drink not knowing about the earlier mishap and what is it... regular Coke again but with the diet button pushed in, he even asked when the drink was handed over to him.."this is the diet right" and was assured it was. I am not a rocket scientist by any means but I would assume filling a damn cup up and marking the right button would not he too terribly hard! Maybe you need to retrain your people or possibly get someone working there who is literate and can read Coke and Diet Coke! read more

This is the best McDonald's around the area. All of the staff members with whom I've interacted have been really pleasant and efficient. I don't typically use the drive thru, but, when I have, it has been pretty quick. Food wise, you probably know what to expect with a McDonald's. I have never been disappointed, but I also only order about three different things (breakfast biscuits, McFlurrys, Diet Coke). They normally have the Reese's McFlurry which is, in my opinion, the best one and can't be found at all McDonald's locations. Unfortunately, for the time being it is replaced with Twix (which I haven't tried). The location is clean. I sometimes hang out here with one of my friends while we have to do work on our computers - free wifi and refills. read more

I agree that the drive thru is fast, but if you go inside to order it takes forever. I was second in line yesterday and it took 10 minutes to be waited on and another 15 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Meanwhile they served 20 cars thru the drive thru....I didn't get anyting until all the cars were served. I won't be stopping there again. read more
