If I had a dollar for every time this McDonald's location has messed up a drive-through or takeout order. I would be a millionaire. Nine times out of 10 they get the order wrong. They frequently put cheese on items where it is not requested, they pour regular Coke instead of diet Coke, or they leave one of the components of a sandwich off. if you call and ask the manager about the problem, they will tell you you can bring it back and they will replace it. The kiosk charged me for a meal and they only gave me the sandwich and the pie but the receipt never printed out from the kiosks so I didn't have proof I paid and had to pay again for fried and a drink. Never in my have I had a store manager say " I replaced a sandwich for you a month age for the same reason, I'm not going to do it again ". This was after calling the same manager the day before this was after calling the same manager the day before when they forgot to put meat on my breakfast sandwich again. I filed a consumer reviews with the McDonald's Corporation and when I called this individual they said come by sweetie and I'll make it good. So when I show up she will not replace it and argues with me that I'm trying to rip them off, not that they are still having the same problems. When we got up to the window to pay the young lady did not have any protective gloves on so I asked her why she didn't. I got the excuse that her hands were too small but she would go buy some after work. Got up to the next window only to find the young man manning this window didn't have any on either. I asked him where his gloves were & could see others inside weren't wearing any either. Asked him about his gloves & told me they didn't have any to give him. I asked where the MOD was & he didn't think there was one there. Got our food which we should have asked for a refund. Food was ok, just ok. I called the store only to be told MOD was not there & no was in charge. At this time with the Covid 19 the gloves should be mandatory!! Don't think we will return for a while, if ever!!!! read more

Honestly this mc Donald's left me so shocked at how good the service was. I just came though drive thru around mid night you know, the late night pregnancy cravings. And first off I was shocked they had cookies and they were soooo good. My husband ordered a quarter pounder and medium fries. We had coupon for a free medium fries with a purchase of a quarter pounder and the coupon didn't work but they didn't make it a big deal and just gave us the fries for free regardless. The guy at the window was so nice and didn't seem annoyed at us at all. A completely different vibe from other mc Donald's at this time. This mc Donald's really made my night read more

please do NOT go here unless u want to wait more than 30 minutes inside the location. i'm usually very patient with fast food because i understand it gets very busy but there is absolutely no reason to ignore people in line especially after making eye contact with them in which it was definitely the manager cuz she was old asf wearing an orange shirt... and they had full staff. people in the kitchen everywhere while 3 workers decided to sit around and do nothing.... like i said 10-15 minutes is understandable but at that point they were literally ignoring customers. i had placed an order on the tablet and wanted to pay at the register and i stood around for 20 minutes until a random lady decided to ask for any damn service. they ONLY payed attention to drive thru orders when they had more than enough staff to do the front and fix up the food. sure i could've walked away but the other ppl would've dealt and DID deal with the same issue. maybe train the workers better idk.... this was the worst service that i've ever had like actually. please don't do this to other customers. didn't even give me sauce while every other person who waited 5 mins in drive thru got theirs unfair read more

I'm not going to lie, I've probably spent over 12 years worth of late night visits here. I live in the area, and it's the only place that never closes. This is my choice when there ISN'T another choice lol. McDonalds sucks. The employees try... Some of them are good customer service types but my food is rarely made correctly. I spent $17 but the other night and all of it tastes like wet dog food. Maybe I'm just getting too old to consider McDonalds food, but this place sucks. read more

I hardly eat at Fast Food restaurants such as this any more due to more of a healthier lifestyle, supposedly, but the Grand Big Mac got my attention! Is this the size it used to be growing up or did we just grow up and the regular Big Mac is now smaller? Anywho, stopped in...looked at the Big Mac display and I clearly ordered the Grand Big Mac combo....no combo number, like 1, 2, etc. Got my cup for my drink and threw the receipt away without looking at the details, smh...As the young lady handed me my bag, I asked her....is this the grand big mac....she said yes. I skip to my car to get a taste of this juiciness and it didnt look any bigger. So I go back in and tell the lady.... she says this is what you ordered. I saw it on the screen....well because I could not verify it....threw my receipt away I told her again what I ordered versus what was heard and/or charged. Her response was less empathetic. I threw the burger in the trash, went to the car, grabbed the fries and drink and asked to be refunded. The order taker which is the manager tells me I asked for combo #1. Lies! I didn't mention any number but pointed at the display and wanted the grand BM. Then he asks did I take your order? All but 2-3 minutes passed with this and they werent even busy.....geez. Because I asked again, please refund me, Now the order taker insists on making the burger I asked for.....probably shouldn't have had it any way #fatgirltendencies *Note to this store....work on both listening/confirming skills as well as your delivery responses. This is a very simple review as I have only been through drive thru once. I'm not often in this area but I swing by to visit my cousin and his business on occasion. Therefore, this is a standard review compared to other McD's. This location seems fairly new as the outward appearance is more modern. They have two lanes for the drive thru. And it's 24 hrs. Can't comment on customer service but our drink was great! :) read more

Food is the same as any other McDonald's but service here is not good. I have been through the drive thru three times. I ordered an ice cream cone once and the person at the drive thru was very impatient and got mad bc I needed 20 seconds to put my change away before grabbing the cone. The other two times I ordered coffee. Both times I asked for cream and Splenda. One time they said they put it in the bag and handed me an empty bag. The second time I asked them to make the coffee with cream and sweetner so this wouldn't happen again and they refused and only gave me one creamer for a large coffee. This McDonald's could work on their service and for that I give them a 2/5. read more
