Of course they don't make the ordering app, the corporate office does but that app is easy to use once you have an account. Once you place your order the pizza is made fresh and out the door asap. Our pizza has always arrived hot and fresh and FAST. The only mishap has been a missing garlic butter cup here and there but nothing that they didn't fix. The two women that are typically working there are a challenge to work with, to say the least. Two examples listed below on two separate occasions: 1) wife went in with our son, having already submitted orders online for ASAP pickup. I literally had to hold up the receipt and count aloud with her before she relented, and it still required three times to get her to stop arguing with me. No apology for her misunderstanding, and over what, a beverage cup worth a quarter and ten cents of soda? Will not return to this location after this most recent experience; better to take my business to the Subway at Five Forks and Killian Hill where the people are always friendly and they know how to treat their customers.
