I was immediately put on hold.... 5min passed, nothing. Call again, immediately placed on hold again.... 3min pass. I call again and right as she answered I said "please don't put me on hold I just have a quick question-" but before I could finish, she already put me on hold. Repeat the last one 3 times more and then I just hang up and called back until she actually answered the phone like there's a human being on the other side. It was over 10 times by that point. Claimed she was helping a customer in store and was the only one there on a Saturday night, which is insane. Either she is utterly incompetent (she was not young) or blatantly sabotaging your business, which is what it seemed like. People like her will rot the company from the inside out. Is this store closing soon or something? Utterly unprofessional, purposely poorly communicated, and toxically flippant.

Even when ordering a burger hot off the grill the burger comes in a room temperature. I usually have to heat up the burger. The bun today, was weirdly stale and tough. The nuggets COLD. I've been to this location twice, and there is always something missing or done incorrectly and I can always bet money that something will be cold. I think at this point it's just time to boycott going to any Burger King's. It's just not what it used to be.

The two women that are typically working there are a challenge to work with, to say the least. Two examples listed below on two separate occasions: 1) wife went in with our son, having already submitted orders online for ASAP pickup. Women working there talked with one another, completed every order ahead of my wife's, and then had to be asked by my wife to finish their sandwiches when the counter orders had been completed. 2) worker argued with me over the number of beverages that I had purchased. Even after showing the woman the receipt, she still continued to argue that I only ordered one beverage. I literally had to hold up the receipt and count aloud with her before she relented, and it still required three times to get her to stop arguing with me. No apology for her misunderstanding, and over what, a beverage cup worth a quarter and ten cents of soda? Will not return to this location after this most recent experience; better to take my business to the Subway at Five Forks and Killian Hill where the people are always friendly and they know how to treat their customers.

When they brought my order I asked for the manager to come to the window, he told me they don't use gloves that they "hold napkins in their hands when handling food" I'm positive that not what health code calls for and also positive they weren't doing that either, just handling everyone's food with their hands. We threw the food away, I was disgusted. My family has been going to this DQ for years, but no more. Just gross. I'm sure they missed the training on washing hands too.
