I placed an order for three mini blizzards, as I waited in drive thru, I noticed that all four employees inside were preparing food orders with no gloves on, one kept biting his nails and then handling peoples food. When they brought my order I asked for the manager to come to the window, he told me they don't use gloves that they "hold napkins in their hands when handling food" I'm positive that not what health code calls for and also positive they weren't doing that either, just handling everyone's food with their hands. We threw the food away, I was disgusted. My family has been going to this DQ for years, but no more. Just gross. I'm sure they missed the training on washing hands too. Careful folks keep an eye as they prepare your food. I should have just requested my money back. read more

Went to the Dairy Queen today and they still don't allow you into the dining area. Drive through only. That's just lazy. I am weary of these establishments using Covid as an excuse for inferior service. There are plenty of places to get ice cream. Don't allow these places to continue lazy and lax service. Wanna know what I love about DQ? Their chili cheese dogs are the bomb!! A juicy all beef hot dog smothered in delicious chili with yummy real cheddar cheese sprinkled on top, I always ask for extra yellow mustard on top which the lovely servers gladly indulge me with; kinda puts the dog over the edge for me....just love it. The fries are the best around, piping hot, fresh, so crispy and delicious. Fruit punch on the fountain is my fave. Stop by and give it a try. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food locations in my hometown! The staff is ALWAYS exceptionally kind and respectful. I have never had an unpleasant experience. The manager actually knows me because I frequent the place! I have tried several menu items from burgers to chicken strips and have never been less than completely satisfied. Their Blizzards are off the charts, too, especially with so many flavors to choose from; I have yet to even experience them all! (Try the Brownie Batter Blizzard, no longer listed on the menu but still readily available, my favorite!) I am also a fan of the moo-lattés! In addition (and I find this exceptionally great), the soft drink machine is always filled with the perfect ratio of soda water and syrup, rendering my soft drink as close to perfect as anything can get. They also have a wonderful selection of ice cream cakes! I bought my birthday cake at DQ this year! The establishment is always clean - so especially are the restrooms! The decor is modern and comfortable; they actually re-modeled not too long ago. The one thing that I would watch out for is the drive-thru. They tend to be a little slow at preparing the orders. However, that's one downside compared to many positive aspects! I would highly encourage a visit for lunch, even if you just take it to-go! read more

Don't really review too many fast food restaurants unless they are super bad or in this case super good. This DQ will serve it up as it was thought up to be. So hot and fresh I had to let it cool before I could eat it. When is the last time that has happened to you? Anyway pride in in what you do should always be acknowledged. On New Years night, I went thru the drive thru with my son and asked for 2 small cookie dough blizzards, one of them with "extra stuff," blended very well. Typically, when I ask for extra stuff, I want to receive extra stuff, blended very well. Unfortunately, my small blizzard had less cookie dough than I asked for and it was NOT blended AT ALL!!! As many times as I have been to DQ and asked for this type of blizzard, I have received enough cookie dough and "extra stuff" to keep me going until the bottom of the cup. I called and spoke to the manager, who immediately tried to justify his actions and say he put enough "stuff" in there. In other words, the excuse he was using made it VERY CLEAR he was covering up his inability to give me what I paid for! Then, the he would not listen to me explain myself and would continually cut me off. I had to keep starting over, at least 4 times, trying to explain the situation. I then, told him I was calling his management team. Only after I said that, did the manager try to get me to come back by offering me one small blizzard to replace mine plus an extra small blizzard. By his doing this, it tells me he was just trying to make up for his CHEATING me out of my money. I could not go back bc I was already home and settled in with my family. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DQ! PRINCIPLE -- don't cheat the customer out of their money. Give me what I pay for, even if it's only worth a few more pennies! It is your responsibility as a person! AS A MANAGER, you should train your employees to do it even more... I guess it's okay for you to teach your employees to cheat people and not give them what they're paying for! read more

This is particularly good DQ. Food is always fresh and hot, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly.

Our order was incorrect. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger that had neither bacon nor cheese. The fries were stale and poorly seasoned. I saw one of the workers drop a chicken strip for another order and put it back in the basket (I'm very serious). The bathrooms are dim and had a strange odor. read more

The butterfinger blizzard is my favorite, but all of them are great. I usually get a 4-finger basket which includes toast and fries. Personally, I think the toast is gross and i never eat it (it's nothing like zaxbys toast) but the fries and chicken tenders are good and it's just down the road so it's very convenient. read more

If I could give no stars I would, burgers were mushy and everything on them was old and gross. Salad had melted cheese and no chicken,the customer service should have been the first sign. I know it's its just fast food, but it wasn't even edible to kids. read more

Manager told me to figure out the app myself when I asked a question to one of the employees about a deal through the app. The manager seemed mad and said that "customers should figure it out themselves." He also told the employee 2 steps in front of me to stop wasting time. I don't see how helping a customer who brought in other people to order food is wasting time, but the man seemed pretty rude. He made me feel like crap and I would not recommend this dairy queen. I made an account just to write a review for this incident. When thru the drive thru on my way home ask for 2 snack melts and i pay i notice she only charge me once so i said forget ill just take the one she give me my food when i leave i take a bite and food is stone cold so i take it back when i tell the young lady i took a bite and it was cold she look at me weird saying so you did take a bit if it ... I was going out of the country for a week and needed to make sure my dad would get fresh, hot food from the Dairy Queen on Five Forks Road in Lilburn, as this is his favorite fast food. We were leaving on Wed and I needed food delivered on Sun. Unable to get the UberEats app to work properly, I stopped by the restaurant and spoke with manager "Sue". Miss Sue spent at least 20 minutes with me, but she was uable to get the app to work. She called the corporate part of UberEats, but they said it was on the user end (me). She called the user division, but they said it was a problem with corporate. Sue was very patient, but finally giving up with UberEats, she said she would PERSONALLY take the food to my Dad's house (not Uber...just SUE!). How wonderful she is to offer this great service to help me and my 93 year old dad. Please stop by this restaurant whenever possible. You can be sure no other fast food restaurant in this area would EVER offer this service. The food was wonderful and Sue is an extraordinary young woman. Thank you again, Sue! read more
