I don't know how the employees get by here. Usually when you work in a restaurant, fast food or otherwise, you need to be able to READ!!!! I don't know if I have ever gone into this establishment and gotten the correct order. It's as plain as day on the receipt when I read it but in the bag, it's not there. I ordered a burrito supreme. We also ordered a five layer burrito. Only 2 burritos total. We got three burritos all the same and none of them what they should've been. we spent all this money to eat out and can't even get it right. So I come here all the time because this is my wife's pregnancy craving but won't come back anymore after today. Asked for stuff just meat and cheese, and so they messed up the order. No big deal, but when I went inside to get them to fix it they gave me attitude and laughed at me. So they had put lettuce in her quesadilla and so I went inside and the worker at the front laughed and said "it don't come with lettuce" and so I opened and showed it to her and she said "that's just cold cheese" but it's obvious it's green and it's lettuce. This location used to be the best in the area. I don't know if there was a change in management recently but this place has gone straight down the toilet in the last 6 months or so. Night crew is AWFUL. They constantly say they are either out of stuff or it will be 30 minutes to cook the food 2 hours before closing time. Tonight I visited and it took me an hour to get my order because, according to them, they had a large truck delivery and only two people to unload it. That was a lie because I saw about 4 people in the building walking around while I sat here in the parking lot waiting on my food. Mind you this is after I was told it would be 30 minutes on my food. I pulled to the window after 40 minutes and they hadn't made a single item for me. Awful experience. They forgot almost half our order, and I had to go to the counter and they had to check the ticket before they got it ready for us. We ordered the cheezit crunch wrap without tomatos or lettuce, and when we dug in we found out it was missing the cheezit, and had both tomatos and lettuce. The food is honestly good. Today I had a really bad experience. I drive home honestly not that mad bc the lady was nice and I was trying to reason with why they gave me a plain beef Crunchwrap when the ticket clearly says customized chicken + sauces and whatever else. I get home sit down again, I CANNOT MAKE THIS UP. ITS BEEF. ITS A PLAIN BEEF CRUNCHWRAP. This was maybe 30minutes ago I'm still pretty pissed because again I wouldn't have driven out there if I was fine with eating the beef. Now I'm out even more money, time and hungry. Have been here multiple times with only 1 forgotten item which they quickly fixed. Today however, we went specifically for the new grilled cheese burrito. They gave us the right burrito (I think) except it wasn't grilled & no cheese on outside. Plus we asked for 4 sauces & they gave us 47. Such a waste! The guy working the window was nice, however. Went here around 8:50 pm last night. People in front of in the drive thru were at the speaker for a long time and one by one gave up and drove off. I assumed the speaker was broke so i went inside. I get to the counter and sure enough, staff was laughing at customers in the drive thru telling people they were out of everything and being unbelievably rude. They made eye contact with me but not in an "i see you i will be with you soon" way. More like i didn't belong there. I stood there for 7-10 minutes got fed up and left. Have never been here and passed by it for years. Saw the commercial for the flatbread sandwich and thought I'd try it. Came in and was greeted by the most charming and polite young lady, Stephanie. She said yes sir to me and made me feel like the most important person in the building! She listened very well which is a lost art nowadays. She had the most incredible knowledge of every item in the food. Even though I asked her a number of times to repeat the ingredients she never got impatient with me, she just keep smiling giving total eye contact and totally getting my order just how I wanted it. She was just the nicest young lady and I will be back as a customer. Ugh... so tired of this place. Been living here since it opened and it was good the first year. After that, always small problems but never a deal breaker such as forgetting a thing here or there. Very rarely on point but not enough to cause me to stop and ask. Finally, last visit was the straw. Ordered online because the house consensus was Taco Bell. Initially I groaned because I knew there was a good chance the order would be screwed up somewhat but I wasn't prepared for what happened. The ENTIRE order was wrong, let me explain. We did get everything we ordered but because it was an online order, there we options for modifications and these mods had a cost, upgrades. Once I got home, I realized that everything ordered was done per standard with no modifications, not one. I figured some may be missed and was prepared but none, none were done. So they have my extra cash for these upgrades, none were done so wanted to reach out through the app. This was the best... filled out the info on the questionnaire and was not allowed... wait for it... to hit submit! WTF. So not only do they do what they want, corporate won't allow you to comment on the service and they take your money. Forget this place... you have been warned. read more
