I had placed a mobile order to do through the Drive-Thru. The employee asked if I did it through the mobile app-I said yes. I was then told that he can't take the code through the speaker and I need to go to the first window. I was sat in line for 45+ minutes with no movemen. I'm now out $10.51. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend going there if you want your food in a reasonable time frame. read more

I go through the drive through and order a Big Breakfast. The person taking the order asks with or without hot cakes. I say no hot cakes. I then order another Big Breakfast and say without hot cakes. Get back to the hotel where I was staying. Both orders had hot cakes. I looked at the receipt and I was charged for the Big Breakfast that included the hot cakes. Then no straw or napkins in the bag. stopped in here for breakfast before heading on the road. when we came in there was a sign that said you couldn't "loiter" aka be in there for long than 30 minutes. weird. we used the screen to order, very easy to use and add/remove what you want. i ordered something small, a hash-brown and bacon. our food came out after maybe 10 minutes, wasn't too busy inside though. the hash-brown was good, as per usual, and the bacon was surprisingly very good too! tasted like real bacon which i wasn't expecting. the woman's bathroom had a big handicap stall, but the other one was extremely tiny, like i couldn't even move. despite that, one of the better mcdonald's!!! read more

8/26/19- Heard WKTV story about senior citizens asked to leave after 34 minutes. I am full supportive of McDonalds for doing such, and having such policies. I wish more places had this policy in place. Allow me to explain: You can't walk around inside McDonalds in your underwear. You can't harass or disturb other customers at McDonalds. Why? It's not your house. It's not public domain. Out of courtesy and convenience, McDonalds offers a place to sit, eat, and use WiFi. They are a restaurant. They are in the business of making money. Seats and WiFi, goes to knows who bought something to eat. If you have finished eating, you have no reason to be in McDonalds. You want to stay longer, buy a cookie, a salad, buy something to justify you staying in that seat. If you don't want to buy anything, or don't have a few bucks for a cookie, go to the park, where loitering is free. Or find another establishment where they have no problem with people who loiter. Yes, it most certainly sucks when people don't cater to those "self-entitled". It's when you grow up and see how the real world works. Not the way they think it should be, but how it really is. Personally, I like the fact once you get your food(or what is called loosely as food), that unless you make a fool of yourself, they generally leave you alone. I go to this McDonalds regularly and about 95% of the time my order is wrong. Either missing food or missing substitutions. Is it really this hard to read a screen and get an order right ? read more

Easily The Worst McDonald's In The Country, the food is old and stale and is not cooked properly. the workers are rude, unprofessional and inappropriate. I once had a box thrown at my at this McDonald's Restuarant. The Workers repeatedly swear and scream. They don't do their jobs and are joking around instead of doing their jobs. The restaurant is overall filthy and disgusting. The tables are not regularly cleaned and the floor is a mess. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months and the kitchen itself is a mess. I once had to leave because there were so many flies in the restaurant. I complained to the employees and they laughed at me. Overall worst McDonald's in the Country. Should be shut down or all the staff should be fired. read more

McDonalds in Little Falls, I like most other areas, has been spot on with having order accuracy.

Supposedly closes at 1am, but drove 20 minutes off of my original route to stop here at 12:15am to find a completely dark, closed McDonalds's. Now I won't be eating on my 5 hour drive and get to spend an extra 40 minutes on the road. Thanks a lot McDonald's!!!!!! Wish I could say I'm lovin' it read more

I recommend McDonald's in Little Falls because the service is very fast. The Chichen nuggets are my favorito. I dont like their Coca-cola productos they have there. I recommend the angus burger.
