I hadn't been to a McDonalds in years but after a strenuous day hiking in the Antelope Valley, a late drive-through lunch was just the thing. Service was very helpful, prompt and polite. I was delighted to see that McDonald's is now using compostable straws and drink lids. Way to go! I ordered a Happy Meal including chicken McNuggets and a serving of the unmatched McDonalds's French fries with BBQ sauce, along with apple juice and sliced apples. A "Stranger Things" toy was also included. The Happy Meal is possibly one of the best marketing devices ever and it did indeed make me very happy. It's for children of all ages, including me. The sign in the window indicated that this McDonald's is a family-owned franchise, so keep up the good work! read more

Honestly one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. I ordered one simple cheeseburger in the drive-thru, and after paying they made me pull into a parking spot to "wait a moment." That "moment" turned into forever. No update, no apology, nothing. I get being busy, but there's no reason a basic cheeseburger should take this long. If this location can't handle the rush, they need better management and faster service. Super disappointing. read more

I've never seen a more UNINVITING place! The ordering was on a wall panel instead of talking to a human. My wife needed hot water so I had to yelp at people in the back so someone would come and I could tell them what she needed and then later to get a bathroom key. I took a picture of a sign that tells you that you have to leave by 30 mins or the manager will enforce the rule. It took 25 minutes to finally get our order and also NO REFILLS!! After a long drive, we stopped by here to get some coffee. Drive thru wasn't busy so we were like in and out. I ordered a Large Hot Coffee. After using the deals on my McDonald's app - it came out to $1.08. What a sweet deal! The service crew got my order right. My coffee is hot, it tastes fresh and just the way I like it. * The landmark is the nearby shop Charlie Brown farms. * Plenty of parking spaces. read more

Their huge ice cream cone billboard captivated us as we drove by, we were immediately enraptured by the thought of a cold cone. Once in the drive thru line we realized we wanted something else... happy meals. While we were happy with our happy meals, we were super disappointed that we got the Mega Dave Minion toy. Drive thru line was not long, our entire order was correct and staff did not appear miserable. They were out of the Oreo McFlurry, but we ordered the Kit Kat one and it tasted even better. Went to this establishment yesterday. I was craving a mocha frappe. I get it here and one other location because they make it just like I like it, double blended. When I ordered my frappe with the code in the app for 1.50 off. The guy says we cannot double blend. I was like...why?. He said management told them they cannot do it. I thought to myself. This is some bullshit. Well, I didn't get a frappe. I dont like it full of that crushed ice like they make it when it's not double blended. Guess Starbucks just got a new customer. Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in my life. The customer service was great and employees were very nice, but there was no drink machine, and they do not offer refills. The owner must be very very cheap because they gauge on menu prices, and had both bathrooms closed. If you're on a road trip, avoid this place at all costs. read more

Terrible McDonald's. Quick stop for an iced coffee and some food and the bathrooms are locked with a code to get in. My husband had just come out with an iced coffee for me so I didn't have my receipt to show in order to get the bathroom code. I was given it only to find no toilet paper on either stall. The sign on the door said the manager checked the bathroom every 30 minutes. The last checked time said 2:00pm. It was 11am. Unsure which day it was last checked but it is definitely not checked every 30 minutes. My son had to go out and ask them for toilet paper and I waited for 10 minutes with no response. Finally another lady came in and asked her husband to bring us toilet paper from the men's restroom. read more

You shouldn't even be allowed to have to write a review if you're unhappy with customer service this McDonald's by far is the worst McDonald's customer service sucks. The lines are super long. The fact that they're there's chaos is now and nobody to take your order. It seems like it's got an even slower. You always have to sit in the parking lot and wait for somebody to bring your stuff out. How hard is it to have three cookies ready and a cuppa coffee this makes no sense. It seems like the people they have working here don't enjoy their job. Don't do anything. They do more walking around. It takes about 30 minutes to 35 minutes if you go inside and order on the key off before somebody can give you your order. read more

This review isn't for the restaurant. This 5 star review is for the worker named James. He's a young gentleman but was so respectful to all the customers addressing as Sir and ma'am to all customers. There was an elderly man in front me and was having trouble using the app . James was helpful and walked him through it . James seems very happy and cares about his job and customers. At 1st I thought he was the manager he was doing it all and ran the front counter by himself all smiles as he did his work. I will definitely call corporate and tell them as well. read more

I realize prices are up all around, but McDonald's sandwiches are 1/2 size and the prices are double. I can save $ driving a few more miles to Jack in the Box on 47th. Specifically the Fillet o Fish sandwich was less than 3" in diameter with a big slop of tartar sauce that flies out the back end when you take a bite AND $10! Spicy chicken sandwich is spicy, but same 3" bun, hot sauce and a pickle FOR $10???? I might go back for a soft serve ice cream on a hot day, but most of the time on hot days they can't get the soft serve to stay on a cone, so they don't offer it. read more
