Well, it's a McDonalds and there is really not much choice in the morning. As my photo studio​ is in the area, we go quite a lot, mostly before we start to get a breakfast bite and some coffee. It's not the Ritz, and it's not supposed​ to be the Ritz. I love meeting that friendly homeless opening the door and greeting with a heartily "good morning" and wishing "God bless" which I usually reward with an extra sandwich for him - but I guess that's just an added bonus to the restaurant. But seriously: what do you expect. You get what you'll think you'll get and that in a timely and friendly and halfway clean surrounding. Would I go again? Yes. So four stars. In my rating scheme I had to be willing to take a 30+ minute detour just to go - and sorry, dear staff at McD in Littlerock, that would be a little too much to ask for ;-) read more

The young lady taking my order was very pleasant and courteous. I just ordered a few items which they had ready quickly. I was surprised that they did not offer a senior soda, like other restaurants. The main reason for the low review is that the fountain station was not working properly. I think it was the CO2 but I'm not positive. One of the drinks did not operate at all. While I was there, another customer came up and complained about the same thing. They never fixed it. This is also one of those McDonald's that hides the napkins from you. To save a few cents they hide them at the counter so you have to always go up and ask them if you want a napkin. Just think how much money you can save if you could stop giving out napkins! Like many other fast food chains, they want you to go to the common kiosk to place your order. That way you can put your hands on something that hundreds of other people have been touching before you. I've noticed however, that many customers refuse to use the kiosks. I always come to this McDonald's & out of the 100 times I've been here only one good person has treated us well. We were surprised that finally someone attends us good. & wanted to tip her & they can't accept TIPS?! LIKE THAT IS CRAZY 2. I always ask for pickles & lettuce on the side. Where do I start with this place? Staff are all young, inexperienced and lost. Drive thru takes forever and a day. Don't bother ordering on the app because they are ALWAYS out of something you order and don't reimburse you. And ordering inside? Forget about it. It's all ordering at the kiosk that no one helps you with and no longer accept cash. And these guys are making $20 an hour? It's a joke. Be aware, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING inside this restaurant which is absurd because it's 106 degrees outside. Almost every customer complained and there wasn't much of an explanation from the workers. The food was as good as to be expected at a McDonald's. Plastic and hairs in my fries!!! This was the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. First off the drive through is horrible, cars coming from all directions, very chaotic. We tried to order sprite mixed berry drink (which was on the menu and in big picture) and the employees talked to us like we were crazy, after the 4th attempt we said nevermind sprite is fine. When we got to the window the poor staff looked overworked, all of them running around like crazy, No wonder it's a disaster. It's a mc donalds so the food was ok but then we got to the fries, after eating half I pulled out a plastic piece which looked like a zip tie or something and then hair or lent not just once but we pulled out a couple. McDonald's is making great strides towards getting rid of all employees. You must still order at the kiosk even if you pay with cash. The bathroom stall is so small you literally bump the walls with your elbows. There are signs announcing you have a maximum of 30 minutes to eat and you will be asked to leave the premises. The fries left a weird aftertaste. No refills! (Posted sign) To be fair, the one employee who interacted with us was extremely nice and very helpful. The place was very clean, but really, it would be tough to make a mess in a facility that wants you to get your stuff and get out! I'm sure the changes are in direct correlation to being forced to pay high wages for unskilled labor and still keep prices down at a place with a reputation for cheap food. read more

Some worker there named Maria with glasses who claimed to be the manager thinks she has more authority than cooperate & she feels that no matter how rude she is no one can fire her. Well, after a long drive to Little Rock, California, we decided to stop by McDonalds for a break. Place was staffed by courteous workers. Will never be coming to this McDonald's again. I'd rather drive a extra 15 minutes to avoid the terrible service they have to offer here. They left the front register unattended for at least 20 minutes with people waiting to pay, waiting straws, sauces, napkins, and ignored everyone without a card in the world. So unorganized and chaotic. When I finally did get my food, I looked inside to see if everything was there and they put my fries upside down so they all fell in the bag with none in the fry container so I assume they just shove everything in the bag without caring as well. The most horrible McDonald's I have ever visited in my life. It is Thursday March 24th 6:54 am. The workers here just ignored us when we asked for help. Stood around for 10 minutes before being helped. They kept huddling up and talking while we were calling them. This McDonald's requires masks and proof of vaccination to dine in. What a joke. For having a sign up on their wall about how they're doing things better in Cali, the birthplace of McDonalds, my experience was entirely the opposite. Seeing long lines at the drive thru, I decided running in to order would be quicker. I ordered on the kiosk, no issues. My order of two drinks and two sandwiches took 15 minutes to come out! Neither my cheeseburger nor McChicken were even hot. The ice requests in my drinks were also totally disregarded (one light ice, one extra ice). Bummer, McDonalds. The speaker doesn't work well in the drive thru, then there is a panhandler standing between the paying window and food window begging for money. The food that we received was quite Messy with mustard and ketchup on the outside of the hamburger bun and I noticed that the hamburgers and the size of French fry purchases are smaller than the regular size at any and all other McDonald's that I have been to. The "medium" fry which is the same size as a small fry cost $4.59. I would give this place a 1/2 star if it was an option. Will not be back. Very disappointing read more

Don't even bother going here. Their service is careless and there's no sense of urgency for anything at all. The drive thru is a nightmare. I have been in line forever countless times. You will be in the same spot for at least 30 min and they do absolutely nothing about it. You would think they would at least have people park so the traffic can get through. The line will trap you in even if you are parked and eating inside. All that waiting just to get to the window to pick up your wrong stale order. If you pre order on the app, and you click I'm here when you arrive, they don't make your order until you arrived. What in the entire hell is the point of ordering ahead of I'm still waiting when I arrive. I was told the order doesn't show until my phone is literally in the store. I came to this location twice on my way to Mt. High for snowboarding and I grab both my breakfast and my lunch here. I end up saving money as I'm not spending $12 for a burger at the resort. Their breakfast deals are pretty good, where you can get 2 sausage McMuffin for $4, so I just grab 2 for breakfast and 2 for lunch. They're pretty fast about it so it doesn't take too long. My eggs had egg shells in it though, but it wasn't that much. But still, good location as it's not that busy in the morning. read more

Fish sandwiches, fries, apple pie and coffee .... not our typical meal at home, where we are pescatarian/vegetarian... but these were a special treat for us on our long drive to and from Tehachapi to Littlerock, Ca. Restaurant service was more than courteous/helpful, food was cooked and served promptly, restaurant and restrooms were clean and checked on regularly by busy staff. I know it's know rocket science. You have to be able to at least read to work here, right? I've gone here quite a few times. I've got cold fries, nuggets that are thawed but not cooked in the middle, but one of the worst things is the wait in the drive through. It doesn't matter what time you go either, more often than not there is a wait. There are limited fast food choices in Littlerock, and I think they use that as an excuse to failing at the brainless job of a fast food worker. There is one up side. There is one drive thru worker that is always friendly, upbeat and helpful. I wish I could remember her name, as I believe it is a unique one, but I can't. Great fast stop along the way to our destination but for an error on their part of NO SALT FRENCH FRIES brings me a fully salted fries. WTF! And to order another will take 5 minutes. Fast food that had to look for a manager's approval for a lettuce wrap (protein style) OMG. When the French Fries are laid down it looks like it's full but check this out it's up right you only bought a small fries amount like one of those commercial the salesman say Hey by a $3,000 KIRBY vacuum and I can prove you that our vacuum picks up dirt better when using the white paper test right after to use your own vacuum first. The deception was use your vacuum last with the white paper test my Shark still pick up their $3000 dirt sucking machine. $99 from Costco versus their $3,000 Kirby. Their deception was to lay them flat so it look presentable and with FRIES sticking out looks like it's full, however when put upright it's about half of not less. Service and not fully provide full FRIES not to mention incorrect order, I don't remember this service being this dishonest. At least last I remembered being trained over 25 years ago. Perfect place to stop by for McRib's after 4 hours of sitting in traffic. The best impression though was their customer service, especially in comparison to other McDonald's locations. Instead of having to stand in line (which wasn't even that long), one of the workers, Christopher, came up and said he could take our order using the touch screen order starting. I mean, I could've done it all myself and was tempted to at first but since the line was virtually non-existent, I decided to have human interaction and order up front. Yet my plans were thwarted. But it wasn't a bad kind of thwarting. Christopher proceeded to do all the work while I read off my family's large order. So shout to that guy for helping us out when he really didn't have to! Also, I went in to wash my hands and felt a little bad since a lady was in there cleaning the floors. Right when I turned around from the sink with my freshly cleaned hands, I made eye contact with the lady and apologized for stepping all over the freshly cleaned floors. Instead, she smiled and said hello. Those are the warm, inviting smiles you'd expect in business all over the country. Lastly, after washing my hands, I went back to wait for my order. Some guys came up and the manager, I'm assuming, saw them and called for help to get their order. These were all little things but definitely make a big impression. read more
